Hotel limpio, en vías de renovación aunque no está listo, el cuarto no tenía Aire acondicionado y hacía mucho calor, abrir la ventana hacía mucho ruido. El señor de la recepción. Que nos recibió fue muy amable, pero la que nos hizo el check out muy grosera (creo que se llamaba Beverly pero no estoy segura) El desayuno muy rico, y la ubicación está bien si no consigues hotel en la costa está a 20 min de Saint Valery. Espero que cuando esté completamente listo lo podamos volver a usar.

We have stayed many times over many years . We have never experienced this attitude before & the ignorance of the staff We stayed during the pandemic & before pandemic times The staff were fabulous Now ????? We sat in lounge & got clapped Rapid rapid now table but when we rushed like children we were ignored Waiting waiting waiting What was the rush ????

This is a disappointment. Tired doesn’t begin to describe this hotel, it’s also not very clean (being polite) if there had been somewhere else we would have moved. Definitely doesn’t uphold the Accor brand. Grumpy, poorly trained staff, everything was an effort - apart from the absolutely lovely Bev who retires soon and I dread to imagine the state of this hotel without her. Mercure in name but not in reality. Accor - spend the money and do the upgrade and pay for some decent staff!

The hotel itself was quaint, clean, and easily accessible. however they did not have dedicated parking for the establishment and you have to be sure you park in the correct colored parking slots or you can be ticketed.

The hotel is in an ideal position close to facilities yet in a quiet location. Good evening meal at the restaurant. Spotlessly clean spacious room, beds were very comfortable and friendly and attentive staff

Nice hotel but does not merit 4 stars. Restaurant food average, paper cups in the rooms for tea/coffee, some reception staff indifferent when it comes to customer facing. Such a pity as it is centrally located and well presented.

Excellent hotel with a garage though there's plenty of parking around. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Great location for the town centre. Had a very good meal in the Rotisserie restaurant, there was something for everyone. The staff were exceptional and made us feel very comfortable.
