I have honestly never had to deal with such a bad place. Firstly, they told us there was parking - there was not. Secondly, we open the door to the apar**ent, and there are people already inside! We leave, call the place, and they say that that cannot possibly be the case. We try again, and the people inside shut us out and say it's theirs. We try again in half an hour, and we can get in. There's an enormous bin bag inside the apar**ent full of rubbish, and a note on the table that says 'sorry, in our country we get apar**ents that are both upstairs and downstairs'. Absolutely fine that this mistake happens - but how did they get into our apar**ent? We had a discussion and realised that all keys to flat one and two must open all the doors. Do not go - other people can get inside your apar**ent with their own keys. We decided to try and stay. There was one bed. We were promised five. The lady said there were five beds and there was one. we ring up to try and get through to see if they have another apar**ent as this is at 1am in the morning and with 5 female travellers, its dangerous enough as it is. We were cut off constantly. Our calls were blocked, and we could not do anything. We ended up parking somewhere else and paying 4x the amount to get a room on the night that housed us all. I tried for a refund for 12 months. Each time, *********** wouldn't understand what had happened, and the hotel apar**ent company would not provide details, and said we were not telling the truth. I tried to get a refund every single week for a year. after 14 months of trying, *********** gave us our refund which came from their pocket, not from the hotel. Be ware. They will take your money and they will lie and they will refuse a refund.
