Feels like Im staying at my grandmas that I never knew. Very welcoming, feels like home. My wife cried as we were leaving. Fantastic food/dinner. Would recommend to anyone who wants an at home experience. They speak pretty good english for the area and are some of the most kind people I have met.
Its not a 5 star hotel. Its a 5 star home

I made a big error in previously rating this property, confusing it with one I had stand in previously. Jet lag.
This is a great staff always trying to meet any needs. Small kitchen area is useful for basic cooking/making coffee. If you read a review about a place with limited parking and check in staff not able to speak English, please ignore.

Wonderful small hotel with great views of the town and surrounding country. Lots of little shops available within walking distance. Parking is a challenge with none reserved for your vehicle, but some street parking nearby is variably available. One draw back is that our hotel "desk person" spoke no English. Google translate using his computer saved the day.

This is a quirky and lovely place to stay. The view of the Gran Sasso from the terrace is spectacular and the room was simple but comfortable. Anna is a charming hostess and the evening meal was excellent and typically wholesome Italian. The value for money is exceptional - accommodation, evening meal ( including a litre of house wine) and breakfast - all for 90 euros! I don't know what the people who rated this charming place and charming hostess expect? Anna we will come again and wish you all the best

It was a private property, renting room, view from Swimming pool and veranda was nice.

I'd never been to Abruzzo before, but what a fantastic introduction!! Anna has created an amazing fairytale of an agriturismo out of almost nothing over the last 25 years. we had a lovely room and really enjoyed exploring the magical series of gardens she has built + dinner on the terrace with dramatic views of the mountains and the Adriatic in the distance was pretty amazing!!

We happened to be in the area and we stopped for a night. the place is sweet with excellent views of the valley with the Apennines as a backdrop. Anna and her staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was well equipped and nicely furnished, We were also served with a typical local meal that was freshly prepared. The place also offers a swimming pool and ample terraces were you can spend some quite time, what also fascinated us was that they have the attitude that they want you to enjoy your self and would go the extra mile to help you.

Set up in hills above Chieti with view of valley & orchards . Generally run down& in need of deep cleaning , decluttering , dust & cobwebs on door jams , fans , TV layered with dust . Socks quite dirty from walking in bedroom floor . Knick knacks galore that can’t be cleaned or dusted . Christmas decor still out .
