Highly recommended if you want a traditional Hakka Chinese home sat in a small village up in the mountains. It can be a bit hard to get to, but definitely worth it. Stephen, the owner speaks decent English, perhaps the only one in the region who does, and he’s a great person to talk to. The architecture of the place is stunning, every turn is beautiful. The village itself is like it’s suspended in time. There are some tourists that come through during the day but in the late afternoon and early morning, it is incredibly tranquil and peaceful. The room I had was very comfortable, great bed and sheets, with air-conditioning and it was a delight just walking up to the room every day. The bathroom is more standard with an open shower, but great hot water. I stayed for two nights and during the day Steven arranged a driver to take me around to the various tulou sites, including some that have no tourists there at all. Mind blown. As an aside, avoid the King of tulou site, it’s full of massive tour groups and the tulou have been converted into market stalls.

As a female solo traveler, traveling to China for the first time and English being my only language I was nervous! This resort is amazing, clean, beautiful! The staff is great. No one spoke English, and I think they felt bad about it but I’m the one visiting China, I don’t expect them to conform for me. With that being said. Everyone was so helpful, and through translation apps we made it work. I highly recommend, and would stay here again.

This was one of our best hotel stay by far and we were totally impressed with the features the hotel provided. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We were blessed to have chosen this hotel not only because our daughter bearing the same name as the hotel, it was also situated at a convenient location, walking distance to delicious breakfast, wholesale fruit market and major attractions.

Una experiencia muy novedosa, las paredes exteriores están llenas de años y la renovación interior se complementa. La habitación está muy limpia, la cama es muy grande y cómoda, y el servicio es cálido y muy recomendable.

La ubicación del hotel está cerca de la zona del panorama, es muy conveniente viajar desde el edificio de Wu Xiang, pero después de las ocho y media de la noche, podremos entrar por la puerta cercana, entonces el show de luz de Wu Xiang ya había terminado. Puede entrar para ver los otros efectos de la luz. La gente se despertó muy cómoda en la noche. En realidad, es más recomendable ir a ver el edificio de Xiang en la noche. No sólo hay pocas personas, también se toman fotos. El dueño del hotel es especialmente entusiasta. La comida en el restaurante es deliciosa, especialmente el tofu y el pollo local, comimos muchísimo. El Tulou también tiene una vista nocturna, siento que el Tulou es más encantador de noche que de día. Definitivamente es correcto venir a Tulou y quedarse aquí, es muy rentable. recomendar

Everything was good until taxi service provided by accommodation. Driver was rude, making decisions where to go and when to go on his own against agreement with the hotel owner, non-communicative, escalated the conflict in the end and dropped me off far from railway station. Was supposed to drive me around for 4 hours, instead only 2.5, that including all the time wasted on disputes. As a result I didn't see what I wanted to see and both of us got angry. I paid him less, but I don't think he deserves money at all because of his attitude and the fact that I didn't get the service I wanted.
