A serene and charming inn in a lovely village. We stayed 3 nights but most people stay 1 or 2. Needless to say, the tulou are incredible. The proprietor, a 26th generation local, is very helpful and responsive. He gave us a map of the village, explained the ”rules” of self-guided tulou tours (e.g., if the front door is open, you may go in and look around the ground floor), and arranged a driver and itinerary during our stay. He could predict our needs, wasn't pushy at all, and made us feel welcome. Fair prices. The inn itself is in a tulou, so expect stairs and people walking through the courtyard. It is in the countryside (think chickens in the AM); we enjoyed the slow pace and quiet evenings. Delicious homestyle local food cooked by the proprietor's sweet mother. Eastern and Western breakfast, coffee available. Laundry and detergent, too. A memorable stay for our family of five. Exactly what we had hoped it would be

Room - my room faces the magnificent Guan Zhai Shan. Every morning wakes up to a scenic view of lush greenery and mountain Location - near to the Guan Zhai Shan entrance. We took a DiDi taxi there which costs about Rmb12. The hotel is also near to the city which is less than 10 mins by DiDi taxi Service - attentive and respectful services at the front desk Hotel amenities - new and luxurious with a nice swimming pool and spacious lobby Atmosphere- very relaxing, spacious and enjoyable feeling Breakfast- last a good variety. Quality of food is generally ok Restaurant - serves delicious Hakka food Overall we had a very enjoyable experience

Due to not having a direct train back to my city, I found myself needing to stay another night at this hotel. The main lobby and my room were clean and well lit. This time I did not have the breakfast, so I cannot comment on its quality or content. I can say that if you have local food delivering software like Eleme to order food or drinks from, it is well worth doing so. The service time is reasonable and they will deliver to the hotel. I like this chain of hotel, they allow foreigners to stay here and I will continue using it in my future travels in China whenever I can.

Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia de 3 noches en este hotel familiar junto al Tulou. Nos alojamos en una bonita habitación con vistas al río/montaña, bien equipada, con proyector de TV, mesita de noche con carga inalámbrica y camas comodísimas. El jefe y sus dos sobrinos fueron muy hospitalarios y nos brindaron toda la ayuda posible. Todos fueron súper amables y sociables. La comida hakka del hotel es muy buena y durante los meses de verano organizan barbacoas en su patio, ideales para relajarse y socializar con la gente local tomando una copa o dos. Incluso tuvieron fuegos artificiales. Recomiendo encarecidamente el paquete del hotel, que incluye el espectáculo nocturno del tulou y una cena del hotel.

The landlady is very friendly and she took good care of my elderly parents. She also sent us back and forth from the bnb to the tourist attraction place, from the evening we arrived till the next morning right before we went to our nx stop. She brought us to the world's smallest tulou and saw a tulou with 三公六院. We were treated with a hearty and typical Chinese style of breakfast.

Una experiencia muy novedosa, las paredes exteriores están llenas de años y la renovación interior se complementa. La habitación está muy limpia, la cama es muy grande y cómoda, y el servicio es cálido y muy recomendable.

A strategically located hotel which is within walking distance of distance to many interesting places. Food is easily accessible and yummy. Night scenery is great with multi coloured lighting. Nice to walk around and enjoyed watching people dancing in the open spaces. Local herbs are also available if u are interested in local Chinese herbs for brewing tea and herbal soups. During the day it is nice to walk around early in the nearby walking streets where u can find interesting architecture of the olden days. Well kept but can do with more explanation about the history and info about the local culture and customs. Great place for taking instagram photos.

La habitación es limpia y limpia, las instalaciones están completas y la vivienda es muy cómoda. El hotel es una excelente opción, ya sea en viajes de negocios o en vacaciones. El lugar es muy tranquilo, muy cerca del paraje paisajístico, justo enfrente. La familia del propietario es muy acogedora, te sientes como si estuvieras visitando a tus parientes, después de todo son gente Hakka. La comida en el restaurante es deliciosa, especialmente el tofu y el pollo local, comimos muchísimo. El Tulou también tiene una vista nocturna, siento que el Tulou es más encantador de noche que de día. Definitivamente es correcto venir a Tulou y quedarse aquí, es muy rentable. recomendar

Everything was good until taxi service provided by accommodation. Driver was rude, making decisions where to go and when to go on his own against agreement with the hotel owner, non-communicative, escalated the conflict in the end and dropped me off far from railway station. Was supposed to drive me around for 4 hours, instead only 2.5, that including all the time wasted on disputes. As a result I didn't see what I wanted to see and both of us got angry. I paid him less, but I don't think he deserves money at all because of his attitude and the fact that I didn't get the service I wanted.
