The hotel is a bit far from the train station, the furniture is somewhat old, the reception staff are very nice, but the cleaning staff are a bit careless. There was hair on the bathroom wall, and my breakfast trash from the second day of my stay was not taken out.

Strange reservation-based cleaning, sewage smell near the elevator, only one elevator that is constantly occupied because it's used by both staff and guests. But the area is nice. It's convenient to walk to the downtown.

去柏林展覽館十分方便走路10分鐘到火車站座3站到，到市中心也大概20分鐘火車直達。酒店房間配備基本齊全乾凈。早餐也不錯。房間有熱水壺有吹風機都基本齊全。

設施：裏面的一切都很不錯，衹是燈光非常暗，酒店應該在房間多加幾盞燈，方便看手機和電腦。
環境：交通便利，靠近S和U Bahn，衹是注意晚上不要從S Bahn（Savingny Platz） 回酒店因為太冷清，有點危險。而且還有超市Lidl和Edeka。
服務：前台服務不錯

I booked this hotel on the trip.com site per night at 135.2 I had paid online but, to my surprise, when I arrived at the hotel I was asked to pay 124.35 again which I surprised and I said to myself that paying directly to the hotel was more cheaper than on the site, and I was debited twice, and I am still waiting for the reimbursement from the hotel.Next time I will try not to book on the website and go directly to the hotel website.
The hotel is good, clean,... I had a good time
