Pros and cons-
cons first
so says there is king bed room, but in real we got only queen bed, and this hotel has only queen bed rooms, says front office too- the person in the front office says it is bigger than usual queen - but no- it is standard queen bed and two adults and a kid will find it difficult to fit into this one. It is a service apartment, so there will be one main lock to an apartment and inside two rooms, the living area is shared between the two rooms, when you book one room, you will end up sharing the living area with other people who have booked the other room. That said it is great for two families. They said they will charge for 1000 rupees for one extra mattress which i found is ridiculously high. Not extra person, just the mattress. We had a small child and we wanted that and they will give that only for 1000, and when i talked to him he came to 500 - so i did not take. We had to turn the pipe on for about 10 minutes to 15 for hot water to come. Which is a huge waste of resources. No bucket to hold water- the front office asked us to leave pipe on for 5 minutes, but no it is 15 until hot water comes. The front office said they can arrange cab, but we have to pay the charge to railway station early in the morning and for a normal car- he quoted 1600. We didnt agree- we took an ola in the morning- thankfully they came and only paid 445. They dont have stove or microwave in kitchenette- just a fridge and cabinets. Not sure if they will provide if you ask for it. Talk about it before booking if you want to use kitchen for cooking. Pros
location- it is in the middle of everything you may need- restaurants, shopping, hospitals, beaches. So that is a big plus
the rooms are well maintained and neatly kept. Their service is excellent- you have any issue- they will come in a moment to solve it and get it done for you. Check in and check out process- smooth.
