The rooms were nice, but one of my employees had an issue with her room. The pullout sofa was stained on the outer/top cushion, as well as the bottom of the inner cushion (bed) was horrible. She didn't want to complain but she said she will contact the front desk to let them know. It could easily be steam cleaned. But the rest of the rooms were nice.

the apartment is a good size but there was a very unpleasant smell the sofas were very stained and looked dirty there was a lot of dust as if it had not been inhabited for months

Todo muy solamente que unas de las recepción fue algo racista conmigo era una persona americana pregunté a dinde podía alquilar un bote y me dijo que no me conocía que aque horas llegue ahí estaba una amiga conmigo americana también y le dijo vienes a interpretar a ella

Great property! Only complaint is the refrigerator door wouldn’t stay closed so we had to set the trash can in front of it. Condo was clean, staff was very helpful and nice.

The condo was significantly clean. However, there was a blood stain on the sheets. Also, while we were gone, a blade from the ceiling fan broke. The jacuzzi seemed to be coming apart. The jets for some reason stopped and upon getting out, they turned back on automatically.

The staff was so nice and friendly, they even let you know of places and things to do while your there. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, the pool was clean and nice. We loved the fact you could go "rent" out things to do there for free and had a activity room the playground and golf was also fun to do

Our favorite place in Branson! We love how clean and well kept this place is! Beds are always clean and comfortable! Perfect place for families! Our crew of 6 always sleeps great and we are always well taken care of!

Very large property that is spread out, you will need to drive to take advantage of any amenities. Staff very nice and accommodating, they followed up multiple times during during my week long stay to make certain everything was good. Room clean and well appointed with plates, cutlery and cooking pots/pans. Only item that detracted is that noise and cooking smells from guests in the room next door came right through the adjoining door. I would stay there again.
