Pipi nos ayudó con el check-in en la planta más alta, no solo mejorando nuestra habitación, sino también dándonos recomendaciones profesionales y detalladas sobre lugares interesantes y restaurantes cercanos. El diseño del hotel, con su encanto Zhuang, es elegante y sofisticado. La habitación es espaciosa y cómoda, con todas las comodidades. Tanto la piscina como la habitación tienen un estilo excepcional. El servicio es atento y rápido, y Vivian, con su servicio de mayordomo, fue muy detallista. Nuestra estancia fue cómoda y placentera de principio a fin. Es la mejor opción para un alojamiento de lujo en Nanning.

Hotel was located in a great location, with good amenities and facilities in and outside the hotel. Service response time was slow which was a bummer. When we requested a change in room they mentioned ”will check and revert ASAP”, but after 45 minutes, there was no follow up and multiple reminders were needed. Aircon temperature couldn't be controlled and it got stuffy at night. Again , response time was slow. Hotel would do better with more timely response and if more time is needed , please let your guests know so they can plan.

Desde el primer momento que entras al hotel ya puedes sentir su encanto incomparable. Li, el personal de recepción, se muestra entusiasmado. Cada sonrisa está llena de sinceridad y cada saludo está lleno de cariño, haciendo que la gente se sienta como una brisa primaveral. Las habitaciones están limpias y ordenadas, con instalaciones de apoyo completas, lo que le da una sensación hogareña. El restaurante ofrece una variedad de especialidades locales que son inolvidables. Hay muchos lugares para visitar alrededor, especialmente el mercado nocturno.

Overall the hotel is well organzied. Only staff not smart, careful and not detailed in mind. My stay extended one day, since cannot change the original booking (a 2 days stay), I made another one separately. Upon check in, reminded reception, and the gentleman did arranged my check in through out entire 3 days. Unfortunately, the assigned room at 19th floor (?) has bad smoke smell, thus I requested a change of room, at first the customer service lady on phone asked me to open window, and giving different kind of excuse and tried to refuse my request, after much request, she said she will arrange and will can me back. Which took 15-20mins and still no return call for updates, until I called again and finally got a change of room to 18th. another 2 bad experience were : 1) after changed room to 18th, only 2 days being arranged and on the 3rd day when I returned to room, my card was disabled and I had to go down to reception and got my card reactivated, where the girl did challenged me about my booking, said it's no record showing that I have 3rd day booking... 2) my booking is executive room, with free lounge service, after being moved to 18th, I am not able to access 19th to enjoy the lounge, and, I had to go down to reception, again... for the rest, overall service is OK, and the lounge is great.

The rooms themselves are filled with surprises, boasting cleanliness and tidiness to the point of being spotless. Soft, comfortable bedding ensures a restful night’s sleep, while all necessary facilities are available. Everyday essentials are fully stocked, making the stay both comfortable and secure. What’s more noteworthy is the hotel's exceptional accessibility and seamless travel experience, as well as its significant cost-effectiveness. Such a high standard of experience makes it an outstanding choice for accommodations in Nanning, highly recommended to everyone!

Located in a building with 5 other hotels next to Chaoyang Square. Walking distance to major shopping malls and the old town. Lots of food options. Minor downside is that you can hear the music faintly from Chaoyang Square singing and dancing after 9am but the music will be off at 10pm. Staff is helpful especially 小陳 who helped with the Alipay app to get location to call DiDi hail riding, 🙏

Being so close to the airport one would expect this hotel to cater for the traveller but it does not. On arrival there was no bar facility open or room service for the same. The room does not have coffee in the room. Bathroom floor was wet from a non sealing shower and fittings need maintenance. At breakfast the staff were not willing to make scrambled eggs despite frying eggs. It was there normal or nothing.

Very well located hotel, close to Nanning Railway station. The building and hotel are a bit older, but everything was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very good. Recommended for a short stay.

Una máquina especial que imprime una tarjeta en cinco lenguas con copias de carbono que se arranca en cada ciclo del viaje, será un mal sueño de noche cuando se levantan pasajeros tarde a la noche para salir de China y luego entrar en Vietnam. It’s just a short walk from Jinhu Square Metro Station, making it very easy to get around Nanning and access popular attractions. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and local markets in the surrounding area, which is incredibly convenient. Check-in & Service: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to assist with any queries. They were always ready to offer directions or help with taxi arrangements, which made the stay even more hassle-free. Room: The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and the pillows were just right for a good night’s sleep. The room was equipped with all the usual amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi, and an air conditioning unit that worked perfectly. The bathroom was spacious, with a good shower and all the necessary toiletries provided. Facilities: The hotel has a small but functional fitness center, which I used a couple of times during my stay. While it’s not a massive gym, it has enough equipment for a decent workout. There’s also a restaurant on-site, which serves a variety of Chinese dishes. The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty, offering a mix of local and continental options. Value for Money: Given its central location and the comfort of the facilities, Sanzan Hotel offers excellent value for money. The price is very reasonable, especially for a hotel that is so conveniently situated near a metro station.
