Me hospedo con regularidad en este hotel por asuntos de trabajo. Las habitaciones son limpias y bastante amplias, desayuno disponible desde las 4 de la mañana y un gimnasio bastante completo. Me gustaría recalcar el trato excepcional por parte de los camareros y el personal del bar/restaurante, especial agradecimiento a Szidonia por su profesionalidad y buen trato.

En el hotel, la cena estaba cerca del servicio. Estábamos muy bien saludados por el personal y damos nuestra clave de habitación. Es mi segunda estancia en este hotel. No se queja la primera vez hace unos 3 años. La habitación en las primeras impresiones no era buena. Había ropa blanca en el piso y cortinas. El duche tiene marcas de escala de lime donde no se limpiaron adecuadamente. La primera vez que me quejé, me quejé en la mesa delantera, no se mudaban habitaciones, pero se dijo que se informaría de las cuestiones. Nos hemos dejado tan desconcertados si se han resuelto los problemas.

El Hotel está ubicado en un predio rodeado de espacio verde Tiene patio de comidas a unos pasos Aparenta ser un hotel lujoso.. Las recepcionistas amables...especialmente una de ellas con la que hablábamos algo en español... La habitación confortable...Los colchones còmodos aseguraron un buen descanso. Las toallas y toallones sucios...debimos hacer la queja ..No obstante en seguida lo solucionaron. Contaban con una pava eléctrica y saquitos de té. Lo recomiendo por la cercanìa al Aeropuerto...teniendo en cuenta que los LOW COST salen desde este aeropuerto es práctico aloj**** el último día para estar cerca del mismo Un taxi hasta Stansted Airport nos costó 36 pounds El hotel para 3 pax ....66 pound en el mes de agosto Lo recomiendo !!!

Our home from home stay We booked the laurels via my work employee benefits portal but had a look at a few reviews prior to visiting. Let me tell you how relaxing and quiet this stay was. The owner Stan met us at the door when we arrived, was friendly and sociable. The house was immaculate and extremely well presented. Guests have the ability to use the main lounge and a tasty breakfast is served in the morning in the dining room. There was a great selection of food and it was fresh and tasty and cooked to our preference. Our room was the luxury deluxe double and was very comfortable and clean with some little luxury additions of body wash and lotion ( and essentials for the ladies ) The queen bed and pillows enable a lovely deep sleep. The en-suite was a wet room and hot water on tap with some super soft bath towels. I had three showers and hot water available at each time. The brilliant furnishings and home comforts of the room added to the relaxing stay. However I must comment on the host’s Stan and Tricia. They made our stay all the more enjoyable their obvious high standards and pride of their BnB is extremely evident and is the main reason we will be back again in the future. They are extremely communicative and I felt they were available during our stay for anything we needed. We had struggled to get a taxi due to the village location and Stan advised us he would have fetched us. ( next time we will arrange this, Thanks Stan ) The little added touch of the purified water in the decanter in the fridge and the tray of biscuits and selections of tea and coffee in our room felt like a luxury. The Dyson fan was a great addition during a warm evening. The Laurels is a lovely beautifully decorated and well situated place to stay . If you are looking for a home from home break then look no further than the Laurels because it has all you need. I would highly recommend it. See you again soon Tricia and Stan. Ari and James

We have stayed here several times now before flying from Stansted. Every time the staff have gone out if their way to make our stay perfect. They are all very friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to meetbyour needs. The rooms are always clean. The restaurant is well run and the meals are off a good standard. The hotel is very convenient for the airport and we will definitely keep this hotel as our 'night before holiday ' 1st choice!

El hotel es un hotel de 2 horas, y el hotel es un hotel de 2 horas. El receptor fue muy útil y dijo que podíamos llegar a una 11 entradas pero como había 4 de nosotros estaríamos en pisos separados que no era un problema. A las 11:00 se nos dijo que estabamos en el mismo piso que ella había logrado enjugar las habitaciones alrededor. Queríamos más té, leche y azúcar para nuestra habitación y nos damos una mano de todo lo que era grande del limpiador muy útil y otra vez para los otros 2 personas de nuestra fiesta en la mesa delantera que otra vez no podrían haber sido más útiles. El desayuno de servicio era genial. No podía fallar nada. Gracias de nuevo por satisfacer nuestras necesidades.
