Personal: 2 ocasiones, el personal de la recepción fue visto y oído imitar a todos los huéspedes que solicitaron cualquier servicio o información. El *** envejecimiento realmente necesita dar una formación básica sobre las etiquetas, ya que están en la industria de la hospitalidad. La reserva de la mitad de la mesa y el día de la llegada tuvimos almuerzo que fue publicado (que aparentemente podría haber sido revertida como por algunos de los empleados), pero el restaurante ***ager era tan rígido y arrogante. Very nice service and place to stay . Awesome work staff and room service. Very good food .from start to end of my trip it was no complaints for anything everything is so perfect there is no complaint Amd definitely going back to this hotel whenever I plan for Goa trip .

The welcome, attention and willingness to please and make customers happy is the best ever example of customer service we have ever experienced. The staff are all amazing at every level and are a credit to the hotel. We would like to say a massive thankyou to our Tui Rep Karen Hall, she has a wealth of knowledge of Goa and goes out of her way to be of assistance. We was at the hotel for Christmas and New Year, I really don't think the staff and ***agement could have done anything more to make the festive session so special. We enjoyed Christmas carols around the tree, a fantastic Christmas Eve and New Years Eve gala events. Special mentions to Rakesh (Mama Mia) who is a true gentle*** also Kartik (Seagull) who is so polite. The pool area is kept immaculately clean. I do think that small tables would be useful at the side of your sunbed. Food in both of the restaurants is worthy of Michelin standard.
