El hotel se visitó en agosto 2022.First, la recepción no habla inglés ni alemán.Ella fue amable en tratar ...Next, la habitación estaba en otro edificio. , y la ubicación era diferente de la foto en el sitio web.Ellos tenían una foto de otro edificio, que más tarde lo encontré el palacio de Alt Kopenick cerca del río.Recibí una habitación en la antigua fábrica (ver foto adjunta) .Más tarde le pregunté al personal de mantenimiento y dijeron que era más barato allí pero sólo enviaban en KB2 polaco y rumano, Bulgaro invitado.Soy polaco.Esto suena muy racista y es la primera razón por la que no recomiendo este lugar.Tienen actitud racista desde el Muy empezando. Quise que me mostraran otra habitación en el edificio principal- también parecía diferente de las fotos en el sitio web ....Salas sucias Salas de baño sucias, no papel higiénico, no sopa en distribuidores, no papel para manos sólo tienen distribuidores fijados en las paredes para la imagen. El personal no habla inglés y no me entiende cuando pedí camas nuevas, dijeron que estas son nuevas, pero se parecían usadas. El personal más supridor es entrar en mi habitación sin mi permiso y ni siquiera decir disculpas. Tenga cuidado! No desperdicie su dinero! El personal roba de las habitaciones de huéspedes! Propietario racista, personal rudo, lugar sucio para permanecer en. !!!

The hotel was only 15-20 minutes by taxi from the airport. Check in was relatively quick and all reception staff spoke a good level of English. The room was extremely hot and there was no air-con which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. Rooms were clean but simple and appeared to be slightly dated as were the bathrooms. We had an excellent meal out on the terrace in the evening overlooking the river. The service was fantastic as was the food. The hotel is approx. 35 minutes from Berlin City Centre by taxi which cost about 40 euros.

Was hat uns gefallen? - Die Lage - Das freundliche Personal - Der Kaffee beim Frühstück - 12 EUR Tagespreis für die Tiefgarage - Die bequemen Betten Was hat uns nicht gefallen? - Das Hotel ist etwa 25 Jahre alt. Das merkt man. Die Zimmer sind einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß: Kein Safe, keine Kaffeemaschine, nicht eine einzige Schublade, Badewanne mit Duschvorhang und Wäscheleine. Keine Kosmetikartikel (außer Duschgel, Shampoo und Seife), obwohl damit geworben wurde. Ausgefranste, hauchdünne Handtücher (siehe Foto), keine Bademäntel (obwohl Sauna und Fitness im Haus), keine Pantoffeln. - Im Bad roch es unangenehm, die völlig verdreckte und verkeimte Lüftung (siehe Foto) macht eher alles noch schlimmer. - Uns wurde beim Einchecken nicht gesagt, dass man Housekeeping extra bestellen muss. Wo gibt's denn sowas?? Man hatte uns aber zugesagt, zumindest die Handtücher zu tauschen, was aber nicht erfolgte. Das für den Folgetag von uns bestellte Housekeeping erfolgte dann eher oberflächlich. Toilettenpapier wurde nicht aufgefüllt, die leere Kosmetiktücherbox ignoriert. - Es gibt in der Tiefgarage weder Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder noch Lademöglichkeiten für E-Bikes. An der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, wir sollen unsere Bikes einfach mit ins Zimmer nehmen und dort laden. Haben wir dann gemacht. Mit den Bikes durch dir Lobby, rein in den Aufzug, die langen Flure entlang gefahren und dann ab ins Zimmer. - Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Sehr viel Aufbackware und aus Großpackungen. Die Stühle im Restaurant sind teilweise fleckig und durchgesessen. Auch hier merkt man das Alter. - Mittags haben wir das Restaurant mal getestet. Die Qualität war ok, allerdings fehlten wesentliche Zutaten beim bestellten Salat. ”Die hat der Azubi in der Küche wohl vergessen”. Alles in allem aus meiner Sicht absolut keine Empfehlung. Wenn ich mir die ****-Dehoga-Kriterien anschaue, werden diese nicht eingehalten.

Fui a un hotel cerca de LEC Studios y reservé una taza de rollo. Estoy solo y el personal es muy amable. Los artículos de tocador son tres tipos de champú y gel de ducha, ni cepillo ni pasta de dientes, ni pantuflas en mi habitación. Un limpiador abrió la puerta y me sorprendió que fuera a Harlow de inmediato ... así que vi el nivel de servicio .. ^^ El hotel en sí no está mal, pero no esperes ...! El autobús al aeropuerto de Schönefeld está justo enfrente de usted.

Don't be deceived by the first look of it. I was though as it looks like a building block standing in the middle of a construction site. However, the interior was surprisingly nice. A bit like student dorm or studio flats rather than hotel rooms actually, albeit in a more luxury version. Good: 1. Close to public transport. 2. Specious room with lots of power sockets and storage spaces 3. very modern and comfy bath room and bed. 4. Plenty of natural light through huge windows ( at least the one I stayed ) 5. very affordable price, especially if you want to stay close to BER airport. Things can be improved : A few USB power sockets would be nice. Things to be aware of/ warned: If you are very concerned about cyber security as I am, you should take note. The hotel free WIFI is NOT password protected so there is zero security but even if there is one, you should know there is still risks. My SIM didn't work with roaming so I had to use the hotel free wifi for some urgent tasks. At first, the wifi name popped up on my screen was ” Citty Guest ”, I knew the spelling of double t looked dodgy but then that's the only one popped up and perhaps some German set up this spelled it wrong. So I used it. Then the day after when I used the wifi there were two available : Citty Guest and CITY GUEST. It was really unsettling to think that the one I used previous day might be a bogus setting up just to trick people into thinking it was the real one. When I asked the reception which one is the right one, I was told the ” CITY GUEST ” is the right one. ( My heart sank ) I made her aware of the existence of the one name ” Citty Guest ” but she just said she doesn't know anything about it and it should be ok. But if she knew nothing about it how can she know it's ok? She doesn't look more an IT expert than I am. To this day I still have no idea whether I was being tricked into using a bogus wifi connections and I was so nervous that I changed all my passwords when I got back home ( but it wouldn't help if the device has been hacked ) but just so you know. If you see both ” Citty Guest ” and ” CITY GUEST ” pop up on your screen, go for the latter one unless you have been told the otherwise.

Este hotel nos fue recomendado por su proximidad a la Universidad de Humboldt. Fuimos a una reunión y el hotel está muy cerca. Nuestro hotel realmente nos gustaba. No hay cosquillas, pero dado el costo no habría esperado una tonelada de lujo. La habitación era limpia y tenía todo lo que necesitamos para nuestra breve estancia. Las habitaciones son un poco confortables, incluyendo la ducha. El desayuno buffet servido en el restaurante era de lujo. El servicio era impeccable. El tren a Berlín se encuentra justo a la calle - muy conveniente. Pero recuerde que tomará unos 40 minutos para llegar a las zonas más turísticas de la ciudad. En general, me quedaría de nuevo si tuviera otras reuniones cercanas.
