Great resort and had all the facilities you need. Only issue is it’s far away from tourist attractions. However the hotel facilities are that good you don’t need to leave the hotel. Will visit again next year.

Service was very good Reception was cooperative and helpful lobby was clean but a bit small and cozy no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying. food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed other facilities were convenient.

Детские аниматоры все замечательные👍🏻По питанию есть вопросики, очень всё жирное, для здоровья это конечно такое себе. Всё остальное чудесно, новый аквапарк хороший сделали, новая детская игровая 👍🏻

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

The food is delicious, drinks are served in bottles and are of good quality. The pools are big and there are many of them but unfortunately there are not enough sun loungers, people leave their towels and go, you cannot find a place by the pool in the afternoon, the sea is very wavy, we could not go into the sea anyway, the sun loungers on the pier and the beach were blocked with towels, the glasses and plates were not completely clean.

Pero qué huele de color blanco estaba en ella.. Otra vez, rechazado. La tercera habitación era tan olfada como con el mismo aire acondicionado, 2 en 1. Reepshen está tratando de explicar que el hotel está completamente lleno, el exceso de cocina es real. Estoy enfadado. Tuve que permanecer en la habitación al menos sin ruido, escribiendo a Trip.com. El día siguiente tuve más que una habitación aceptable, aunque sin vista, gracias por su apoyo. Hotel food 4+. No va a tener hambre, pero la elección no es como el fresco cinco. Los camareros son amables, algunos de los antiguos países de la CIS, en su mayoría. Aún hacen gooseleme por la mañana, por la noche en la calle carne tostada, bien, nada como eso. La animación infantil es el voleibol, la animación en la piscina es débil, pero no es necesaria ni tan bien fundamentada. La crema de hielo es, pero es muy impulsiva, es difícil encontrar, no en apariencia, y el crema de hielo 15 minutos antes de la ”batería” puede mentirse que se ha acabado. Más allá de la puerta, excepto el basar para ir a ningún lado. El basar.. para sabor y color.. , todo como siempre - la anchura de la producción turca. Como hotel de resultado con un sistema de aire acondicionado insuficiente y un diseño muy sencillo de habitaciones. Sobreestado muy. Si es barato, puedes jugar la lotería. Si hay algo con una buena calificación en 10-15% más caro, eso es una razón para considerar algo más.

Es un resort maravilloso con una buena comida y una amplia gama de actividades! ¡Cua actividades es mínimo, sobre todo un lugar para descansar en el sol o nadar. No hay mucho que hacer en el entorno (o en realidad nada). Es bueno que (gratuito!) puede utilizar el Sherwood Dream Resort, especialmente los slides de agua.
