UUsuario invitadoMy wife and I stayed with our 2 children in February. (5 and 1-year old) The weather was ideal for outdoor games. The Theme Park is so beautiful and big that it resembles Disneyland. Especially the rollercoaster is breathtaking. The kids had great fun too. Dolphin show recommended. The hotel rooms are very nice and attractive for children. After leaving the theme park, more play activities should be offered for children in the indoor areas of the hotel and the area for this is a bit small. We would like to be able to leave at least one of our children in the children's club under supervision for 1-2 hours. However, there is no such area.
Breakfast and lunch are ideal. Dinner is better. However, in an all-inclusive hotel system, squeezed orange juice should not be charged extra.
I am grateful to Bell boy Selim for his help. He made our stay very easy. On the day I was leaving the hotel, he connected our feeding machine to electricity and helped me prepare my little child's food. Therefore, he helped us spend our last day comfortably. I'm appreciated for your kind help.

При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место.
Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все
исправил.
Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно.

no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying.
food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed

VValeriy ZОтель очень большой, красивый ландшафтный дизайн. Стиль в виде древних развалин, этому соответствуют даже ступеньки, фонтаны, разные клумбы. Всё продумано.
При заселении очень приятные сотрудники, есть также guest relations. Если возникают сложности и вопросы, они помогают.
Еда великолепная! Можно обедать и ужинать в главном ресторане, можно на пляже. Выбор блюд широкий, говядина, красная рыба, курица, детский стол. Фрукты, сладости.
Персонал такой приветливый и приятно с ними взаимодействовать. Номера чистые, без излишеств. Есть заполненный мини бар в номере.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es un hotel muy agradable, todo se mantuvo bien, teníamos 4 habitaciones en total y los niños tuvieron un buen tiempo durante la semana.
El único aspecto que cayó corto fue la comida. Después de haber permanecido en varios hoteles 5-star todos incluidos antes, esperamos un estándar más alto y más variedad. Desafortunadamente, el bufete se sentía bastante repetitivo durante la semana. Nos hemos olvidado especialmente de los platos tradicionales turcos de carbón grilados como Adana kebab, Urfa, lagarto de ovino y lagarto de pollo, así como de artículos como Innli Köpfe, que habrían aumentado realmente la experiencia de comer.

Детские аниматоры все замечательные👍🏻По питанию есть вопросики, очень всё жирное, для здоровья это конечно такое себе. Всё остальное чудесно, новый аквапарк хороший сделали, новая детская игровая 👍🏻

UUsuario invitadoEs un resort maravilloso con una buena comida y una amplia gama de actividades! ¡Cua actividades es mínimo, sobre todo un lugar para descansar en el sol o nadar. No hay mucho que hacer en el entorno (o en realidad nada). Es bueno que (gratuito!) puede utilizar el Sherwood Dream Resort, especialmente los slides de agua.

Iiuliia kisakova 25В отеле были первый раз. Попали на 1 шоу в сезоне. Было очень круто. Не хватило дневного Активити. Но с началом сезона наверно все будет. Территория не большая, зонирована. До моря на автобусе 5 минут. Что приятно удивило, уровень сервиса работы с гостями. По приезду в отель не было очередей и ожидания около стойки ресепшен. Сразу попросили паспорта для оформления и предложили шампанское в зоне гостей. Через 5 минут , одев браслеты , можно было размещаться в номере. Доброжелательный персонал.

UUsuario invitadoХороший отель. Очень близко находится к Лэнд оф ледженс. Отель хороший, персонал приветливый. Еда вкусная, разнообразная. Но в дате выезда нам в 8 утра уже отключили свет, будто «вежливо» попросили быстро собраться и выйти из номера, было не приятно.
