El hotel Chelsea es un buen lugar. Las habitaciones están modernas, cómodas, baño limpio con agua caliente. David and peanut were the perfect hosts from start to finish. We arrived for a short break, a belated honeymoon and were greeted by both of them at the door. Shown to our room which was spotless. A lovely touch from David were the rose petals on the bed upon our arrival. The decor was modern with plenty of storage space. TV was better than the usual hotel ones. There was an amazon stick so we could access less mundane channels. The room was the spa room with a separate toilet and separate bathroom. An added bonus was the jacuzzi, that was so relaxing, along with a decent sized shower. Toiletries were also supplied. Would recommend to everyone to stay with David and Peanut. I've moved to Bournemouth from London and decided to stay here until I find a proper accommodation. Don't regret it at all!!! Very nice stuff who looks after you can say 24/7! For all the girls - HUGE THANK YOU again!!! (All the stars - Iwona, Dora, Wiktoria, Milena, Anna, Dorota, Rebecca, Marika, Amalia, Aleksandra and if I've missed somebody, I'm sorry).

Myself and my partner checked in on Good Friday and were greeted with a lovely lady on reception. We stayed for one night and opted put of breakfast. She took the time to explain to us everything we needed to know during our stay - which was really helpful and welcoming. She escorted us to the Goodwood Room which was simply stunning and huge! The bed had the best quality of mattress I've slept on and the room had everything we needed! Stunning bespoke furniture which worked beautifully with the nautical décor. Sadly, the stay was only let down by the loud pipes which seemed to be related to the hot water being used by the surrounding rooms. The banging sound began intermittently at 6pm (we left the room at 7pm-12pm) and woke me at 6am through to 7.30am. Upon check-out I did raise the issue with the young lady receptionist who took a note of this. I sent 7 email chase ups querying the outcome of my compliant and provided video evidence proving the issues I had experienced only to be told nearly a month after my stay the following: ”Good Morning and many apologies for such delay, your emails has been found in the spam! I am very sorry you had to endure the noise, please accept our apologies for that. I have checked your reservation and can see that you have booked this room under already heavily discounted rate so would not be able to offer any compensation, however I will be more than happy to raise a discount on your next stay with us? I trust this will be good news and kind regards”. Firstly, it is worth noting I received responses from the lady in question prior to the above email so the suggestion it was in the spam folder is a little hard to believe. Secondly, I paid £135.00 for a single nights stay without breakfast so to be told this was acceptable to pay for a night of interrupted sleep really let down my overall experience. The way in which my complaint was handled was really appalling, I had to continuously chase for responses, sent 3 videos detailing the noise and reported the issue upon checkout. In all honesty, based on the price and the interrupted nights sleep, unfortunately I wouldn't return to the room unless this issue has been resolved which is such a shame as the room features and shared spaces were beautiful.

Estado 3 noches este hotel se da la habitación que definitivamente necesitamos mucho de decorar. Pero diciendo que parecía limpio y cómodo aunque sólo tenían picos muy firmes. Creo que podría pedir más suave pero no lo hice. El hotel está muy bien, pero no lo suficiente para molestar el sueño. Ahora la comida, comimos la cena en nuestra primera noche y aunque me encontré bien mi otro es vegetariano y la elección era sólo curry de verdura que no parecía tan atractivo. A Buffett de nuevo de cocina y cereales/porridge. El cocinado fue bueno y aunque se puede decir que está preparado de los paquetes de cocina no se ha hecho una cocina real fue muy saboroso y lleno. Nunca se puede hacer realmente un mal desayuno. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que puedas hacer. Otras opiniones han mencionado problemas y personas sin hogar que se quedan allí, por favor recuerde que Brittainia Hotels tienen un contrato de gobierno para esto, pero nunca he notado o vi ningún problema.al mismo tiempo allí. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. Me gustaría volver a ir sí, pero ahora sé las expectativas que hacen muchos fines de semana de entretenimiento y parecen conocer a sus clientes y apuntar a su servicio.
