"Booking this hotel was definitely the right choice. It's just a 5-minute walk to the train station, a large supermarket, and a tram stop. There's a convenience store on the hotel's lower ground floor, and a bakery (great for breakfast). You'll find a variety of restaurants nearby, including Thai, steak houses, Chinese, and ramen! A 15-minute tram ride from downstairs will get you to the amusement park, and if you want to go to the beach, it's a straight 15-minute walk. The hotel's breakfast was a bit limited, pretty much just what was shown in the pictures. Nothing particularly exciting. The dinner options at the hotel restaurant weren't extensive either, with steak at £24 and fish and chips around £16, plus a 12.5% service charge (which all restaurants seem to add). I'd recommend making a reservation for the Thai restaurant."

"My daughter and I stayed here overnight while she was attending a dance competition. The hotel was lovely. We were greeted with a smile by the owner, who was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. We had a spacious, sea view room. It was clean, large enough to sleep 5. The bed was very comfortable. We had plenty of hot drink supplies. The toiletries provided were fantastic. Very happy with the price and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you Vinnie's, it's been great."

Our room was fairly spacious with a large bed, some wear and tear in the room, bathroom light switch was sort of loose and window external was filthy, window ledge (wood) in poor nick. Evening meals, good choices available and pricing was reasonable, overall we would return to this hotel and I would recommend it to friends and family."

"Claire & Richard are fantastic friendly hosts , tiffys place is a fantastic central location a stone’s throw from the beach , close to all transport links, Cooked breakfast was delicious, I had 2 and choose a healthier option on our 3rd morning , plenty of choices tea coffees fruit juices etc , They certainly go the extra mile nice touches throughout, For example our Harper suite had a bottle of fresh milk for tea coffee making, biscuits, shortbread, lovely toiletries and tissues that didn’t go unnoticed, Bed was comfortable and we had 3 fantastic nights sleep, Room and furnishings were lovely but the bathroom was absolutely out of this world and having a tv to watch in a gigantic bath with a glass of fizz made my wife’s anniversary. We will definitely be returning back and so will our friends, they all felt like us it was tremendous value for money . Can’t wait to return later in the year , we went away feeling like we’d made new friends."

"I booked this place over the Easter weekend, purely based on the fact it was two thirds cheaper than the chain hotels which were nearby. The hotel is located a 2 minute walk away from Blackpool Pleasure Beach. It is also a 1 minute walk away from the nearest Wetherspoons pub, South Pier & Sandcastle Leisure Centre...along with some nice local cafes, (Rendezvous), and cheaper end shops, sticks of rock were nearly half the price this end of the seafront. My expectations were low for this hotel, I've stayed in the area before and knew I wasn't booking 5 star. I was pleasantly surprised. We were met at the door promptly and greeted. What I first noticed was the electronic security lock on the door and on all rooms. The entrance was spotless and there were no funny smells of damp etc. The hotel was warm from top to bottom. We visited during storm Dave...so that leads on to our room. I booked a family room with 1 double and 2 single beds. We were given a double and a bunk bed, this wasn't a massive issue as my 2 children, who were older, agreed to make the best of what we had. I never complained as we were only here for 2 days. We had 2 separate rooms that were both en-suite with a toilet, sink and shower. They were fully stocked with toilet rolls, body wash/shampoo and hand wash, which was a nice touch. The beds were clean, the covers/pillows were basic, but again clean. The double bed was super comfortable,, the bunk beds were a good size, but probably could have done with an extra couple of pillows. All the heaters worked a treat and we were never cold for a minute, in fact the rooms heated nicely. We had tea, coffee & water in the room for our use too! There wasn't a view from the windows, but who cared, we were there for the rides, amusements and shopping. The hotel is located as stated near the Pleasure Beach, for high street shopping, you can either take a nice walk, which would be over half an hour or get a tram or taxi. We got Uber, which was around £6 each way from the hotel to Primark or Wendy's. That's right near Treasure Island and the Tower. I really can't fault this place, it was quiet, the host was always about and extremely helpful and the price was the best we were getting on an Easter weekend. Yes there were other guests here, no you couldn't hear every voice and or footstep. If you're on a budget or just want somewhere clean, tidy and warm, give this place a go. I took the pictures fairly hastily, the room was extremely tidy at the time we checked in. The pictures I took were at check out."
