酒店離高速公路有3公里左右，位於小城中心，酒店裝修和房間都還不錯，但是沒想到凌晨3點被人打開房門，幸好門後面的鏈條反鎖住了，搞得一晚沒睡着，真是太差的一次入住了。

We went to a concert in Binghamton and booked a night at this hotel.
We had a great stay. Parking is super easy and next door to the hotel. Check-in was smooth and the desk staff was super nice. The best perk was the complimentary shuttle available on-site! The weather was terrible that night and we didn't see ourselves walking up to the arena.. we stepped outside the hotel and noticed the shuttle. The driver came proactively to see us asking where were were going. He took us to the arena and even brought a group of 8/10 of us after the show! Amazing!

This was a great hotel. A large open main lobby with helpful staff. We liked the fitness center and pool area. Our room was large, clean and had comfortable beds.
The area around the hotel is a bit depressed, but we did find several nice restaurants and bars close by.

Check in and out was easy and quick! Staff was nice, other than that the room was run down and dingy. Looked like a average motel 6 room. Was disappointed.

Hotel is convenient to downtown and the hockey rink. Service and food quality in the restaurant is both expensive and poor in quality. Hotel needs at least two additional elevators at am and pm peak times.

The property was old and seriously in need of updating, the bedsheets were dingy, and the bathroom was dirty. The extra set of sheets for the pull out bed had hair in them
