En general el hotel esta bien, las camas algo dutas, lo peor es que el aire acondicionado es centralizado y no se puede apagar, estaba bastante fuerte y nos pegaba directo en la cama, tendrían que tener la posibilidad de poder cerrar la compuerta del a/c. El personal fue amable en todo momento.

Hemos estado 3 días en el hotel por motivo del Giro Donne (carrera ciclista) y la atención ha sido muy buena. El personal muy simpático y profesional. La comida de buena calidad y muy bien cocinada. Y el hotel muy limpio.

El hotel es un hotel de boutique único y es un gran hotel para amantes de artistas y para aquellos que necesitan algo distintivo mientras cruzan el puerto de Cagliari. Nos encontramos en el hotel, pero no en el hotel. Somos pequeñas personas estatuadas y todavía era una lucha. El hotel es consciente de verde. Tenía gran comida, y el mejor café en la isla. Si necesitas WiFi y internet fiables, NO ESTÁ AQUI. La conexión se desconectó durante nuestra estancia de 5 días y en nuestra última noche, la energía salió por toda la noche, durante un período de 12 horas. Nunca se nos dio una explicación, sólo que nuestro lado del edificio estaba afectado y que estaban mirando la situación. A las 12:00 p.m., yo pidió una explicación, y el personal básicamente dijo que se les dijo que la cuestión sería fijada por el centro de la ciudad por 9PM Pero a media noche no había nada que se podía hacer según el personal. El único lado positivo de esta estructura es que se encuentra a dos pasos del centro. Para el resto de experiencia que debe olvidarse! La estructura tiene un olor desagradable de astuto que se siente incluso por la calle y que en la habitación es realmente molesto, además en los corredores siempre alienta un fuerte olor a fumar cigarrillos. Para llegar a las habitaciones es necesario inerpicarse en una (o dos!) larga y rápida escalada que, teniendo un par de equipajes no muy ligeros a continuación, también puede ser bastante peligroso. Reservamos la habitación con desayuno, salvo que luego descubramos que el ” desayuno” consistía en un ”kit” que se dejaba directamente en la habitación (cosquito y cocina + una bolsa de té). Si se hubiera informado que el desayuno era de tal manera no habríamos pagado el suplemento! Nos pasó a pedir un papel higiénico adicional y no estaba disponible. La ducha tenía más o menos el tamaño de una caja! Es bastante fácil de colocar en la zona, pero casi exclusivamente a pago y sólo en la calle. El camino en el que se encuentra la estructura es bastante ruidoso hasta tarde la noche y de la mañana temprano.

Hotel muy recomendable, pero alejado de Cagliari si no llevas coche, aunque existe un servicio público de autobuses que te lleva al centro de la capital. Muy buena calidad/ precio. El personal muy amable y profesional. La limpieza de la habitación extraordinaria, hecha con mucho mimo y detalle. Faltaría en la terracita de la habitación familiar que tuvimos, un mini tendedero para colgar los bañadores. La habitación para cuatro personas está dividida en dos ambientes,amuebladas con mucho gusto, separada por una especie de mueble- armario- mesa de estudio, que hace que queden diferenciadas. El desayuno bien. El hotel tiene parking gratuito, si llegas tarde y está ocupado, puedes aparcar en los alrededores.

Ok so this might take some time but I think everyone should know what follows before even thinking on book at this hotel. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!! It's a scam!!! I did book here for 13 nights and I literally had to go away after two nights as the rooms are ridiculously old, full of issues, and incredibly uncomfortable!!! After the first night, I woke up with extreme back pain due to the extremely poor quality of the mattress!! Seriously the worst ever slept on in 20 years of travelling!!!! The staff at the reception though, very kindly did agree to change my room. Unfortunately, the new one was even worse and with more issues!!!! I could not sleep at all due to a very loud machanic / electric noise coming from the bathroom's ceiling that goes off every 2 minutes sharp!! Literary every 2 minute period you had to listen at this strong noise which made impossible for me to sleep. So at 2am I had to go to the reception to ask to fix the issue which unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed as that is the way it is in that hotel!!! Apparently for them it's normal!! In addition the super loud music from the restaurant downstairs it is on up to almost 1am!!! What a fraud!! Furthermore, even in this room qthe mattress was so old and flat that you couldn't sleep on it!! (see pictures attached) The bathroom of both rooms (so I suspect all of them) have no windows nor a fan!!!! Seriously????? In a 4 star hotel bathrooms without ventilation????? What a joke!!!!! I've been travelling for 20 years this year, and I have honestly not seen anything so badly maintained in my travel life!!! Probably the owners is friend to someone at the council, and paid them to get the 4 stars, tipical Italian situation. This is a real scam. This hotel does not deserve more than 2 stars. No gym, no pool, horrible mattress, no ventilation in the bathrooms nor a windows, noise!!! What on earth. I had to cancel the rest of my staying (10 more nights) and book somewhere else which did cost me 30% more. The only positive thing that can be saved from this experience is the staff. From the very kind ladies that clean the rooms, to the staff at the reception (both the day and night staff) and the people at the restaurant, they are all very good, professional and people with good heart. What a waste, I hope for them that they can find a better job in a better place as they deserve. Very disappointed of booking to sell this horrible place as a 4 star hotel. Unbelievable. Ridiculous.

Excelente estructura única de 5 Estrellas de Cagliari. Hotel nuevo con grandes habitaciones y bien decoradas. Excelente cama y limpieza. El hotel es sin duda el mejor de la ciudad y cuenta con un excelente restaurante. En la plaza también hay una excelente pizzeria. Completa el desayuno y el servicio en general bueno y en parte realizado por niños muy jóvenes con tanta voluntad de hacer. Sin duda, cuando regreso a Cagliari repitaría la experiencia. Excelente relación calidad-precio.
