Tenemos una habitación en la parte delantera del motel, pero no tuvimos ningún problema dormir ...noise no era un problema. Es un motel más antiguo y tiene cerraduras en lugar de tarjetas clave, pero tanto las habitaciones como el edificio están seguros y nos sentíamos muy seguros de estar allí. El Wi-Fi gratuito, sin seguridad es aceptable, pero no siempre fiable. Pero aún mejor que algunos lugares que hemos estado. Tienen una gran carpeta en la habitación que tiene alguna información sobre lugares locales para comer, tomar o recibir entrega ...muy útil. Toowong|A 0.3km de la Toowong Station
Loc Super convenient location on the corner of Jephson St and Sherwood Rd, with the popular Toowong Village Shopping Centre, a 10 minute walk away. The Toowong railway station can be accessed directly from the shopping centre. There are plenty of buses trundling up and down Sherwood Rd heading in various directions to the city or to the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre further south. The nearest ferry terminal is Regatta, less than a km away, but at the time of writing it is still under repair following last year's floods. Room We found the room to be clean, comfortable and spacious, with a large king bed, two bedside tables, each with a drawer and a lamp, a TV on the wall, and a handy desk for working at. On the balcony, was a small table and two chairs. There were plenty of power points to charge appliances and the downlights were strong enough for easy reading. The stylish touch lamp on the desk and standing lamp in the corner were useful for extra illumination. There was a hanging rail with about eight hangers. There were two sets of two drawers, one underneath the hanging rail and the safe, with one larger set underneath the TV. They were reasonably sized, but being virtually on the floor, they were super inconvenient to access. I can’t understand why the designers didn’t think of this, because it’s extra difficult to get down so low, especially if you’re a bit older, or with knee problems. Also in the room was a safe but that too required bending down. On top of the safe and below the hanging rail was a shelf to store one suitcase. The tea and coffee making facilities were also very difficult to access as they were rammed into a little shelf snuck between the drawers and the desk-top. The room though was quiet, being at the back of the property and therefore not facing directly onto either Jephson Street or Sherwood Rd, both busy roads. One could hear some noise from within the hotel as people walked up and down the corridor, but it was a minor inconvenience and most fellow guests seemed friendly and well behaved. There wasn’t much of a view, and the room just looked out onto the sprawling next door apartment complex, and to the right between the trees we could see Jephson Street, and the traffic going up and down, but the sound didn’t carry into the bedroom if the balcony door was kept closed. Bathroom The bathroom was not an en-suite, being situated in the passageway, between the front door and the bed. That was just as well, as it had a sliding door, which is never great for privacy, although it could be locked. But the bathroom was modern and stylish, and the water pressure in the shower was strong. A transparent glass wall separated the bathroom from the bedroom, which shocked me when I first saw it. I immediately phoned the reception to tell them that we needed another room due to the lack of bathroom privacy. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, a unos 10 minutos a pie del centro comercial Woowang, hay supermercado Coles, tienda de carne, frutería, farmacia, etc. A 5 minutos a pie de la estación de transporte de transporte de la ciudad y a unos minutos a pie de la estación de autobuses. La recepción del hotel está apagada a las 5 en punto. Aquellos que se registren después de las 5 en punto pueden ingresar con la contraseña y obtener la llave por sí mismos. El hotel tiene una cocina con instalaciones completas para cocinar. Muy buen hotel.

To be honest, I'm not sure how Opera Apartments South Bank has such a high rating. Here's a breakdown of the good and bad. Good: o Fully equipped kitchen o Balcony with outdoor table and chairs o WiFi is good at ＞50/50 Mbps. o The rooftop pool and BBQ areas are nice. The pool is a great place from which to watch the sunset. o Fantastic location. Very convenient for attending conferences at the exhibition centre. Bad: o Cockroaches in our bathroom and kitchen! Once it was dark, cockroaches came out in our bathroom and kitchen. On the first night, we killed four in the bathroom and two in the kitchen. o The front door has no signage to indicate where to enter Opera apartments. The door to enter the building does not automatically open and often the reception is unattended. So you have to use the keypad at the door to even gain entry to the building. We saw lots of new arrivals who were left very confused by the system. o We arrived at 12:30 pm and checked in, but as check-in time is not until 2 pm we dropped our luggage and then went off to grab lunch and coffee. We returned at 2 pm but were advised that our room still wasn't ready. We were told the room would be ready at 2:40 pm. Since we had already had lunch, we had nothing to do but sit around in the reception area until our room was ready. At 2:47 pm we were advised that the room would be ready in 10 mins. The room was then ready at 2:57 pm. When we entered the room it had a chemical smell and the kitchen floor was still wet after cleaning. o The walls were covered in dust. Additionally, all the air conditioning vents were caked with dust. There was an insane amount of dust behind the bed. As someone with allergies, we had to be very careful not to disturb the dust otherwise I would have been sneezing the whole time. o No tissues were provided. o No towels were provided for the pool. o The hallway had an unpleasant smell. Then the room also smelt but it was a completely different unpleasant smell. o The tv was fairly small. Only about 40”. o We were on level 3 and we couldn't have our balcony door open as there was a loud noise from air conditioning units under us and the building next door. With the door closed though the noise of the air-conditioning units outside wasn't an issue (but then you're trapped with the smell!) Overall, I do not recommend Opera Apartments South Bank. Complete waste of money. Still traumatised from all the cockroaches coming out during the night and the smell in the apartment.

Reservado por Luxury Escapes.. lo siento decir que debí haber comprobado las opiniones primero. La ubicación es buenos restaurantes y hoteles cercanos y fácil caminar al Centro de Convenciones.. pero eso es donde termina la buena noticia. La habitación es muy pequeña, un balcón extraño sin muebles, sin decoración y el salón y silla más incómodo. Vista sobre el lugar de construcción. ¡No hay ambiente en absoluto!

Estas habitaciones están en el Coronation Drive en el final de la Auchenflower, muy viejas y 100% sin frijoles, pero están disponibles a un precio muy alto (alojado 3 noches por $120 por noche) en una ubicación excelente en el río y tienen un cierto encanto rustico. El apartamento está a 15 minutos a pie de Cribb St, donde mi oficina está situada (hacía un paseo semanal desde la costa de Sunshine en ese momento) y también cerca del parque de Rd comedor en Milton.

Apartamento limpio 1-bedroom con cocina bien equipada y cama cómoda. Muy central a la bahía sur y al oeste y cerca del frente del río. Sólo deseo que gasten algo de dinero para calentar la piscina durante el otoño y los meses de invierno. Si su apartamento se enfrenta a Edmondstone Street, se está construyendo un apartamento de alto nivel y las tripulaciones comienzan a trabajar a las 7:00, lo que puede ser ruidoso.

Este es el mejor alojamiento de calidad disponible en las suburbanas occidentales. Sólo unos pocos años y todo parece sin lugar a ducha. Air-con no se hace muy frío - está bien con las temperaturas de agosto, pero puede luchar en verano! Las galletas eran un poco plano - habría gustado más de una opción que todos ellos mismos. Es más allá de un hospital privado y un centro de salud, pero esto no deduce nada del lado del hotel. No hay instalaciones como estas (no hay piscina, gimnasio, etc), pero hay un buen café en el lugar y unos pocos restaurantes cerca para comer o tomar - hay una microondas con cuchillos en el cuarto que es útil.
