Service was very good Reception was cooperative and helpful lobby was clean but a bit small and cozy no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying. food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed other facilities were convenient.

Детские аниматоры все замечательные👍🏻По питанию есть вопросики, очень всё жирное, для здоровья это конечно такое себе. Всё остальное чудесно, новый аквапарк хороший сделали, новая детская игровая 👍🏻

Хороший отель , территория большая красивая уютная , очень понравилось минус один еда чуток бы поднять уровень

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

I recently stayed at Innvista Hotel Belek during the winter season, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel stands out for its cleanliness and friendly staff, who were always willing to assist with any requests. Хороший отель. Очень много еды . Голодными не останетесь! Бассейн грязный , сразу обсыпало сыпью. В основном купались в море. Уходили на дикий пляж , были наедине с морем. Номера убирали каждый день , номера чистые, комфортные. Анимация есть, вечерние шоу впечатляют.

Excellent all round. Staff all go the extra mile. Great location on a not so great beach but the amenities make up for it. Look out for Mehmet in the restaurant and Ongur at the concierge desk. Both brilliant.

En general, tuvimos una estancia positiva, especialmente disfrutamos de la oportunidad de cenar en los restaurantes a la carta del hotel, además del buffet principal añadió una buena variedad a nuestra experiencia. La comida era deliciosa, con muchas opciones para cada sabor. El equipo de entretenimiento fue amable y bienvenido, y se celebró una espectáculo por la noche, pero habríamos apreciado un programa de entretenimiento más variado y activo. Las habitaciones están un poco fechadas y pueden beneficiarse de la renovación, pero todavía son cómodas y agradables para permanecer.

Отель в целом понравился. Было мало туристов, поэтому тихо, сервис на уровне. Понравилась кухня и напитки. Посещали спа зону, все отлично, единственное необходимо правильно настраивать температуру в бассейнах , первый раз была прохладная , потом слишком теплая. При заезде отказались выполнять договоренности с trip.com , это наложило свой отпечаток, при свободных номерах было отказано в повышении класса номера. Кровать большая отсутствовала , вместо нее две маленькие, в итоге они разъезжались несмотря на информацию от отеля. Также был местами косметический ремонт в лобби., проводились ремонтные работы. Службе гостевой поддержки необходимо быть более внимательными и дипломатичными с гостями.
