El hotel está situado en una ubicación ideal para conferencias en el punto de milenio. Facilitado de acceso a la ciudad pero bien situado en un lugar ligeramente más tranquilo en el campus universitario de Aston. La habitación era agradable e incluso podría tener una gama de pantalones. La primera vez que se despertó el calor, la presión de la puerta se despertó y la presión de la puerta se despertó. Quizá un cierre tranquilo sea una fácil reparación. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la puerta.

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately left feeling quite disappointed with several aspects of my stay. Upon arrival, I noticed what appeared to be blood stains on the curtains, hair left on the towel/flannel in the bathroom, and marks on the table surfaces. I have attached photographs for reference, as I feel these are basic housekeeping standards that should have been checked prior to a guest arriving. I also experienced multiple issues with food and service during my stay. I ordered a charcuterie board, however the Parma ham and other cured meats appeared dried out, discoloured and no longer fresh. Unfortunately, after eating it, I also felt unwell afterwards, which was particularly concerning. Later, when ordering dinner, I asked for a croque monsieur but the staff member repeatedly did not understand the order, despite me explaining it was a toasted ham and cheese sandwich. I was eventually advised to order a panini instead. Additionally, I ordered truffle fries but was informed they were unavailable. I agreed to normal fries, however what arrived were heavily seasoned thick-cut chips which were completely different from what I expected and unfortunately not enjoyable. Another issue was the iron provided in the room, which had black residue/staining on it and ended up marking my top, which was very frustrating. As I had booked the stay primarily to relax and enjoy a quiet evening in the room with room service, it was disappointing that the overall experience did not feel comfortable or enjoyable. What disappointed me further was that upon check-out, nobody asked how my stay was or whether everything had been satisfactory, despite the multiple issues experienced throughout my visit. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I do not usually complain, however I felt the overall standard of cleanliness, food quality and service fell below expectations. Kind regards, Karolina

El Hyatt Rengency Hotel Birmingham es un hotel muy agradable y acogedor con excelentes instalaciones, y ofrece comidas alimenticias y comidas de oración disponibles a petición, que realmente aprecié. Las instalaciones de ocio son hermosas, con piscina calentada, vapor, sauna, jacuzzi y spa. Sin embargo, mi estancia fue debilitada por el hecho de que la habitación no tenía una televisión inteligente, como se menciona en el sitio web, lo que causó un gran desperdicio de tiempo considerando que planeaba permanecer en la mayoría de las veces. El hotel finalmente nos ha mejorado (a una habitación similar a pocos pisos más alto) después de varios contactos realizados a la recepción y una larga espera, pero estoy agradecido a Kenza por su ayuda. En el checkout, Nanini fue muy amable y ofreció apoyo para mi próxima visita como gesto para la inconveniente. El hotel está en una zona de 3 estrellas, donde el hotel está en una zona de 3 estrellas. En estos días, si usted se lleva el coche y vuelve sin espacio de estacionamiento gratuito, pierde su dinero. Sería mejor que nos cobrasen el estacionamiento cuando abandonamos el parque de coches en lugar de hacernos pagar por anticipado. En general, un hotel confortable con excelentes instalaciones, pero una información más clara sobre las instalaciones de la habitación habría hecho la estancia mucho más suave.

Hotel is in a great position at the top of Broad Street, greeted with a smile at reception and the room was ready early which was a bonus.  The twin room was on the 15th floor with great views over Edgbaston. The only fault was the bathroom door was very heavy and wouldn’t close. This was reported and reception did offer to move us but we had already unpacked.  The biggest disappointment was breakfast - we saw photo in the lift and it looked great especially as my daughter is dairy free. However there were no blueberries or raspberries or strawberries or blackberries and when we pointed this out the lady behind reception said it was a case of false advertising - nothing was offered as compensation so all in all very disappointed.

La ubicación del hotel era muy buena, me disfruté de no tener que molestarme demasiado para llegar al hotel. Really unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously. Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it. Very very very unsatisfied.

Was amazing stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ready to assist at all times. Location is very close to the city centre, yet on a very quiet side road. Would definitely recommend for short or a long stay

I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

La ubicación del hotel es grande. Caminar a Bullring y la mayoría de las tiendas y restaurantes. Pero el parque de coches es un poco de paseo a través de una zona no tan agradable. Además, el parque de coches más cercano no es 24 horas. Así que una noche después de una cena que terminó tarde, me perdí el tiempo de cierre del parque de coches y tuve que estacionar en el parque de coches que está más lejos. Para limpieza, la habitación es generalmente limpia. Pero las toallas de baño no estaban limpias. De las 6 noches que me quedé allí, 3 noches tuve que pedir toallas de reemplazo porque las nuevas toallas colocadas en mi habitación tienen diferentes tinturas en ellas.

5 stars. Exceptionally clean room, outstanding staff and an unbeatable location. Everything you need is within walking distance and the surrounding shops and amenities make it the perfect spot. Friendly people throughout and an altogether excellent stay. Highly recommended.
