This is the best hotel I have ever stayed, you got your money worth every penny. The hotel room is very spacious and clean. The breakfast has variety choices. The staffs are extremely caring, especially the manager 王学成经理. Mr Wang treated us as his own family. My son got high fever starting the middle night, I called the front desk, he and another front desk lady came to our room and see my son, and suggested to go to see doctor, but my son was too weak to go, then Mr Wang went to find pharmacy which was still open and bought medications for my son, I didnot have RMB cash with me, he paid out of his own pocket. And the next day he came to check on my son multiple times, which made me a lot less worried. Originally we planned to stay for 1 night only, but since he made us feel like home, so stayed an extra night instead. Thank you very much Mr Wang for taking good care of my son during our stay. The staff are the most professional people among all hotels in China I ever stayed. I definitely recommend this hotel to every one.

Our 2nd visit, though I imagine our last. Location is quite good and check in and out were easy and painless. However some things felt noticeably not as good as before. The breakfast lack the choices we experienced in 2024. The pastries and cereals were stale, I also got up to make myself a tea and when I returned, not only had my breakfast been cleared away but another family had been placed there.  The lifts seemed to not be acting at capacity which worsened the experience down substantially (when you have to go the 80th floor before anything else)  The room however was lovely, comfy and spacious with a gorgeous view on the City.

Hotel was located in a great location, with good amenities and facilities in and outside the hotel. Service response time was slow which was a bummer. When we requested a change in room they mentioned ”will check and revert ASAP”, but after 45 minutes, there was no follow up and multiple reminders were needed. Aircon temperature couldn't be controlled and it got stuffy at night. Again , response time was slow. Hotel would do better with more timely response and if more time is needed , please let your guests know so they can plan.

Para el resto, el servicio general está bien, y el salón es grande.

Decidimos quedarnos unos días más porque disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, el desayuno debería ser más variado y creativo, ya que, después de cuatro días, nos daba miedo comer el mismo desayuno todos los días. La cena es sencilla pero bastante buena. La lavandería de autoservicio es genial, el televisor es especialmente grande y la habitación es bastante grande. En general, le damos una calificación positiva a este hotel.

Very well located hotel, close to Nanning Railway station. The building and hotel are a bit older, but everything was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very good. Recommended for a short stay.

We spent awhile here as were securing Vietnam visas. This is hotel is far from the embassy. On the other hand,it was convenient for the public transport,but not the subway. The front desk had no clue about whether trains to Vietnam from Nanning are possible. They are and we took trains first to Hanoi and later to Mui Ne.The front desk all over Vietnam was full of good advice and could speak English well enough. As for China,they wanted to help,but didnt have the answers and once I could see them tapping away at their phones I knew they would most likely find the same lack of information I found on line. The train at Nanning leaves at 6PM for Hanoi. A special machine exists that prints out a card in five languages with carbon copies that tear away at each juncture of the trip. This will be a bad night's sleep as they rouse passengers late at night to stamp out of China and later into Vietnam. Upon arrival in Hanoi you'll probably need a taxi,but at 6:30am the only ones prey on tourists st the train station. Most people stay around the Old Quarter and it's a well provisioned sort of place with a giant lake at the center. Getting to the train station here required me to get a motorcycle,but wasnt far. It was easy to buy onward tickets and we enjoyed the food and people watching around the lake. Hanoi is sweater weather in January,but once you hit southeastern Vietnam the weather is hot and humid with refreshing sea breezes along the coast.

I recently stayed at Sanzan Hotel, located near Jinhu Square Metro Station in Nanning, and had an overall pleasant experience. Here’s a breakdown of my stay: Location: The hotel’s location is fantastic, especially for travelers looking to explore the city. It’s just a short walk from Jinhu Square Metro Station, making it very easy to get around Nanning and access popular attractions. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and local markets in the surrounding area, which is incredibly convenient. Check-in & Service: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to assist with any queries. They were always ready to offer directions or help with taxi arrangements, which made the stay even more hassle-free. Room: The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and the pillows were just right for a good night’s sleep. The room was equipped with all the usual amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi, and an air conditioning unit that worked perfectly. The bathroom was spacious, with a good shower and all the necessary toiletries provided. Facilities: The hotel has a small but functional fitness center, which I used a couple of times during my stay. While it’s not a massive gym, it has enough equipment for a decent workout. There’s also a restaurant on-site, which serves a variety of Chinese dishes. The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty, offering a mix of local and continental options. Value for Money: Given its central location and the comfort of the facilities, Sanzan Hotel offers excellent value for money. The price is very reasonable, especially for a hotel that is so conveniently situated near a metro station.
