Location and cleanliness is great! I was a bit disappointed with my stay at Warwick. To start off the valet is a nigh**are when the hotel is busy. There aren’t a lot of options for parking so we had to use this service. During the late evenings, you will have to park your own vehicle and drop keys off with front desk. Yet you still are charged for valet. There aren’t very many staff to assist with baggage. The front desk is less than willing to assist. I understand they maybe understaffed and over worked but it also shows. There are certain amenities we did not get such as robes, slippers, use of shuttle vehicle. Again this could be due to staffing but still a disappointing experience.
I would advise to plan according for a less than 4 star experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Warwick Melrose-Dallas to celebrate our one year anniversary and my partner's birthday. The staff were friendly, and helpful, the room was spacious,and comfy, and the hotel area was convenient. The hotel even provided us complementary wine and chocolate dipped strawberries as a gift. So thoughtful and kind, we truly appreciate it and enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel and very friendly service. Not a good experience with room service. I ordered the night before and they forgot to deliver. I called and they showed up 30 min later with missing a part of the order and had to call again. They showed up another 15 min later after done eating and making me late. Didn't realize 20% tip automatically added, I tipped another 20%, so 40% tip for not good experience.

The hotel was really nice and the staff was very accommodating. They offered me bottled water upon check-in. The fitness center was perfect. They have several cardio machines, weights, and stability balls. I was I only used the treadmill, so I didn't pay close attention to what else they had. They had fresh fruit available in the fitness center. I ordered Room Service for dinner and breakfast. Both meals were excellent. I only stayed one night, but I would have happily stayed longer.

Reserved a double room because there were 4 of us We didn't get on and we didn't get 2 rollways as promised. One person had to sleep on the FLOOR!!

The Warwick is my favorite hotel in Dallas. Very close to the nightlife I'm interested in, and easy to get to downtown as well. Staff is friendly; rooms are gorgeous.

The hotel is wonderful in some respects, rooms are spacious and the bar is perfect. But the hotel is under a flight path into and out of Love field. Directly under at about 1,000 feet. The rooms do not have soundproofing and to add insult to i jury, the hotel is nearly adjacent to a a very active fire station. Come for a drink but do not stay here. It will be a very frustrating experience.

I love historic hotels, and this one is well-kept… beautiful and clean! Comfortable room. The could improve the in-room offering by having conditioner (vs “conditioning shampoo”), body lotion and bath robes.
