La ubicación del hotel era perfecta para nosotros. El servicio dejó de desear. La idea de comprobar en la máquina es buena en sí misma si funciona. Excelente comida y buen desayuno la habitación es limpia y cómoda sólo me he metido un comentario sobre los canales de televisión no hay Canal Inglés Espero que la gestión del hotel se encargue de añadir canales Inglés cerca de eso es un supermercado turco y también otro gran supermercado 2 restaurantes muy cerca del hotel a unos 10 metros de la estación de autobús italiana y alemana está a unos 200 metros del centro de la ciudad y la estación principal de trenes.

Everything from check-in to provision of information, getting a coffee at the bar, room, breakfast and storing the luggage over the day was excellent. The (standard) room was extraordinarily quiet during the night, the windows do a good job in keeping the boise of the street outside. The bathroom is small, but sufficient. The desk is fine for working with a laptop and/or checking papers, and the wifi works well, too. The breakfast convinces with tasty breadrolls and jam as well as fresh vegetables and fruits, the cereals are good as well. As a tea lover, I was satisfied with the selection of teas provided (even though it was just one black tea). The location of the hotelis good, too: it is in walkable distance from the train station and the city centre and close by a tram station.

We visit the Restaurant many times, my Daughter got married there 2 years ago. We sat in the Beer garden, the food was absolutely stunning but most of all the service..the waiter with name Driss was such an amazing young man, he had a memory you can dream of he can keep 15 peoples order without writing it down..wow!! His service was very memorable for us, thank you very much this is rare..can highly recommend this place. We will be back for sure.
