El hotel estaba limpio y en una ubicación excelente por la razón que estaba en Birmingham. El baño en mi habitación tenía un paraguas que impidieron que el agua huyera cuando no quería que se recogiera en el baño durante actividades como lavar mis dientes y lavar mi cara. El agua también estaba fría y llevó demasiado tiempo para calentar un poco. No estaba ni siquiera caliente. Por lo tanto, me eché y no pude duchar. Mi hijo se ha duchado en un día frío, uno de los más fríos que hemos tenido en Alabama en un tiempo. La primera vez que el camión de fuego llegó, oí a un empleado que se disculpó por no haberles pedido que supieran que era sólo un ensayo. La única razón por la que no di una calificación inferior para las instalaciones es porque una vez que me referí al problema con el duche y la niebla, enviaron a un hombre bueno a la habitación para hacer las reparaciones, La persona que me estaba examinando me dijo que no podía hacer nada por mí porque me reservaba a través de un tercero. Sin embargo, ella dijo que devolvería el dinero que pagué por estacionar.

Fui allí por negocios y también con la familia y fue muy agradable. ¡Son muy agradables y limpios! Gran hospitalidad de la recepción y el personal. Fueron muy corteses y educados. Sé adónde ir cuando quiero hacer cosas con mi familia fuera de casa aunque me quede en Birmingham.

Tenía una gran experiencia con este hotel. Tuve un incendio inesperado en la casa esa tarde y ellos cuidaron muy bien de mí y de mi tiempo de necesidad. Me recomendaría a cualquiera.

Después de I-59 Sur, usted toma 459 alrededor de Birmingam para llegar a este renovado dormitorio y suites. Muy agradable con cómoda habitación y cama. Nos distanciamos a un centro comercial donde tuvimos una gran comida en Rock and Roll Sushi. El desayuno fue tomado y se va desde que esta estancia fue de nuevo en octubre, 2021.

We had a 6 night stay at this hotel located in the Colonnade in Birmingham, AL. A very mixed experience. Check in was handled by a nice young man named Christopher who was hospitable and friendly. He recognized our Titanium status on Marriott Bonvoy. Did well to explain the hours of operation for the breakfast buffet. We had room 301. We checked in our room and found it to be clean and standard for a Springhill. We did however find someone's dried out dinner in the sitting in the microwave. Ugh. We also prefer stand up showers and this hotel being an earlier generation of Springhill had tub showers. Bed was nice, comfy. Wifi worked well and the TY had lots of available stations. Our confirmation after booking our reservation set the expectation for me that we would receive housekeeping every other day. Well, it wasn't until day 4 that we finally got housekeeping. They told me they were short staffed. Well - I paid the same price, maybe I should have received a short staff room rate. The fitness room was closed the entire time of our stay. Looked like they had an issue with the ceiling. The lobby always had a strong cleaning odor smell. Breakfast buffet - staying at a Springhill for us the breakfast buffet is important. Seems post covid that Springhill has lowered their standards just a bit. I miss the sliced cheese, nice toasting bread and hard cooked eggs this hotel used to serve. On a positive note special kudo's to the breakfast attendant Deborah who was always smiling and very friendly. I am sorry we missed saying good bye on our final day (Sunday). Management should commend her for her hard work and hospitality We were surprised 3 days into our stay when I was checking email to see a folio that showed that we were checked out of hotel. Weird. I did go down to see what happened and they said I was still checked in. When we got the final folio it only had the other 3 days so billing was ok. A mixed experience. Some good some not so good. I have high expectations and this trip wasn't as good as other experiences in prior years at this property.
