¡La experiencia en The Luxury Collection Hotel Nanning fue excelente! Ubicado en el piso 80, ofrece una vista panorámica impresionante. Pipi nos ayudó con el check-in en la planta más alta, no solo mejorando nuestra habitación, sino también dándonos recomendaciones profesionales y detalladas sobre lugares interesantes y restaurantes cercanos. El diseño del hotel, con su encanto Zhuang, es elegante y sofisticado. La habitación es espaciosa y cómoda, con todas las comodidades. Tanto la piscina como la habitación tienen un estilo excepcional. El servicio es atento y rápido, y Vivian, con su servicio de mayordomo, fue muy detallista. Nuestra estancia fue cómoda y placentera de principio a fin. Es la mejor opción para un alojamiento de lujo en Nanning.

Hotel was located in a great location, with good amenities and facilities in and outside the hotel. Service response time was slow which was a bummer. When we requested a change in room they mentioned ”will check and revert ASAP”, but after 45 minutes, there was no follow up and multiple reminders were needed. Aircon temperature couldn't be controlled and it got stuffy at night. Again , response time was slow. Hotel would do better with more timely response and if more time is needed , please let your guests know so they can plan.

Great, friendly and efficient service. Brilliant breakfast buffet for both western and Chinese selections. Very comfortable bed with a spacious room and lovely city views. Well stocked lobby bar downstairs with a great selection of wines, teas etc.

El hotel tiene más de 300 habitaciones y más de 80 pisos, es de gran tamaño y de estructura compleja, a veces la presión del agua es inestable y el flujo de agua es muy pequeño. Pero es comprensible. Puedo soportarlo. Tuve una reunión de grupo durante mi estadía estos días, así que estaba preparado para hacer cola para desayunar. Como resultado, aunque había mucha gente, todo estaba ordenado y había suficientes asientos. Los niños en el restaurante solo tienen 20 años y comenzaron a estar ocupados alrededor de las 6 en punto. Todos estaban en espera, mirando a los invitados y las mesas. Fue realmente difícil. Por eso le di cinco estrellas. Las dos bellezas que trabajaron en el bar del lobby la tarde del 11 de noviembre fueron muy cálidas y consideradas, me ayudaron a encontrar varios lugares deliciosos para comer y comprar sin sorpresas. ¡Pulgares hacia arriba! Este debería ser el límite superior para los hoteles en Nanning, pero creo que no debería ser el límite superior para Shangri-La.

Desde el primer momento que entras al hotel ya puedes sentir su encanto incomparable. Li, el personal de recepción, se muestra entusiasmado. Cada sonrisa está llena de sinceridad y cada saludo está lleno de cariño, haciendo que la gente se sienta como una brisa primaveral. Las habitaciones están limpias y ordenadas, con instalaciones de apoyo completas, lo que le da una sensación hogareña. El restaurante ofrece una variedad de especialidades locales que son inolvidables. Hay muchos lugares para visitar alrededor, especialmente el mercado nocturno.

Hotel is across the road from the airport. Easy to find. Staff who checked us in were super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and staff were really helpful with letting us know which dish contains pork as I do not eat pork. Checking out was super fast. Very convenient as our flight landed at 10.46pm. We will definitely stay again

Very well located hotel, close to Nanning Railway station. The building and hotel are a bit older, but everything was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very good. Recommended for a short stay.

It’s just a short walk from Jinhu Square Metro Station, making it very easy to get around Nanning and access popular attractions. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and local markets in the surrounding area, which is incredibly convenient. Check-in & Service: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to assist with any queries. They were always ready to offer directions or help with taxi arrangements, which made the stay even more hassle-free. Room: The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and the pillows were just right for a good night’s sleep. The room was equipped with all the usual amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi, and an air conditioning unit that worked perfectly. The bathroom was spacious, with a good shower and all the necessary toiletries provided. Facilities: The hotel has a small but functional fitness center, which I used a couple of times during my stay. While it’s not a massive gym, it has enough equipment for a decent workout. There’s also a restaurant on-site, which serves a variety of Chinese dishes. The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty, offering a mix of local and continental options. Value for Money: Given its central location and the comfort of the facilities, Sanzan Hotel offers excellent value for money. The price is very reasonable, especially for a hotel that is so conveniently situated near a metro station.
