入住柏納酒店龍巖店的體驗堪稱完美，讓我忍不住想分享這段美好的時光。從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就被温馨的氛圍所包圍。前台工作人員笑容親切，辦理入住手續高效流暢，還貼心地為我介紹了周邊的景點和美食，讓人感受到賓至如歸的温暖。 房間寬敞明亮，設計簡約而不失格調。床品柔軟舒適，枕頭高度恰到好處，讓我在旅途勞頓後享受了一整晚的高質量睡眠。房間的隔音效果也很好，即便位於主幹道附近，也幾乎聽不到外界的嘈雜聲。衞生方面無可挑剔，從地毯到浴室角落都一塵不染，看得出酒店對細節的用心。 早餐種類豐富，中西式搭配合理。現煮的麪條口感筋道，搭配新鮮的蔬菜和湯底，讓人一早便元氣滿滿。咖啡香醇，水果新鮮，服務員還會主動詢問是否需要添加食物，服務態度令人感動。 此外，酒店地理位置優越，周邊交通便利，無論是前往龍巖市區的主要景點，還是去品嚐地道的客家菜，都非常方便。停車位充足，對自駕遊客十分友好。 總之，這次入住柏納酒店龍巖店讓我感受到超出預期的服務與舒適度。無論是商務出差還是休閑旅行，這裏都是一個絕佳的選擇。下次再來龍巖，我還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏！強烈推薦給每一位追求品質的旅行者。

As a female solo traveler, traveling to China for the first time and English being my only language I was nervous! This resort is amazing, clean, beautiful! The staff is great. No one spoke English, and I think they felt bad about it but I’m the one visiting China, I don’t expect them to conform for me. With that being said. Everyone was so helpful, and through translation apps we made it work. I highly recommend, and would stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff were professional and welcoming. I would especially like to thank 小邱 for being very friendly and helpful, particularly in guiding me through the procedure to collect my parcels. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is at a good location but not the hotel cos almost all the didi don’t come in to this alley and not aware of this hotel Hotel is very pretty and room is very nice There’s a free pickup from the train station which is very nice and plus point for the hotel However the staff needs more training in terms of their services and professionalism. Their standard is obviously not at the hotel’s level. When I reach on the first day, the young lady and gentleman that assist us with the check in is nice and friendly. However after that it’s always an older plump lady that is at the front desk during the day and her attitude doesn’t makes me comfortable. I was writing something to pass to her and she keep rush me to be faster and the way she talks makes me feels as if I’m at a market instead of hotel. And also the aunty that manned the laundry area. When I was washing my clothes around 3-4pm, she said I occupied both laundry pod and other ppl can’t wash it. I told her nicely that I will come and take out the cloth on time. I mean there’s so many ppl that leave their clothes in the laundry and dryer pod after clean and dried for hours or overnight. Doesn’t that occupied the pod as well and others cant use it? Then she still continues to nag and said me about using both pod. Once again I told her nicely the same statement. Then she continues again and keep repeating the same thing to me over and over again and I snap back at her only she stop. What’s wrong with her? There’s a saying 给你脸 你还蹬鼻子上脸了？以为我很好欺负吗？Please give more training to both of the staff so they don’t ruined the reputation of your hotel. And there’s a staff that told me to pay for the lost card. I misplaced a card before with other hotel and never been told to pay for it. They just simply void the card. It’s only 10-20 rmb which is not a lot tho but it really ruins my impression for this hotel. I mean this hotel is very pretty and I would love to stay there again if I’m visiting Lonyan again but with this kind of staff around, I will think twice before deciding my stay next time. I stayed Wanda and Fliport Hotel in Lonyan before and the price for these 3 hotels doesn’t difference much but their staff definitely handle customer with more professionalism and better attitude

Cozy and user friendly hotel beyong my expectation. Comfort bed, rich space, AI element, friendly staff… everything is perfect. The only issue is the location faces a school and the loud school music starts at 7am. Ear-plug would help.

Conducir al hotel es muy tarde. También es bueno que haya una estación de carga automática junto al hotel, hay un estacionamiento super grande, hay un ascensor directo, el servicio de la recepción es muy bueno, la habitación es buena, no está lejos de la zona del panorama, hay una estación de gasolina en la ciudad, es decir, el desayuno es gratuito. Si no te apresures a comer tarde, no te apresures a comer. La tía de la mina dará más de unos pocos kilos.

Con unas expectativas más altas, el entorno en el área pública sigue siendo bueno, pero la tarde es muy guapa, hay pantanos de pimiento, es muy común, el cuarto es muy pequeño, el baño es demasiado grande, no hay problema de dormir, el aislamiento no es muy bueno, la calle está moviéndose para oír.

La ubicación del hotel está tranquila y se mueve a todos los lugares de interés. La habitación es amplia y cómoda, el servicio es bueno y la cena de la cocina es muy sincera. En efecto, la recepción también ha actualizado el tipo de habitación (aunque no hay diferencias importantes)
