UUsuario invitadoI lived here in early February. At first, I made a reservation for two nights, but we liked it so much that we stayed here for two more days. The hotel is located near Lyusin Street, where New Year's Eve events took place in February. There is also a bus station five minutes away by taxi, which I came to from Kazakhstan.
The room itself is decorated in cozy, warm colors and in a national style. The mattresses and pillows are very soft, and there is also a blanket for the bed, which is rare in China. There is also a tatami mat where you can have breakfast or do yoga, overlooking the street. The rooms are constantly cleaned and kept clean throughout the hotel. I would like to separately praise the reception and kitchen staff. The reception staff was always ready to help with any problems or suggest how to get to the sights. The kitchen staff, if you didn't have time to have breakfast or wanted to sleep longer, will let you pick up food in a container and then heat it in the microwave.
So far, this is the best hotel in all of China.

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles.
Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.

衞生：特別乾淨，房間又温馨又高級，酒店每一處衞生做的都特別好，沒有任何異味，空氣清新，很舒適
環境：對面就是天山，一個大落地窗看的很舒心，酒店樓下有玩的地方，種了很多果樹，還有工作人員帶着免費摘，吃，有滑滑梯，攀巖牆之類。想的很周全，長者小孩都能照顧到
服務：真的非常非常好，每一位工作人員都很體面很熱情很負責，不管在哪遇到都會禮貌的打招呼，還給我們推薦新疆好吃的好喝的好玩的，耳機落在酒店了酒店很負責的幫我收好並歸還，還給我們送了兩份早餐和免費吧枱飲品
餐飲：我們訂的房間包括了下午茶和晚上的歡樂時光，都是非常豐盛且美味，飯，蔬菜，羊肉，牛肉，涼拌菜，粥，包子，水果，沙拉，蛋糕，茶，奶疙瘩，咖啡，汽水，果汁，酒……味道也都特別好，食材很新鮮，沒有預製品，很健康。早餐也很豐富，可以滿足不同口味的人，嚐到了很多美味😋特別是磚茶➕牛奶➕奶皮子，味道一絕，太驚艷了，第一次見不會搞，服務員一看到我倒茶就過來幫我配置，讓我喝到了完美比例的正宗新疆奶茶，吃到了正宗的奶皮子！涼拌雞胗，涼拌魚皮也超級好吃，很入味，味道很好，
總的來説，這個酒店非常值得體驗！！！

UUsuario invitadoWe had perfect experience in Fairfield by Marriott Yining hotel. Our room was clean, light, comfortable and big. On the screen of TV was personal greeting with Surname. I was so pleasure about it. Stuff in the check in was very polite and professional. They always wanted to help us. Beds were so soft and big. I would like to return again this hotel next time. I value everything there. I was in many countries’ hotels. So for me this hotel is the best one.

UUsuario invitado想着最後一天體驗一下在北疆比較少見的人文，所以訂了這家酒店，確實如圖片中那樣，非常有民族特色，也聽老闆講了設計和建造的不易，包括外觀上有很多像沙畫，雕刻的細節，如果有時間的話很想仔細欣賞。唯一的插曲是我們因為是四個人，直接訂了價格較高的帝王花套房，同樣的價格在其他地方都是一個客廳2個衞生間2個卧室，而且描述上寫了3層，讓我們在預訂的時候產生了一些誤解，所以在這入住了才發現是1個卧室而客廳還有兩張床，説實話是沒想到的，因為在預訂界面寫的可住4人，描述也有點模糊完全沒想到是沒有門也沒有任何格擋的房間，可以理解如果是長者小孩的家庭住着也沒問題，但我們是四個成年人，還是有點不方便的，如果早知道是1個衞生間和沒有格擋的話我們完全就可以訂兩個房間了。還有衞生間和淋浴的兩個門有點關不上，不過老闆娘很有效率的安排了人幫我們修，整體服務很好，包括幫忙搬行李的大哥也是屬於隨叫隨到，除了房間這個小插曲如果能夠在預訂的時候寫清楚就更好了，其他的地理位置和整體環境還是很適合來旅遊的

Mmioo¡Un verdadero oculto guardado – El mejor estancia de mi viaje Xinjiang!
De mi viaje a Xinjiang, este estancia en casa fue por mucho la experiencia más memorable y caliente. En el momento en que me metí en el hermoso hogar decorado, con sus increíbles huesos azules, los detalles tradicionales uigures y un patio tranquilo cubierto de una canoa de vinos, me sentí aliviado.
Lo que lo hizo aún más especial fue la increíble hospitalidad. El dueño era excepcionalmente amable, siempre listo con un sonrisa caliente y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesite se compartía consejos locales, ayudaba con el transporte, o simplemente chatando sobre el té. Su amabilidades me hacen sentir no sólo como un huésped, sino como parte de la familia.
La atención a los detalles en cada rincón, el swing tranquilo en el patio y la atmosfera agradable crean el ambiente perfecto para relajarse después de un día de exploración. No puedo recomendar este lugar suficiente Si usted está viajando a través de Xinjiang y quiere experimentar verdadera calor y cultura, este es el lugar para ser.

Yy3nch1ngA nice hotel that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room is cozy with warm downlights, and a thoughtful design feature where all lights can be turned off at night, but motion-sensor backlighting automatically guides you to the bathroom when you walk—very practical and well designed.
I didn’t book the room with breakfast initially, but they had a breakfast promotion available on the spot, which turned out to be quite worth it. The breakfast selection was good with quite a lot of variety, including a noodle station.
One thing that really impressed me was the “invisible staff” at the laundry room. I placed my clothes in the washing machine with a sticky note, and when I returned to move them to the dryer, everything had already been transferred. After drying, my clothes were neatly folded and placed in a basket. It was such a thoughtful touch.
Overall, a very convenient and well-managed stay.

Hahahaha no ha sido un trato, así que deja la pata sucia en la cama toda la noche. Después de tres noches, cada vez que limpiaba la habitación era muy estúpida. Mira el servicio de la habitación es tan estúpido que no me gusta la salud normal.Evitar las minas, superevitar las minas. El hotel normal debería hacerlo, este hotel no está bien.

UUsuario invitadoThe accommodation is beautiful and in a nice Uyghur neighbourhood, Kazanqi area. The buildings are pretty and traditional Uyghur style, with open courtyards. It is maybe half an hour walk away from the Kazanqi tourist main area with the shops, and the large bazaar. There are some shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. It feels like you're staying in a more quaint, traditional town area, although there are horse drawn carts taking tourists around for a traditional Uyghur experience. The hotel is on the corner of an intersection. My room was not part of the main building where reception was, but was around the corner across a laneway. It is a very spacious and nice room with windows and a lock on the door, and a separate bathroom that was shared, and was modern. I only stayed for one night. The lady at reception was very kind and although she didn't speak much English we managed with gestured and translate apps. She gave me tea while I waited to check in and there was free fruit. I had issues paying my taxi driver and she kindly helped me pay and I paid her back. I asked about whether the accommodation served breakfast since I read something in previous reviews about people eating breakfast here but she said there was not. There was a kitchen in the main reception area with dishes that I was able to use. There was also a washing machine which the host helped me to use and she kindly helped me by hanging my clothes as I took a while to return to the washing machine. I would definitely stay here again.

UUsuario invitado這次獨自一個人從南疆一路向北旅遊到伊犁都已經下午了 很疲憊原本也沒有做好伊寧之旅的一個規劃還沒有想好住那個酒店想的到市中心吃個飯再決定結果在出租車上跟師傅聊天師傅推薦了這家酒店説離喀贊其 六星街 人民公園都很近 於是直接選擇了這家酒店🏨
到酒店後前台小姐姐不僅人美辦入住專業快還給我講了遊玩路線非常感謝前台小姐姐👧
到酒店房間後房間也是乾乾淨淨 高樓層 看窗外風景也很美 第二天在酒店用早餐早餐也很豐盛，
酒店地理位置優越附近還有商場超市吃飯的地方，還有很多好吃的水果，這次的旅途中最滿意的就是這家酒店，下次來伊犁還會選擇這家酒店👍👍
