El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, todo se mantuvo bien, teníamos 4 habitaciones en total y los niños tuvieron un buen tiempo durante la semana. El único aspecto que cayó corto fue la comida. Después de haber permanecido en varios hoteles 5-star todos incluidos antes, esperamos un estándar más alto y más variedad. Desafortunadamente, el bufete se sentía bastante repetitivo durante la semana. We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek and overall the hotel was truly beautiful. The resort itself was impressive — the architecture, landscaping, and overall atmosphere were stunning. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The food quality was also very good with a wide variety of options, which we really enjoyed. However, there were a couple of points that I believe the hotel management should pay attention to. Before our arrival, our confirmed reservation was attempted to be cancelled twice due to what was described as a “local market / nationality agreement.” As guests, this was quite concerning and stressful since it happened very close to our check-in date. Fortunately, the issue was eventually resolved and we were able to keep the reservation, but situations like this can affect guests’ confidence when planning their stay. During our stay, we noticed that the service in the buffet restaurant could have been more attentive. On one evening, the waiters passed by our table several times without offering drinks or asking if we needed anything. At one point I asked for a fork, but unfortunately it never arrived before the restaurant was closing. The staff did not appear very attentive or welcoming in this area. On a more positive note, the service at Piazzetta Italiana was very good — professional, attentive, and a clear highlight of our dining experience. There was also a small incident in the lobby area that felt disappointing. While a staff member was refilling welcome snacks and drinks (presumably for arriving guests), I approached to take a juice and was told quite abruptly “not for you.” While I understand there may be rules, the way it was communicated felt impolite and not in line with the level of hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard. Aside from these points, the hotel itself was excellent and offered a very beautiful environment for a holiday. With more consistency in service and guest interaction, the overall experience could easily match the high standard that the resort represents.

Хочу поделиться впечатлениями о нашем волшебном отдыхе в отеле Xanadu Resort в Белеке. Нам есть с чем сравнивать (мы много где побывали), и могу с уверенностью сказать: это был действительно райский отдых на высшем уровне. Всё понравилось — от момента заселения до дня отъезда. Отдельно отмечу: везде идеально чисто, территория огромная, зелёная и очень ухоженная. Благодаря этому совершенно не чувствуется скопления людей — всегда можно найти уединённый уголок для спокойного отдыха. Еда — отдельное восхищение. Всё очень изысканно, продукты качественные и свежие, огромный выбор блюд — от кондитерских шедевров до горячих блюд. Ассортимент настолько широк, что мы не смогли попробовать даже 10% за все дни пребывания. В каждом уголке отеля чувствуется забота персонала. Все улыбаются, приветливы и готовы помочь. Особая благодарность сотрудникам на ресепшен (к сожалению, не запомнила имя, но очень душевные и профессиональные люди) — они встретили нас тепло и оперативно решили все вопросы по заселению. Рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ищет изысканный, комфортный и безупречный отдых. Мы обязательно вернёмся всей семьёй и в полном составе.

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

It was one of my best vacation ever!!! I stayed there for 3 days and spent amazing time at restaurants, bars, pools... and more. In daytime, there were some activities. I joined water aerobics and form party and it was so fun!! The buffer at main restaurant was also amazing. They changed menu everyday and i never got bored. I really liked adult pool. There is more chill and calm, had a restaurant, bar and Starbucks.

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

Хороший отель. Очень близко находится к Лэнд оф ледженс. Отель хороший, персонал приветливый. Еда вкусная, разнообразная. Но в дате выезда нам в 8 утра уже отключили свет, будто «вежливо» попросили быстро собраться и выйти из номера, было не приятно.

El hotel le gusta, descansado con niños por segunda vez. Servicio al nivel. La comida es deliciosa. No hay colinas en la piscina para niños, aunque antes. Pero hay acceso ilimitado al parque de entretenimiento. ¡Es una pena que haya sido posible reservar una habitación a través de la aplicación para sólo tres adultos y para los niños pagar en el lugar.

Встретили отлично, на ресепшене русскоговорящий Сергей всё подсказал, объяснил. Номер малюсенький из за того, что кроме двухспальной кровати стоит ещё односпальная. Не работали ни телевизор, ни холодильник. Чайник был и кофе и чай и сахар пополняли. Убирались хорошо, видно было по балкону и санузлу. В комнате засаленный ковролин и тапочек и халатов не предусмотрено. Сейф 3 евро день, мы не брали. Полотенце 1 евро день в прокат, тоже не брали. Так как было начало мая шведский стол отсутствовал. Но голодными ни разу не ушли. Что давали, то и ешь. Не удобно и многое просто выкидывалось, потому что мы это не ели. Чай и кофейный автомат и сильно разбавленный лимонад в свободном доступе с утра и до 22:00. Также с 17 до 18 перекус- печеньки. Море недалеко в пяти минутах, спокойное без волн, купались. Бассейн на территории с горкой очень маленький и холодный. В общем за такие деньги не плохая турбаза на море. Туристов было мало. Но это деревня, чтобы развлечься надо куда то ехать, рядом остановка автобуса. Ездили в Белек и парк Легенд, очень понравилось.
