Cuando nos ingresamos, Simi fue muy amable y útil para explicar sobre atracciones y sitios especiales junto con mapas y folletos. El hotel está situado en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. La mañana pasada, dejábamos inadvertidamente las toallas de té secas (una de las toallas es sentimental) no me gusta por qué tomé una buena toalla de té en las vacaciones. Simi se encargó de la limpieza y sí, dejó las toallas en nuestra habitación en el hotel. Gracias Simi por su amabilidades. Seguramente que nos quedaríamos de nuevo. Las habitaciones son buenas y los precios son buenos. Sí, no es un 5*, pero el personal es 5* más, especialmente Simi. Gracias de nuevo, Cheryl Magus

Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks for a business trip to the Kootenay. Very comfortable bed and I love the large pillows. clean and my room has a Kitchenette (That’s definitely a plus) The restaurant next door is amazing as well. The Black Rooster Grill and Pub. you can’t miss it, there is a 7 ft rooster statue outside the entrance! overall I had a great stay. I was too busy to use the hot tub or go down the waterslide. Definitely will stay here again on my next trip.
