This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everthing perfect. The reception staff are friendly, efficient and are always smiling. the rooms are large, very modern and perfectly clean, the roomboy David does an amzing job every day. The breakfast is huge and has a great choice and everything is fresh and well presented. The swimming pool area with its bar and resturant have a lovely atmoshere. and its great that you can swim up to midnight. Dip one of the waiters is friendly and very attentive. I will be back next year and will never ever stay anywhere else in Chennai

Special thanks to: Shailesh Giri (***ager - Butler Operations) & Jasmin Siddiqui (***ager - Guest Relationsq) who went above and beyond with their exceptional service to take care of our every need. The entire butler team (Bala, Saravanan and Napolean who made sure they went the extra mile at the lounge. The entire Jiva Spa team who made sure we were well rested and relaxed. The entire restaurant and kitchen at Southern Spice team who enticed us with their superb food. The entire Front Office team who made our check-in and check-out seamless. The entire Door*** and Concierge team who helped us with our endless shopping bags. The entire Housekeeping team who did something small every day to put a smile on our faces when we returned back to the room. Parto de una base: hay que puntuar un hotel de acuerdo con su precio. Un hotel como este, con un servicio magnífico, habitación grande, abundancia de amenities, camas cómodas y buenos restaurantes por 120 euros la noche, se merece cinco estrellas, aunque la misma cadena los tenga mucho más espectaculares y con mejores calidades. Resuelven cualquier problema, facilitan las excursiones… En fin, muy recomendable si se viaja a Chennai.

El hotel está bien situado en el centro de la antigua ciudad, pero esto significa que las vistas son aburridas. Creo que el hotel está saliendo de problemas covidosos ya que está bajos y la mayoría de los restaurantes están cerrados y la comida que se siffy al mejor. El día siguiente paso tres horas esperando el mantenimiento para probar el agua en el baño que se había salido en el área de dormir. el tercer día tuve que observar durante una hora mientras el mantenimiento de Ac trataba de reparar una fuga que había sabido en el falso techo que condujo a un nuevo olor. Las habitaciones son agradables y espaciosas. así son baño teh pero el WC está situado en un pequeño alcove en el baño lo hace incómodo para llegar a la faucet salud. toallas teh son limpias y las camas confortables. El servicio de lavandería es eficiente. El complimentario Tata de té y café es inalcanzable, No entiendo por qué no sólo usan amul y nescafe. El entretenimiento interior es todavía sólo básica TV por cable Tamil. La limpieza de la habitación es media con cobwebs en el baño de baño y tetas de té en el piso. El restaurante está muy bien equipado, pero a pesar de ello, el personal fue útil y agradable. La zona de la lobby es agradable y espacial, pero los corredores mal mantenidos con las lagunas en los techos y los suelos que conducen a riesgos repetidos de deslizamiento. La piscina en el techo es agradable y grande, pero sólo puede ser utilizada en la mañana o en la noche, ya que no tiene ni idea. La habitación está bien equipada. tienen un spa pero no tenía masajes masculinos, así que se podía usar. pero parecía limpio y agradable. La conexión Wi-Fi es buena a través del hotel y no es muy atractiva. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de 3 estrellas, donde el personal de la ciudad está muy bien equipado y actualizado y se encuentra en una zona de 3 estrellas. ¿Quiere visitar otra vez?

I have stay in room no 535. Very sad to said how this property is classified as 5 star. The reason there is no mini fridge in the room. I have meet Duty ***ager Mr.Rishi he told me upon request from guest then only they will place the fridge. This 1st time I come to know this kind of services. Secondly I went to bar at lobby to have glass of beer. A female staff was there and told me small glass price is RS 550. So I gave her RS 1000 and she gave me balance of RS 300. I was shocked. Then the bar ***ager came and told me she mistakenly mentioned. Then I meet Floor ***ager Mr. V***n and the explain everything. He feel sorry about it. So I definitely won’t recommend to anyone to stay here

Positives: 1. The prime location of this hotel makes it super convenient to go anywhere around the city. It’s also easy to book an auto through Ola in the mornings. 2. There are ***y shops/restaurants right around Belstead, which makes it ideal for grabbing basic amenities/drugstore items. 3. The breakfast buffet deserves 5 stars, simply outstanding and perfect south Indian vegetarian dishes. 4. Worth mentioning for delivering outstanding service are Rupa from ALOE restaurant and Pinky from Front Desk. Always eager to serve guests and genuinely attentive, they go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. 5. The amenities in the room are relatively in good condition, as the property was recently renovated around 3 years ago. 6. The rooms are spacious and the AC unit in the room was a lifesaver from the summer heat. 7. There were ***y families staying at the hotel, which gave it a warm ambience and safe environment. Negatives: 1. My room never had a minibar nor a luggage stand, although it was supposed to be part of my booking for 12 nights. They also never changed the room as I was promised during checkin. 2. There’s a bar right next to the hotel, therefore I could not sleep on ***y nights during my stay (even with earplugs on) as there was so much noise from the bar. I was told that the noise would end around 11:30pm, but there were nights where it went on past 12:30am. There also happened to be a wedding reception happening at the rooftop level during my stay. It was so loud, my ceiling AND floor vibrated throughout the night. I had to sacrifice ***y nights of sleep and could not have proper rest. 3. Some of the staff need to be trained to serve guests better, as there was one lady by the name of Nisha at the Front Desk who never made eye contact with me throughout my 12 nights of stay at the hotel. She deliberately dropped her gaze when she saw me approaching towards the reception to get my card activated on most evenings. Very unprofessional behaviour which was totally uncalled for. 4. There was also another middle-aged *** at the reception who started treating me differently after I asked if I could book a massage to my room through Urban Company. It is very common to get body massage during tiring trips and his change in behaviour after I requested this was very unsettling and made me feel uncomfortable towards approaching him thereafter. Thankfully, there was a really good, hygienic and safe spa (Spa Blu) close to the hotel where I then headed for my treatment. 5. The service standard from housekeeping was inconsistent. I never had my black tea replenished during my stay there, and after a certain point, I gave up requesting for basic amenities which should have been there after each room service. The housekeeping staff could have been more attentive in vacuuming the room properly and clearing hair from the bathroom drain. On one of the days, I also had a duvet which was stained badly and thankfully replaced by the tim
