The entire butler team (Bala, Saravanan and Napolean who made sure they went the extra mile at the lounge. The entire Jiva Spa team who made sure we were well rested and relaxed. The entire restaurant and kitchen at Southern Spice team who enticed us with their superb food. The entire Front Office team who made our check-in and check-out seamless. The entire Door*** and Concierge team who helped us with our endless shopping bags. The entire Housekeeping team who did something small every day to put a smile on our faces when we returned back to the room. The entire In-Room Dining team who accommodated our late night food and coffee orders. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everthing perfect. The reception staff are friendly, efficient and are always smiling. the rooms are large, very modern and perfectly clean, the roomboy David does an amzing job every day. The breakfast is huge and has a great choice and everything is fresh and well presented. The swimming pool area with its bar and resturant have a lovely atmoshere. and its great that you can swim up to midnight. Dip one of the waiters is friendly and very attentive. I will be back next year and will never ever stay anywhere else in Chennai

I have stay in room no 535. Very sad to said how this property is classified as 5 star. The reason there is no mini fridge in the room. I have meet Duty ***ager Mr.Rishi he told me upon request from guest then only they will place the fridge. This 1st time I come to know this kind of services. Secondly I went to bar at lobby to have glass of beer. A female staff was there and told me small glass price is RS 550. So I gave her RS 1000 and she gave me balance of RS 300. I was shocked. Then the bar ***ager came and told me she mistakenly mentioned. Then I meet Floor ***ager Mr. V***n and the explain everything. He feel sorry about it. So I definitely won’t recommend to anyone to stay here

No hay piscina aunque sea publicitada. No hay aire acondicionado en los corredores de Teh. El techo en el lobby principal hueles. Las habitaciones son agradables y espaciosas y el personal de servicio es excelente. Las habitaciones son también agradables y grandes y el agua caliente a la demanda. El baño específico, el mezclador se rompe, así que el agua salió del show te y el manto juntos. Toallas son limpias, pero sólo el 99% secas. Baños son frescos y cómodos. Son camas teh y cucharas. El entretenimiento en el interior era muy pobre. (la lluvia en la carretera de San María ha curado mejor la selección de entretenimiento), las vistas son de las calles urbanas, por lo que no hay mucho que decir. El schema de color es horrible, pero es sólo mi opinión personal. El hotel de la cocina ”cocina” de 24/7 tiene bufetes de desayuno y cena con una amplia gama de comidas, todas bien cocinadas. La habitación es muy pequeña, pero las habitaciones y baños son mucho más pequeños.

Stayed for just 1 night but truly enjoyed every moment in this pragmatic business-cum-holiday modern Hotel. Location was excellent. The room'was spacious with all amenities and excellent mattress and linen quality. The bathroom was modern and had good water pressure with 24hrs running hot water, though the shower cubicle could have been a tad bigger. The therapist at the spa was very good too. The buffet breakfast had a good spread, but service could be improved. The Hotel has a very nice rooftop pool and bar but couldn't use it as it was raining! Special appreciation for Damu who went out of the way to accommodate my special request for an early check-in and late check-out due to my flight timings, besides keeping my suit safe while we travelled to Ooty and returned. Also, a big thanks to ***n who arranged the Hotel Car to drop and pick us up at a wedding, as all local cabs stopped services due to heavy rain! This Hotel goes the extra mile to make their guests truly feel home! We look forward to visiting them soon.

Positives: 1. The prime location of this hotel makes it super convenient to go anywhere around the city. It’s also easy to book an auto through Ola in the mornings. 2. There are ***y shops/restaurants right around Belstead, which makes it ideal for grabbing basic amenities/drugstore items. 3. The breakfast buffet deserves 5 stars, simply outstanding and perfect south Indian vegetarian dishes. 4. Worth mentioning for delivering outstanding service are Rupa from ALOE restaurant and Pinky from Front Desk. Always eager to serve guests and genuinely attentive, they go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. 5. The amenities in the room are relatively in good condition, as the property was recently renovated around 3 years ago. 6. The rooms are spacious and the AC unit in the room was a lifesaver from the summer heat. 7. There were ***y families staying at the hotel, which gave it a warm ambience and safe environment. Negatives: 1. My room never had a minibar nor a luggage stand, although it was supposed to be part of my booking for 12 nights. They also never changed the room as I was promised during checkin. 2. There’s a bar right next to the hotel, therefore I could not sleep on ***y nights during my stay (even with earplugs on) as there was so much noise from the bar. I was told that the noise would end around 11:30pm, but there were nights where it went on past 12:30am. There also happened to be a wedding reception happening at the rooftop level during my stay. It was so loud, my ceiling AND floor vibrated throughout the night. I had to sacrifice ***y nights of sleep and could not have proper rest. 3. Some of the staff need to be trained to serve guests better, as there was one lady by the name of Nisha at the Front Desk who never made eye contact with me throughout my 12 nights of stay at the hotel. She deliberately dropped her gaze when she saw me approaching towards the reception to get my card activated on most evenings. Very unprofessional behaviour which was totally uncalled for. 4. There was also another middle-aged *** at the reception who started treating me differently after I asked if I could book a massage to my room through Urban Company. It is very common to get body massage during tiring trips and his change in behaviour after I requested this was very unsettling and made me feel uncomfortable towards approaching him thereafter. Thankfully, there was a really good, hygienic and safe spa (Spa Blu) close to the hotel where I then headed for my treatment. 5. The service standard from housekeeping was inconsistent. I never had my black tea replenished during my stay there, and after a certain point, I gave up requesting for basic amenities which should have been there after each room service. The housekeeping staff could have been more attentive in vacuuming the room properly and clearing hair from the bathroom drain. On one of the days, I also had a duvet which was stained badly and thankfully replaced by the tim
