Everything — the room, facilities, and breakfast — exceeded my expectations, and I was completely satisfied with the hotel.
Above all, I was truly moved by the exceptional service from the front desk staff: JAJA, MIYA, and NIKI.
Their warm hospitality, attentive care, and thoughtful support instantly eased the fatigue of my travels.
Whenever I needed help arranging transportation, they assisted me with genuine kindness and efficiency.
Thanks to them, my stay at the hotel became one of the highlights of my trip.
Thank you very much for providing such a memorable experience.

TThang Viet NguyenThe room is well-designed with high-quality materials and features such as electronic curtains and heated toilet. But what really stands out even more is the quality of service. The staff were helpful even though I did not speak Chinese. Communication is mostly done through Wechat. Management frequently checks with guests to make sure everything is alright. Even when the robot is too busy to make delivery to your room, the staff is willing in its place. I can see why this hotel deserves its excellent rating.

NNiyouduoshaociyongLa habitación es limpia y cómoda y se ha actualizado. Este precio se añade al menos a 0 en el hotel de nivel extranjero para poder bajarlo.
El desayuno es rica, hay muchos festivales, los huéspedes de la zona del desayuno son más turbulentos, y muchos están desperdiciando comida y llevando muchas cosas en la mesa. Los chefs y los servicios de la cocina de corazón. Se recomienda que se pueda multar adecuadamente con una simple ayuda de desayuno.
Porque el último día del viaje de Changsha, después de la comida, está bien 🛀, descansar y salir. Es una experiencia perfecta de estadía.

UUsuario invitadoModern, clean and comfortable. We had an upgrade to a bigger room. Unfortunately, we only spent a night for our flight next early morning. Hotel also provided free shuttle from 4 am. We also could not enjoy the hotel’s breakfast as we had to take the shuttle at 6 am. We had packed breakfast to take away. Overall, I will recommend this hotel if you want one near to Changsha Airport.

UUsuario invitadoGood location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where.
The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it.
On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out.
Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy!
Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight.
All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!
