屬於小型酒店，18間客房，前台很小，永遠衹有1個人。5星級的價格，房間大概3-4星級水準，服務大概3星級水平。但我們退房後遺漏了一部手機，酒店發現並主動寫email聯繫我們，我們回覆郵件請他們安排DHL寄回（費用自付），他們處理及時，還是很感謝的。

Muy buen hotel! Bien ubicado en frente del lago. La atención increíble. Quiero destacar que un día íbamos a salir a comer y estaba bloqueado el parking para salir y no pudimos llegar a nuestra reservación a comer y el hotel amablemente nos invitó la comida en su restoran Sotovocce, magnífica comida y la atención de primer nivel, probablemente candidatos a la guía Michelin por su comida y atención. Agradecemos el gesto para nuestra última noche en Como.

We had an incredible hotel experience. The service and attention to detail were top notch. I celebrated my birthday there and was gifted so many special little treats through the stay that just made the trip extra memorable. A huge thank you to the entire staff. I can’t wait to visit again!

The staff were exceptional; very friendly, helpful & flexible. The restaurant, Sottovoce, was some of the best food we've ever had. Absolutely wonderful. We went twice! Lovely property, fantastic location. Room and bathroom were well appointed with many wonderful extras.

One of the best experiences of our life…. Perfetto. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated like royalty…. Nothing was too much of a problem and everything was simply perfect. The rooms were exquisite, the coffee and food delightful, the team were attentive and the location was outstanding…. Thank you Alberto and the entire team.

We have stayed at several luxury hotels and resorts and Vista provided some of the best service I have ever experienced! They reached out a few days prior to our arrival to offer help with our itinerary and take special requests. The requests we made, such as extra water and pillows, they already had in the room when we arrived. They helped with reservations and would literally walk us over to restaurants, making it easy on us. The room was nice and updated and bonus, there was an American power outlet. It was worth every penny and I would book again with no hesitation.

My wife an I enjoyed an amazing experience at the Vista Lago Di Como. It is convenient to shopping and dining, right on the lake and accommodations are beautiful. More importantly, the staff, beginning with Alberto, the Butler and the front desk team are wonderful. They were always responsive and helped us plan a bot tour, trips to Lugano and Bellagio and meals. The restaurant also was excellent! This hotel is one of the best we have ever experienced.

Perfection. The service, location , view exceeded expectations. If you have the opportunity to visit, you will be so happy that you did. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and the food was extraordinary. Our room was beautifully appointed and we will definitely return.

This hotel is in an excellent location, the facilites are superb and most of all the staff are wonderful and helpful. Their recommendations for travel and dinners were excellent. Extremely comfortable and awesome stay for three nights at this superb hotel. Highly recommend
