I had a terrible experience at this hotel. These are some of my experiences:
1. Poor customer service. The night I checked in the keys couldn’t opened the exterior doors. It was a struggle using the keys to open my room. I requested to change keys over five things and it didn’t resolve the problem.
2. Guest smoked in the building and played loud music on the second floor where we stayed. Sleeping was difficult due to the loud music and other noises in the hallway and rooms.
3. The room and hallway were not clean. The hotel is dirty and has a horrible scent.

This stay was absolutely terrible, mold in the bathroom as well as the being on pole sicking out as most tripped ..Terrible!!

The staff and management has horrible customer service skills all the way down to the manager on site there I paid for my family member a room there and he or I will never stay at that site again . Paid for two days for my family member he only got to enjoy one of the days there becuz worker didn’t want to do his job to look for the email from ******* he made my family wait to way past midnight to check in and he got there about 10:30 pm It took for me to call ******* and for ******* to call him to make him do his job

I could find nothing to complain about.
Very efficient and courteous staff. In 60 years of hotels the room was the cleanist I have ever stayed in. Very quiet. Great bed.
100% a great stay at a reasonable price.
