Nice hotel for a short stay. Rooms are a little dated, and are very small, however they are kept neat and tidy with comfy bed. Full minibar access and within walking distance of nightlife, eatery's, parks, St Vincents Hospital and all public transport. The biggest downfall of this location is it is not accessible for people with disabilities, the only way up is many stairs.

it's very convenient for visiting the museums and other places in the area. there are excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. Staff are very kind.

First day checking in, the staff was quite rude as if what she was saying to me was non-negotiable and as if I was stupid.
After checking in, the room is the best and the hotel needs upgrading. I am shocked for a 4 star to be like this, expected much better. The walls can be heard through, and you can hear people walking and moving upstairs.
The shower is a little konky as well, the hotel and cold doesn't work well that a small adjustment can be a huge adjustment in temperature.
