DO NOT be so confident that you have a room reserved just because you get a confirmation that you have a room and even if your bank statement shows that it's paid for! I show up and I'm being denied a room and the person at the front desk isn't much of a help until I won't leave and start showing proof that the rooms paid for. It was a mistake on their end and I'm literally miles away from home. It was embarrassing and so frustrating, but I did not act out on it. I remained calm and respectful. Not everyone would be that way, so please, next time get your reservations together and make sure there are no mistakes before someone makes a trip to stay there at the Hampton.
