"The building is older and not totally modernised, but the room we had was nice, very clean and had a very comfortable bed with a good mattress and pillows. Answers from reception were immediate and friendly, be it during email contact before or after the stay, be it at the reception during the stay."

We had an amazing time at Granada Beach Resort. Definitely worth coming back.

Granada Beach Boutique Resort is a very unique place, sitting at a very picturesque location on Cebu island, in the Philippines. It gives exactly what has been put in the offer: peace, tranquility, calmness. I would also add: charm. I recharged my batteries and purified my mind of tension and bad thoughts only after a week of my first stay there. The owners go to great lengths to make the guests feel comfortable, relaxed and well taken care of. The staff is lovely and helpful, the food delicious – I have tried almost everything on the menu and was never disappointed, the meals were satiating and very tasty. I also liked the rooms I stayed in – clean, spacious, with elegant décor. I do recommend this place, especially to those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle and the noise of everyday living.

Excellent, excellent and excellent we are so glad we stayed here. Lisa and Mike are wonderful hosts and you feel as though you are staying with friends. The staff are lovely, the food is excellent and the rooms are clean and tidy. We will go back again, thanks Lisa and Mike for having us.

The resort is a real breath of fresh air - our room was amazing, exactly as in the brochure photo, with a stunning view. The room was clean as a whistle, spacious and light. We felt 'exclusive', the resort is large enough that you see very little of the other guests except during meal times. The staff are courteous and friendly while Mike and Lisa who run the resort made a special effort to make us feel welcome.From the private beach I snorkeled on the reef - superb, lots of fish and coral, one of the guest we met there had been diving and seen turtle too. The extensive grounds contain the ruins of a mid 1700 Spanish lookout tower; there are plenty of birds including Asian Glossy Starlings, Philippine Bulbul, various kingfishers; we saw a large raptor fly over more than once.We stayed for two nights, but could easily have extended.

They’re pretty arrogant and too lazy to respond to emails and social media messages about inquiries about the hotel and tours. I told them i am a possible hotel guest for 3 nights in Oslob and wanted to know more about attractions in the area this coming May. But no one seems to understand it, it is so UNPROFESSIONAL and DISCOURAGING. The place might be Beautiful but i might think twice if its worth the stay due to their arrogance.

Loved. This beautiful quiet hotel . Staff were so friendly. Rooms beautiful and clean . Food great . Beach realy quiet but we couldn’t swim as sea too rough . Such a great price will def come back . Pool area lovely . Massage was amazing with the best view ever .

It's perfectly solemn and exclusive in there. The owners are very hands on and the staff are super friendly. The food is top class and at a very reasonable price. The amenities they have on the place is accessible and they've made sure that everything is sanitized after every use. What amazed me is that you can go snorkeling with the complete equipments for FREE. Yes free. Whatever you may have spent on some other resort just to snorkel, you can save it. It was my first time snorkeling and I have immediately fell in love with it. The view underwater is stunning, the reefs at Granada is definitely something to look forward to. The view from their bistro is breath-taking, imagine eating heavenly food with an ocean-ly view, perfect right? From that view in the morning, you could see the locals doing their routine daily swim trying to farm fishes and it's very interesting. Now let's talk about the room we chose, we chose the one with four poster bed obviously. I was with my boo, and take note there is no tv in the room, it was the perfect time to disconnect to reconnect. Granada gave us the time we need to rekindle our flame(it wasn't dying, it just got way hotter haha). The balcony is marvelous as well, you can definitely feel nature there. And to close this review our trip was supposed to be for the month of December last year but Odette happened and they were kind enough to let us choose our preferred date at a much later time so after 7 months from the original date, we finally made it. And boy am I glad we did. Granada, definitely a night to remember and a place to treasure. Kudos to the management and the people from Granada, you guys are gems. Definitely coming back! xoxo

First experience of the Granada beach in South Cebu and can't wait to return. Set in its own grounds on a peninsula the hotel is quiet and secluded with its own private beach perfect for snorkelling. What sets the hotel apart is that it's staff are very professional and efficient, but at the same time friendly and very helpful, Lisa and Mike the owners are very much on hand to ensure everything goes to plan The size of the hotel means that there is a relaxed cool atmosphere that means you feel more like a house guest than a hotel guest Plenty to do including swimming with whale sharks, visits to a number of falls and for the more adventurous scuba diving or canyoneering. Mike arranged for us to go fishing, and my inability to land a fish was entirely down to me underestimating the size and power of the local barracuda (hardly the hotels fault!) Top tip arrange the destination dining on the beach a very romantic experience (we had our own light show from the thunderstorms out to sea and over the mountains) So thank you Lisa and Mike and all the staff for a great experience (especially Joy) We will return with much heavier fishing tackle!

so glad we chose this place to have our vacation as the staff are so friendly specially the owners (Mike & Lisa) the FOOD was amazing.. rooms/bathrooms are so clean.. the place is so calming and serence. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants to experience 1st class service..so looking forward to coming back ..

My stay at Granada Beach Resort was amazing! Lisa and Mike accommodate to their guests and go above and beyond to make them feel at home. They are attentive, generous, and the service is top notch. I would really like to highlight the food - the desserts especially! Apart from the atmosphere, the place and location is serene and the rooms are beautiful and spacious, making my stay very comfortable. Granada truly felt like a home away from home. I could not recommend this place enough!
