The grand at the moon palace is absolutely amazing as always. After 2021 the quality continues to go up and up and we are never left disappointed by service quality. We are adults so we spend most of our pool time at the unique day club this time we had Juan and Jesus as our main waiters. They are by far the best we have ever had (we are at 10+ trips and members). Juan and Jesus remembers our names and drinks we like day in and day out and that I have food allergies when I order lunch. As always the resort does an amazing job with food allergies, at every restaurant they will ask if I need anything specially prepared away from the rest or the food to reduce cross contamination. They also have lactose free ice cream and sorbet you just have to ask for it at the little coffee shop 2 things to note for the resort we upgraded our membership a few trips ago and it would have been nice not to get a sales pitch when we arrived to upgrade again. But with that said the membership is definitely worth it. Also being here so many times the restaurants have not changed their menus in quite some time which would be nice as we come every 6-12 months multiple times a year. If you are looking for 5 star resort, that is nice and clean, has massive rooms, great service and food this place is for you! Also if you have food allergies you can meet with the chef to talk through them as well.

Seleccionamos el Resort Moon Palace para celebrar los XV años de mi hija Ana Sofía, pero creo que fue la peor opción que pudimos haber seleccionado, nos llevó 1 año para preparar el evento y fuera inolvidable para mi hija y terminó siendo un total fracaso, la gente de planeación del hotel con tiempos desfasados, se contrato la fotografía en el mismo hotel y No se respetó el acuerdo que se tuvo, un DJ que la vdd no sé si sería nuevo o con muy poca experiencia repitiendo canciones hasta 3 veces, cambiando de género entre canción y canción, muy mal su trabajo, pésimo, la gente de servicio con muy mala actitud y sin ganas de dar un buen servicio, hubo quejas de nuestros invitados que tuvieron que ir al bar más cercano porque no les querían traer bebidas y refrescos, que se escondían para no ir a la mesa, nosotros nos tuvimos que retirar del evento después de tantos malos detalles. En fin, fue la peor opción haber elegido este Resort, Moon Palace Nisuc para ser exactos. Si van a tener un evento, yo no los recomiendo para nada, de lo peor que hay, en mi vida había tenido una experiencia de esta índole, entiéndase por Pésima.

Este hotel es un hotel de lujo y privado. Altamente recomendado para aquellos que quieren disfrutar de unas vacaciones tranquilas y descansar. Desde el piso de mármol, me siento como si estuviera prestando atención a cada objeto. Pero como saben, .... comida y bebidas en el hotel son bastante caros. Sin embargo, la calidad de las actividades gratuitas es mucho mejor que la puerta adyacente de Hilton, por lo que se recomienda utilizar activamente las actividades. Especialmente observando el levantamiento del sol a las 7:00. , yoga en la selva sigue siendo la mejor memoria! ¡Además, las instalaciones de spa y el masaje son de la más alta calidad, por lo que le recomiendo que lo tome. Hay un espacio y una piscina que sólo los usuarios del spa pueden usar, pero es realmente hermoso ....

Hay muchas cosas y algunas malas cosas. 1. Puedes encontrar comida para comer en cualquier lugar cuando tienes hambre. Ellos tienen un buen camión alrededor de la piscina. El y tiene 6 restaurantes, 3 de ellos tienes que hacer una reserva. La reserva es muy fácil a través de la aplicación de enlace del hotel. 2. Algunos restaurantes tienen tan buenos alimentos, algunos son nay. La casa de apuestas no es tan bueno. La Luce es el mejor para nosotros. 3. La piscina es demasiado pequeña para ese gran hotel. 4. El hotel tiene una gran variedad de habitaciones, y el hotel tiene una gran variedad de habitaciones. Nuestra piscina de plungas es tan pequeña y suave, pero buena para un niño pequeño.

Je ne comprends pas les avis que j'ai lu ... Je reserve cet hôtel au dernier moment suite à une péripéties, la chambre est propre, abordable, spacieuse. A l'intérieur une cafetière, de l'eau, et un nécessaire pour prendre soin de soi. La salle de bain est belle, la douche spacieuse elle aussi. Quant au petit dejeuner, c'est un buffet salé sucré à volonté, de bonne qualité, varie, et le service est souriant et agréable. A la réception, l'accueil est un peu plus froid mais très courtois (il y a beaucoup de passage). Quant à la navette, il y a des horaires pour en bénéficier, il suffit de s'organiser à l'avance avec la reception, et tout se deroulera au mieux. (Il y a des horaires a respecter) Je suis dans la navette de transport à l'aeroport en ce moment. Je reviendrai
