Pasamos 2 días en esta hermosa estructura. He buscado un lugar cerca de la casa de amigos en Montecatini, pero no quería estar en el centro. Necesito un lugar hermoso, tranquilo, en el verde. Este lugar ha cumplido plenamente todas mis expectativas, más bien! La estructura es maravillosa, con una atmósfera mágica ya que es una casal antigua reestructurada de manera excelente. La hermosa habitación con muebles de la época. Afecta a la atención de los detalles . Hemos recibido incluso si no solicitado, la habitación con terraza con vistas a Montecatini, realmente espectacular. La pareja se encuentra en medio de un hermoso olivo . Ahora la temporada ya es fría, por lo que se disfrutan poco los espacios exteriores, pero supongo que en primavera es bello estar fuera en la terraza o en el jardín. Para el verano también hay una hermosa piscina panorámica. Para el desayuno se hace un pedido el día antes a través de una aplicación específica. El menú es realmente completo. La calidad de la comida servida es excelente. Los propietarios y gestores son muy amables. Es decir, un lugar encantador. a 5 minutos de la casa de nuestros amigos. Nos volveremos, la próxima vez con nuestra hija y el perro, ya que los animales son admitidos.

This is a lovely hotel and we would highly recommend it. It is in a great location with plentiful restaurants and bars in the area if you wished to explore. We are a family of four with two adult sons and we booked two Deluxe Premium rooms which were really spacious and clean. One room had a balcony and overlooked the swimming pool and surrounding area - postcard setting with a fantastic view. We were part of a large group from Ireland with Topflight who were on the Andrea Bocelli Experience and this hotel ticked all of the boxes for us. We had a lovely drinks reception and 'welcoming meal' on our first evening and a farewell dinner' on the last - all of which was delicious and the service was great. We also 'ate in' one evening and enjoyed the meal. The communal areas in this hotel are really comfortable and you would find it easy to find a quiet, comfortable spot to read a book and relax. There is also a nicely furnished outdoor terrace at the front of the hotel which was ideal for chilling out and socialising. Even though we were part of a large group we felt valued as customers and, by the end of the week, it felt like the staff were part of the group! This was particularly evident on our last night as they volunteered to take group photos and they entered into the fun of the occasion. They took great pride in their work and they were visibly excited when this was acknowledged. Many thanks to Giuseppe who multi-tasked with the groups, to Roberto who single-handedly manned the bar with super efficiency, to Marta, Sara and Rosa who served breakfast and dinner with a smile and had great patience with a diverse group, to all reception staff who were professional and friendly (Fabio was charming) and to the housekeeping staff who ensured that our rooms were spotlessly clean. Worth mentioning that we organised a private tour to Florence for our family. We liaised with Alessia at reception by email prior to the trip and we found her most helpful and obliging when we enquired if the hotel could organise a private return transfer. We were delighted when she confirmed that it was possible and the driver that they employ (another Roberto) was professional, friendly, punctual and safe. We can highly recommend him. We wouldn't hesitate to make a future reservation with this hotel. Moore family

Lo elegí ya que tenía buen precio para hacer base y recorrer la zona. Cumplió mi objetivo. En general le falta renov****. La habitación era amplia pero el baño bastante pequeño. Le falta una tetera o hervidor de agua en la habitación para hacer más grata la estadía. El desayuno es muy completo con opciones saladas y dulces.

The swimming pool smelled salty like too much urine from the many children playing in the water. The room was in an adjoining section across the street on the second floor or first floor above the street, as such being handicapped or elderly the isolation can be an issue in an emergency. The balcony over the street life was enjoyable, with nice ambiance without being loud, if you close the balcony doors there is no sound. What really ruined our stay were the male waiters. One cut in between us without excusing himself while we were in line for dinner, another rudely belittled my Mother who although on the pre paid meal plan wanted better treatment paying for the full menu if we could be seated by a window and order seafood which was not on the preplanned all you can eat heaping dishes for tourists. The hotel restaurant has a two tier service, one prepaid with lots of filler like pasta, and another for paying customers with specialized dishes. Being dissapointed the next day we had three courses with seafood at a nearby restaurant, La Cascina, for just about 100 Euros.

En octubre de 2023 pasé dos noches en el Tuscany Inn porque quería ver si era adecuado para hospedar a los parientes 50-60 entre las vacaciones de diciembre. Este hotel es muy recomendable: habitaciones modernas, muy limpias, espaciosas, excelentes salas de conferencias con infraestructura informática, deliciosa cocina toscana, justo a la salida de la autopista, 400m de la estación de tren, estacionamiento en la terraza tejada, El hotel está situado en el centro de Florencia, a pocos minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. Gastronomie : 9 de 10 puntos, excelente calificación para un hotel.
