MMonika MudrikaiteConcorde is absolutely stunning, but it’s the people who make it truly special. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with genuine warmth, and every member of staff was friendly, attentive and professional without being stuffy.A delicious food and drinks , top Turkish coffee . Bueno, qué puedo decir, por pura suerte llegamos a este hotel, aunque habíamos reservado otro a través de trip.com, pero hubo algunos retrasos y nos cambiaron a Puding.
¡Estoy enamorada de este hotel! ¡Todo es simplemente perfecto! Tiene piscina y desayuno buffet, está limpio y ordenado, la ubicación es preciosa y ¡qué vistas desde la habitación! ¡Incluso pensé en pasar la noche en el balcón!))
Muchísimas gracias al hotel Puding y a trip.com por nuestras inolvidables vacaciones.

We went all-inclusive they offered breakfast from 7am till 10am then a late breakfast from 10am till 11am
Lunch was served from 12.30pm till 2.30pm plenty of selections from crossaints , toast , cereals all your meats ham , chicken, omelette freshly prepared sausages, even the traditional Turkish delight, the hotel had a range of foods, dinner had cooking stations different food every day roast chicken , lamb donner meat , pasta station, chicken skewers, grilled chicken , meatballs chips soups lots of selections and a range of desserts from cheese cake, Swiss rolls , fruit apples bananas oranges , choclate mouses
Also supper consists of a range of soups with breads pancakes , list goes on ,
There was a diet menu with salads , also coffee and cake is avalaible at 3pm till 4pm I'm bar area ,
The bar is free drinks from 10am till 11pm excellent service cocktails included , only do half pints though found that strange ,
Table service drinks were always topped up didn't need to queue at bar and they were so friendly and a great staff team restaurant staff bringing water to the table ,
Reception is open 24 hours , security on gates only hotel guests allowed in , they offered a spa on site very expensive loads of better value else where , there is a shop on site , also taxi rank is outside cost £18 in taxi from airport to hotel and £12 back from the rank plenty of bars and restaurants and shopping centres in area and dentists if looking for work

The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant.
Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!

Desde el momento del check-in, el personal se superó al máximo ofreciéndonos una habitación de categoría superior gratuita, lo que marcó el tono ideal para una estancia fantástica. La habitación de categoría superior no solo era espaciosa, sino que también estaba bellamente decorada, ofreciendo un refugio lujoso y confortable.
Durante nuestra estancia de dos noches, logramos el equilibrio perfecto entre la relajación en el hotel y la exploración de la encantadora ciudad de Antalya. La ubicación privilegiada del hotel nos permitió sumergirnos en la mágica atmósfera de un festival local, añadiendo un toque extra de alegría a nuestro viaje.
Lo que realmente destacó fue la flexibilidad y generosidad del hotel. Cuando decidimos extender nuestra estancia una noche más, amablemente nos permitieron hacerlo en la misma habitación de categoría superior, sin cargos adicionales. Este gesto no solo demostró su compromiso con la satisfacción del huésped, sino que también hizo nuestra experiencia aún más memorable.
El Old Town Point Hotel Spa no es solo un lugar para alojarse; Es un destino que comprende y atiende las necesidades de sus huéspedes, creando un ambiente de genuina hospitalidad. UUsuario invitadoThis was a terrible experience. Asked for a room change due to the continuing building work going on at this hotel. It’s trading during a major overhaul. Work starts at 8am through to some days 8pm. There’s no way you can relax on the day. The second room we where moved to had a tiny window with a view to shock anyone. Photo uploaded. Walls are paper thin we could hear every sound from the room next door. A telephone conversation including the call responder could be heard as if we were all in the same room. Poor fitted flooring. The wardrobe was free standing and when the door was open the whole thing rocked forward and had to be held to stop it falling on us. The breakfast room which was a previous basement has had a poor re fit and there was a strong smell of sewage in the mornings. We where told all rooms were non smoking yet the smell of smoking was strong in both of the bedrooms we had been allocated. I spoke to reception regarding this issue to be told it’s the workman smoking outside the back door and leaving the door open, plus people standing by the enterance of the hotel’s automatic doors. The second bedroom we where relocated to had several a/c units outside of the window which kept us awake . We had four nights here and did not get any good rest. Continental breakfast was very basic, all of the choice was uncovered and had flys over it . Staff in this area spent most of the time on there mobile phones, The breakfast room was clearly still under construction!. A positive is the Wi-Fi signal was good but different code depending what floor you where on. Hotel is very close to the Main Street with traffic at all times. Sirens from emergency services day and night. We over heard many guests complain about the noise from builders and very thin walls.
