Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend and/or stay again. In detail: - My partner and I stayed here during summer holidays. It was a mixed business & leisure trip. I worked in the lobby/restaurant for 2 days and Wifi was great throughout the entire hotel (no glitched, no loss of connection during conference calls). - All staff was very friendly and helpful. From the people at the reception, to the cleaning personal, as soon as we had a question, they helped us. - The rooms are also very modern, clean and with quiet AC(airco). I would even suggest to the hotel that it’s not needed to renew all towels every day. I’m ok with using my towel for a few days. ;) - Breakfast is ok. It’s all there (cheeses, meats, fruit, yoghurt, cornflakes, coffee, tea, milk, juices, eggs, toast & croissants.). It is fresh and tasty, but don’t expect a lavish brunch. I read some of the previous reviews and sometimes people need to manage their own expectations. ;) As it is a new hotel, some suggestions I would like to bring to hotel management: - I was missing a tiny fridge in the room. Luckily the staff stored our food in the kitchen, but I felt a bit guilty asking for it every morning. - I would invest in an AC in the breakfast room. It’s a very nice space, filled with light, but that also means that during summer it gets quite warm. Nonetheless: definitely worth a stay when visiting Luxembourg! Extra tip! Go visit the brewery next door + tasting and ask for Eric. Eric was our tour guide. He’s very knowledgeable and like to share his stories, which for us made sure we had a great time! Also the beer is good (bonus, haha). :P

Como prácticamente nunca utilizamos los servicios típicos del hotel, un apartamento con cocina nos adapta mejor. Y el Residhome en Belval es lo mejor que hemos reservado hasta ahora. El equipamiento es completo, incluso con las principales herramientas de cocina y armarios, por lo que no hay necesidad de llevar nada. El baño es bastante grande con ducha plana, que nosotros personalmente amamos. Una ventana grande puede abrirse correctamente, aunque hay un aire acondicionado, es muy agradable. El personal es muy amable y atento, se siente bienvenido y esto también 24/7! Recomendación clara: viviremos aquí en la próxima visita y esperamos que así sea.

I stayed at the Ibis Belval for the Capital of Culture event for 10 days. I want to thank the staff at the hotel for being attentive, friendly and polite. This was especially invaluable as Belval is not big on dietary options for people that are dairy and wheat intolerant. The staff ordered different milks and bread for me and there was always enough. I had a lot of issues with food in Belval but Arnaud and the team made sure I had a good breakfast, which is so important when you are there for work. The young man on the night staff even filled up my hot water bottle for me before bed which was such a lovely gesture when I was exhausted after a day of working the event. My only gripe is that I was itchy during the whole stay at Belval and many of the others in my team also said they had red eyes or itchiness, we think maybe it was the detergent used for laundry, the rooms however were impeccably clean and the house keeping team was respectful and friendly. Thanks so much for the hospitality.

Good parking and easy to find with comfy beds and very clean. Room quite spacious. Very good breakfast selection, both hot and cold food. Would stay there again. Our only downer is - the coffee machine could taste better 6/10 on our rating - but out of the 6 places we stayed this holiday - only one place did a good coffee. Also, overnight we couldn't lock the door like we were used to - so we put a chair against it overnight.

También, no es tan fácil llegar a un autobús directamente al centro, aunque está a sólo 2 km de distancia - El desayuno actual se sirve en la brasera (arbre du dolor), en la puerta de la puerta. La oferta es tan amplia, principalmente con pasteles portugueses, que no hay necesidad de comprar el desayuno en el hotel.

Los hoteles de Luxemburgo son generalmente muy caros. Rara vez vivo en Ibis porque sé que las habitaciones de Ibis son muy pequeñas. El espacio de esta habitación Ibis es tan pequeño que resulta inimaginable. No hay más.... La ubicación no es conveniente, a unos 10 kilómetros de la ciudad, puede tomar un autobús de ida y vuelta, el autobús será más conveniente, el autobús que sale de la ciudad tiene que seguir la navegación para encontrar la estación. No se recomienda quedarse de todos modos.
