We changed to a handicap room upon our arrival, which helped me tremendously. The only comment I would have is that although the shower had several grab bars, it would have been ideal to have a shower chair also. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to OH.

My stay was great. I had to get some work done on my lap top in the morning and I went to the bar to sit down. Jerald helped me in the morning and made me an Amazing mocha coffee. His service was great and talking to him was by far the highlight of my stay. Great Hotel and Great team. I highly recommend

The tv stations never work both times I stayed!? Showtime, HBO, Cinemax all advertised but nothin ever comes in? Even local channels lag!? Very bad

Clean. quiet. small bar great for an evening cocktail. Morning Bistro a la carte breakfast option. pool is nice.
Although the food is ok, it is quite expensive for what you get. there are options around, but if you need to "eat and get out!" it gets the job done.

Susan the Front desk Supervisor was amazing and made the stay so easy. If you have any issues, I recommend going to her as she gives me that auntie vibe with a lot of love and care.

We had a fun evening in the bar/restaurant with the great staff. Although the breakfast items were a little expensive, we found them to be exceptionally good.

I would say overall our experience was good. We did have to let the front desk know a few things needed attention in the room. The door was hard to open, we thought the entry card wasnt activated, then a very small issue the soap and shampoo was empty in the shower,luckily we had brought both with us. We would stay again when visiting family..
