El mejor hotel de todo el itinerario, la ubicación es super buena, se tarda menos de 5 minutos en salir de la estación, la habitación es grande, puedes abrir cajas en el medio y el baño también es relativamente grande, es decir , no hay calefacción eléctrica en el baño. Pero la habitación tiene calefacción y el baño no está frío. Por cierto, ¡también hay un hervidor eléctrico! Viene con café para preparar. Con tales condiciones a tal precio, ¡es muy rentable!

We booked this hotel last minute and I’m glad we ignored the negative reviews. The receptionist Rose made all the difference to our positive experience. Firstly, it is not easy to see how to get into the indoor railway parking, however she really helped and we managed to park ok. They have a deal and you get 50% of. 13 euro for 2 nights parking. Rose gave me the option of 2 available rooms, this in my opinion is excellent CS. Our room, 308, was very spacious and had big opening windows facing the train station. We were high enough not to be bothered by the noise. Nice room, basic but clean with a fridge. The safe was not working though, think it needs batteries. Rose gave his great information on the town and areas to visit. You can also use the spa in the sister hotel around the corner. It was a bit basic and not a spa you would hang around in. Functional rather than luxurious. The overall hotel is typical of a basic 3* but clean, spacious and good value for money

La habitación del hotel es muy grande, el diseño debe ser hermoso y el desayuno también es delicioso. Es un desayuno típico americano. Es muy bueno tener un menú a pedido a tu gusto. La casa tiene un sofá. Es muy considerado que un camarero venga a la habitación para abrir el sofá y ponerlo. Hermosos alrededores del hotel.

Acoge con la magnífica frase : “.. no no no!! .. yo hablo solo o francés o inglés..”, de la recepcionista que inmediatamente entendió nuestra procedencia italiana, nos desnuda información en un inglés/francés a la velocidad de la luz ! Y yo pienso .. : “menos mal que no trabaja con turistas extranjeros, de lo contrario habría tenido que buscar un diálogo amable y agradable con ellos.. ” .. Ah ya : es un hotel !!!!! PARA TURISTAS EXTRANIERIII !!!! Y no es implícito que todos los visitantes estén graduados en lenguas extranjeras para disfrutar de las vacaciones en el extranjero !!!! Se supone que quien acoge, no sólo quiere acoger, sino también a reunirse con quien habla la lengua extranjera de manera escolar, porque quizás en la vida hace algo más que aprender lenguas extranjeras todo el día!!! Sin embargo, aunque de manera muy mala, podemos pagar 9€ por cabeza por el desayuno, porque para pedir dinero italiano en lugar, mi inglés estaba muy bien... podíamos subir a la habitación. Nos acoge un olor desagradable de pintura mixta de muffa. Dos camas de matrimonio y una cama de soltera, espacio vital mínimo para 5 personas. Un baño de aproximadamente 2 mt cuadrados: sin bidets, sin aspirador de ventana. 4 tomas de corriente, de las cuales una sola cerca de las camas, una mesa, ningún bar frigorífico y ningún armario. Sólo un apéndice chaqueta con regazo en la entrada. Vista en un cortilete interior en completo abandono y desfavorecimiento, no hay aire acondicionado. Si fuera el último hotel del planeta, dormiría en la tierra.

We checked in yesterday (02 Jan 2024) for 2 nights stay. The hotel seems to be fanciful but breakfast is priced very expensively at 21€. We wanted to try this new concept of the Accor group anyway so why not? The room was in general clean but to my horror, upon lifting up the toilet bowl cover, I was greeted with a toilet bowl full of yellowish piss that had not been flushed away. That meant that the toilet was never ever cleaned before releasing for next guest.. or the housekeeping took a convenient piss before leaving and forgetting to flush. Anyway, it could be a genuine mistake so let's not make a fuss at this moment. But I was disappointed to see that there was hardly any amenities in the room. No tea or coffee bags with water boiler. There was only a packet of drinking water in the minibar. It turned out that the water was not even replenished the next day. What was funny: there is a sticker on the minibar door that indicates vending machine available on ground floor. But it could not be found. When we asked the receptionist, we were told that the vending machine is still yet to be installed ??!?!? And suggested to us to go to their restaurant bar to order water or drinks instead. No way ! I am not going to pay for pricey drinking water or tea from their restaurant. Not mentioning that the service charge we will have to pay for getting drinking water there. For a hotel at this tariff, I expected at least to have the basic water, teabags and coffee bags available and replenished! At least most of the basic hotels in France offer this. Some hotels would even offered a coffee machine with capsules. It makes us started to look around the room with a more critical eye. Indeed not only drinking water and basic beverages are not offered. There was only a small bar of handsoap and a miserable piece of body soap placed in the shower to be shared by two occupants of the room. Not only that, the next day after housekeeping, the body soap was not replenished at all. We came back into the room to see the previous bar of soap lying there miserably. This is not what we expected from an Accor hotel which is usually a brand we feel confident in. Mama Shelter tries to be hip and fanciful in their loud decor but in real fact is lacking in hospitality by trying their best to save up whatever they can from the basic necessities (soap, drinking water...) Definitely I will not ever stay in this chain ever again. I sincerely hope Accor group will review and see if it fits their usual standards, because I surely don't think so.

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a pocos minutos de tiendas, restaurantes, palais des duques y salas de salas del mercado público. El hotel está limpio y bien mantenido, y el personal fue amable y útil. El desayuno era delicioso y bien almacenado. Si llegas temprano a Dijon y quieres comprobar tu bolso hasta el check-in, asegúrese de que te llegues a 1! Además, el lugar era el mejor y nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía.

La casa es pequeña, pero el precio es elevado. Todavía es temprano. Nadie desayuna por la mañana, es muy tranquilo. Puedes comerlo a las seis en punto, cocinar tus propios huevos y como es debido. También hay varios panes y frutas.

La habitación era muy grande y la habitación era buena alternativa a un hotel. El personal era amable y el desayuno tenía todo lo que necesitaba. Es un lugar tan hermoso y cuando leemos algo sobre la historia es realmente interesante.

El hotel es un hotel excelente. La cama no tiene una habitación con dos habitaciones separadas, y la cama grande no está muy cómoda en las habitaciones en el piso 5. El hotel está muy bien diseñado y muy elegante.

El hotel nos gustaba. El personal sin escena, amigable y útil, una habitación tranquila y espaciosa, buena baño, ubicación central, precio razonable, en una hermosa ciudad con muy bueno. El desayuno estaba bien, pero quizás añadir huevos abrasados al menú?
