Read reviews on trip adviser please please before anyone else books this place. I was due to go on the 23rd of sept for 3 nights. I couldnt bring myself to even go just to prove this place is not in any condition to be open. Please please please read trip adviser first!!!! Wish i had, in result 170.00 outta pocket

I've asked the council to take a detailed inspection on this place and the owners ,, clear scam these empire stays amd I'm shocked how they are allowed to run a business of this kind. They have no clue about hospitality...please do the right thing and stop what you are trying you are upsetting people and causing big stress for yourself

absolutely appalling, the front entrance to the building didn’t have a lock and was a free for all, where u walk in where the stairs are it smells like urine and spice. When I went to have a look at the apar**ent I was dissapointed as there was mould in the bathroom, a damp spot next to the bed, and the door appeared that someone had in the past kicked it down and the lock seemed faulty. I had to go elsewhere as it was unsuitable, DO NOT GO THERE it is a safety risk and a waste of money!!!

These are nit the photos of the apar**ent. NO smoking not true. Mattress Well not just springs. And on board of wood underneath . Mould up the walls ,cold damp and the smell was disgusting. The bathroom was still dirty the floors were sticky. When entering the hallway the smell u could hardly breath.Mops and dirty bags if stuff the carpets was so dirty I had to clean my shoes on the way out. I didn't stay there had to find somewhere else so out of pocket. Now I've been told NO REFUND IS DUE. So now have to take legal action. PLEASE dont wast your money and time like I did . I had a very upset daughter who has Asthma this shouldn't be a loud to advertise.

I have honestly never had to deal with such a bad place. Firstly, they told us there was parking - there was not. Secondly, we open the door to the apar**ent, and there are people already inside! We leave, call the place, and they say that that cannot possibly be the case. We try again, and the people inside shut us out and say it's theirs. We try again in half an hour, and we can get in. There's an enormous bin bag inside the apar**ent full of rubbish, and a note on the table that says 'sorry, in our country we get apar**ents that are both upstairs and downstairs'. Absolutely fine that this mistake happens - but how did they get into our apar**ent? We had a discussion and realised that all keys to flat one and two must open all the doors. Do not go - other people can get inside your apar**ent with their own keys. We decided to try and stay. There was one bed. We were promised five. The lady said there were five beds and there was one. we ring up to try and get through to see if they have another apar**ent as this is at 1am in the morning and with 5 female travellers, its dangerous enough as it is. We were cut off constantly. Our calls were blocked, and we could not do anything. We ended up parking somewhere else and paying 4x the amount to get a room on the night that housed us all. I tried for a refund for 12 months. Each time, *********** wouldn't understand what had happened, and the hotel apar**ent company would not provide details, and said we were not telling the truth. I tried to get a refund every single week for a year. after 14 months of trying, *********** gave us our refund which came from their pocket, not from the hotel. Be ware. They will take your money and they will lie and they will refuse a refund.

Where do I begin! For a start they won't give you any details about the accomodation until 15 minutes before you are due to stay. The exterior was completely littered with a huge refuse bin outside the building. The steps up the building were all broken and uneven. There were people on the steps outside the building drinking cans and smoking *********. The area felt completely derelict. The communal area smelt of stale alcohol and cigarettes. The flooring was not fitted properly, being a trip hazard. The TV, although showing it had Netflix did not work and it wouldn't show any other channels. This was due to the building not having any internet, as advertised, also the mobile data in the area was dire. The door had a hole in it, filled in with kitchen roll. The doors and painted surfaces were grubby and looked like they needed a deep clean and repainting. The flooring in the kitchen was peeling off the floor and the floor was uneven. There were not enough towels, bedding and pillows for the amount of people the accomodation was booked for (4). The windows were all broken and the glazing had broken down inside being filled with moisture. The exterior yard was a state with litter, ****s and looking disheveled. One of the lounge chairs had a huge staple sticking out of it making it difficult to handle. Both lounge chairs also doubled up as camp beds but neither were stable. Tiles were falling off in the bathroom. The toilet seat fell off and the toilet was not secure to the floor. The bathroom had damp and painting peeling/peeled off the walls. There was a random hole in the bathroom floor. The bedding that was supplied was stained and appeared worn out. I was totally unimpressed and we arrived late so could not get anywhere to move to as alternative accomodation, but left as soon as we could in the morning. Do not book this accomodation it is NOTHING like the images it portrays itself to be.

The worst apar**ent I have ever stayed in. AVOID AT ALL COST! Issue after issue after issue and get no help from the owner, not even a little bit of effort being made. Stayed in flat 2, the carpets before you even enter the room was dirty and smelt damp… once inside the room there’s a leak near the tele, (tele and wifi didn’t work at all) the sofa beds both of them were broken, not possible to sleep on. Mould on the ceilings and even the main bed the mattress was broken on one side. Every night massive snails and slugs would show up. Don’t leave your clothes out as ours got ruined by the slime of slugs. I called the emergency number everyday to get a response of someone will call back, not received a single call back, then got told someone will come down to the property. not a single day did anyone come round, we emailed the owner directly MARIKA SLOMINSKA regarding the issues didn’t get a reply back for over 24 hours and got a response where she LIED. Got told they were looking into it blah blah and when we replied back didn’t get another response… honestly such horrible customer service, worst experience I have had at any stay. Council or the health and safety people need to have a look at these apar**ents as I am convinced it’s not safe for people to stay.

Avoid at all costs! This is the worse place I’ve ever stayed in! My partner called the emergency number every day and was promised someone would come see the property but no one did. The property had nightly visits from slugs, constant water leaking from upstairs when they Would have a bath/ shower, this would then leak close to the electrical. Mould all over the place: no end of issues. Got fobbed off with 1 email from the owner saying it was being looked into but none actually came. They are just after money!
