Very good service. The staff were extremely friendly and took very good care of guests. They fullfilled our requests on time and made sure we had a very good stay. Room was decent enough. Facilities were very much good. Location is perfect too. Will definately recommend and stay when visit chennai again surely.

Very nice hotel to stay. Food is very good. Exhausting spread of breakfast. Centrally located and very near to US consulate. Service staff expecting tips is really annoying. We don't feel like like giving the way they pester. But overall experience is good

Food was delicious. But front desk was not coming operative for late check-out though we had late check-in. But restaurant people were so good and polite

Room was quite good, but the wash rooms are very very small. It's very difficult to get in and get out. Otherwise overall stay was comfortable. Did not use the food service.

Good place for staying and decent staffs, complimentary water at room is really good, only suggestion food charges to room looks little pricey, need to be reviewed for future growth

Worst place to visit on business travel, where staff are unfriendly and adamant. I have visited on important meeting and had very bad experience due to staff behaviour. It’s better to avoid this hotel if you are going to chennai on important work.

From the moment i walked in, i was impressed by the sparkling cleanliness of the lobby. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was a breeze. But the true star of the show was my room. It was absolutely spotless! everything, from the crisp white linens to the sparkling bathroom fixtures, gleamed. It was clear that the housekeeping staff takes a great deal of pride in their work.

no parking space , very small rooms , a bottle of cold water costs 80₹. Service is ok. Nothing great about this place just average.
