UUsuario invitadoMy wife and I stayed with our 2 children in February. (5 and 1-year old) The weather was ideal for outdoor games. The Theme Park is so beautiful and big that it resembles Disneyland. Especially the rollercoaster is breathtaking. The kids had great fun too. Dolphin show recommended. The hotel rooms are very nice and attractive for children. After leaving the theme park, more play activities should be offered for children in the indoor areas of the hotel and the area for this is a bit small. We would like to be able to leave at least one of our children in the children's club under supervision for 1-2 hours. However, there is no such area.
Breakfast and lunch are ideal. Dinner is better. However, in an all-inclusive hotel system, squeezed orange juice should not be charged extra.
I am grateful to Bell boy Selim for his help. He made our stay very easy. On the day I was leaving the hotel, he connected our feeding machine to electricity and helped me prepare my little child's food. Therefore, he helped us spend our last day comfortably. I'm appreciated for your kind help.

no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es un hotel muy agradable, todo se mantuvo bien, teníamos 4 habitaciones en total y los niños tuvieron un buen tiempo durante la semana.
El único aspecto que cayó corto fue la comida. Después de haber permanecido en varios hoteles 5-star todos incluidos antes, esperamos un estándar más alto y más variedad. Desafortunadamente, el bufete se sentía bastante repetitivo durante la semana. Nos hemos olvidado especialmente de los platos tradicionales turcos de carbón grilados como Adana kebab, Urfa, lagarto de ovino y lagarto de pollo, así como de artículos como Innli Köpfe, que habrían aumentado realmente la experiencia de comer.

При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место.
Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все
исправил.
Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно.

UUsuario invitadoCrystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic!
We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations.
Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality.
Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow.
The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high.
Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours!
Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent:
1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun.
2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking.
Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings.
In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

Местоположение: 2,5 км от моря, но каждые 30 мин возит трансфер. Я не ездила, так как мне холодно еще купаться в море. Цель была загореть).
Очень понравилось решение разделение зон на семейную и для взрослых, я видела как сюда не пускали гостей с детьми, это здорово. Здесь тихо, нет музыки, идеально.
Рядом с отелем аптеки, Мигрос, и в 15 минутах ходьбы Лэнд оф Ледженс. Такси 10 евро в одну сторону, но лучше пешком.
Номер: номер простой, но современный. Но в туалете пахнет кошачьей мочей, запах не устранили, в другой номер не переселили. Халат по запросу, первый раз принесли дырявый халат и маленький, попросила заменить, дали приемлемый. Нет лосьона для тела. Много розеток, постельное и кровать нормальные.
В целом убираются хорошо.
Питание: хорошее. Всегда есть из чего выбрать. Один раз была красная копченая рыба на завтрак и на ужин один раз раки. Но кажется мало блюд из говядины.
Закуски непонятные какие то бестолковые.
Алкоголь: в лобби делают ужасные коктейли, в баре для взрослых более менее.
Сервис: персонал реагирует на просьбы и жалобы. В ресторане также хорошее обслуживание, не нужно самому идти к бару, официанты молодцы.
Минус: на -1 этаже в зоне для взрослых с 23:30 дискотека, музыка фигачит так, что в номере слышно слова песен. Чувствительные к шуму точно не уснут.
Продление номера на 7 часов из за позднего вылета вышло 140 евро - не гуманно.

No hay mucho que hacer en el entorno (o en realidad nada). Es bueno que (gratuito!) puede utilizar el Sherwood Dream Resort, especialmente los slides de agua.

UUsuario invitadoВстретили отлично, на ресепшене русскоговорящий Сергей всё подсказал, объяснил. Номер малюсенький из за того, что кроме двухспальной кровати стоит ещё односпальная. Не работали ни телевизор, ни холодильник. Чайник был и кофе и чай и сахар пополняли. Убирались хорошо, видно было по балкону и санузлу. В комнате засаленный ковролин и тапочек и халатов не предусмотрено. Сейф 3 евро день, мы не брали. Полотенце 1 евро день в прокат, тоже не брали. Так как было начало мая шведский стол отсутствовал. Но голодными ни разу не ушли. Что давали, то и ешь. Не удобно и многое просто выкидывалось, потому что мы это не ели. Чай и кофейный автомат и сильно разбавленный лимонад в свободном доступе с утра и до 22:00. Также с 17 до 18 перекус- печеньки. Море недалеко в пяти минутах, спокойное без волн, купались. Бассейн на территории с горкой очень маленький и холодный. В общем за такие деньги не плохая турбаза на море. Туристов было мало. Но это деревня, чтобы развлечься надо куда то ехать, рядом остановка автобуса. Ездили в Белек и парк Легенд, очень понравилось.
