This is a brand new hotel with all villa, inside the room is very very clean, bed is comfortable, faculties in the house are new (without kitchenware), but there is a little problem is you will find some little flies inside the villa (because of the drainage system problem), also outside the villa are quite dusty, I don't find mosquitoes around (maybe is not the season) , but honestly, hotel have to improve all the public areas cleanliness, swimming pools are very big, the beach sands are the white and fine but with many trash (hotel already have staff pick up the trash everyday but still many), staff are very friendly but have to improve more English, Cam Ranh is a new developing resort area with many hotels resort along the beach (few kilometers long, still building many resorts) , 5mins drive away from the airport (private taxi cost around: 80,000/way), 35mins drive away from city center (private taxi cost around: 300,000/way), there is a street ”Cau Moi” 10mins drive away from hotel with some seafood restaurants (many local people goes, need to compare the prices)

IMPORTANT - This resort is catered to Koreans and 90% of the guest are Koreans. Signs are in English, Vietnamese and Korean and everything is clearly meant for the Korean customers, from the transport service to town at 10am, 3pm and 9pm (Korean time 12pm 5pm and 11pm) to the breakfast spread which is heavy on pork and only 2 dish of chicken and beef. If you are fine with not being the main target customer, this place is okay. Otherwise, go elsewhere. Service was excellent, very attentive and customer focus, but slightly lack in attention to detail. For example, bringing pho noodles to our table at breakfast but not bringing chopsticks and spoon. Otherwise, it was excellent service, 4.5/5 stars. Location was great, nice view, nice atmosphere, 20 mins from airport. 5/5 can't get better. Resort policy is horrible. No outside food allowed, kitchen close by 9.30, so if you are hungry at night, you can't even order Grab food. In room water is only 2 bottles, you're expected to buy more water if you need more, tap water is not drinkable. Turn down service only offer you chocolate or biscuits but no extra water. Restaurant don't offer free still water, you have to buy that as well. Water is a basic human right, they actually try to monetize this. 1/5 hotel policy, utter failure of a resort. Room layout - We got cliff villa, but unfortunately for us, we got the last room at the edge of the cliff villa area. So that means unlike other cliff villa, our swimming pool is to the sides instead of the front of the building. Ferns and other plants are growing so when you are lying down on the bed or on the beach chair or in the swimming pool, all you see is plants, not the fantastic sea view. If you get room 512, you are getting a 'Plant Villa', not a cliff villa, because all you will see are plants, ask for room change because other villa get great view of the sea instead of plants. 1/5 rating, totalling not worth it for room 512 no matter how much they try to convince you that the villa has better view. (Yes, but only if you stand up. Not sure what kind of holiday people are having if they are suppose to stand up all the time). Overall stay 3/5 star. Service is 5 star, but everything else feel like 4 star hotel that's pretending to be 5 star. Policy need to be more guest friendly.

El segundo día de mi viaje, mi cuerpo estaba cansado durante mi segunda embarazo, y mi marido perdió su teléfono celular debido a la bolsa de bolsillo, así que el primer viaje de la familia de Nha Trang casi se convirtió en la peor memoria, pero cuando llegué al Fusion Resort a las 8:00 horas. La familia me ha movido mucho por la mejora de la habitación por el supervisor de Ngoc Aunque los recuerdos de la viaje son los peores, creo que serán una gran memoria y gracias al supervisor de Ngoc por darnos este regalo.

A pesar de tantas cosas positivas, la hermosa villa, las instalaciones de los niños y la gran vista, el lugar está en gran medida dejado por los restaurantes. Comimos en el restaurante 3 veces, pizza fue la única comida que fue decente, todos los demás eran promedio a inequívoco. Nuestra última noche fue ruinada mientras perdimos 90 minutos esperando en el restaurante Tropicana para que nuestra comida sólo se fuera sin comer nuestros alimentos (la primera vez que he hecho esto) porque todos los 3 platos fueron terribles - esquido de goma que fue difícil de cortar con un el cuchillo, el arroz de carne de vacuno que fue 250k para una boca de arroz con dos pequeños trozos de carne de vacuno y la sopa de nueces de los niños que fue agua caliente sobre nueces instantáneas con un par de trozos de pollo, dejando un lío esterilizado. El servidor respondió ”sí aquí es la carne de vacuno” señalando una de las dos partículas de carne picada que podría encontrar, y ”los niños no les gustan las verduras, así que no las pongamos en la sopa” una respuesta más decepcionante que la comida. La única vez que dejé un restaurante. Fuimos a la puerta de la Raddison Blu Lobster para comer. El Movenpick es un hermoso hotel, pero ten cuidado con la comida y la oferta de agua con botellas adicionales que cuestan 60.000. Ahorrar en botellas de agua y nueces instantáneas, planear comer en el excelente Raddison o como he oído de otros huéspedes- ir al aeropuerto para Burger King.

I spent three days with my family in the Alma Resort, our room type is the oceanfront villa has 3 bedrooms with a private pool, this was a wonderful villa. I can say this is the most beautiful resort recently and can say it was 5 star + and we absolutely loved it. Especially, there were 12 pools, a beautiful beach which was clean and plenty of sunbeds to relax on at the pools and beach. A multitude of things to do, yoga in the morning, a water park, mini golf, a tennis course, and even a cinema. The Service Center and Receptionist were friendly, they answered all our questions and also made sure we had everything we needed. We can't thank you enough for all of the staff. We were a bit sad we couldn't spend more time at this resort and we will come back here for the next holiday. Thanks a lot!

Desde la llegada: el staff súper amable, el desayuno, la habitación preciosa y una vista espectacular. La playa es lo que más nos gustó. Las piscinas lindas. El gym muy completo, los jardines y áreas verdes con árboles, súper bonito! Cerquísima del aeropuerto. Todo bello!
