MMonika MudrikaiteConcorde is absolutely stunning, but it’s the people who make it truly special. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with genuine warmth, and every member of staff was friendly, attentive and professional without being stuffy.A delicious food and drinks , top Turkish coffee . I wanna say special Thank You to Mrs Tulay Basdemir she made are stay even more special her with recommendations and care.We can’t wait to return 🙂

MMIKHAIL UDALOVLa ubicación del hotel es excelente. Todo es fácilmente accesible. Si necesita ir más lejos en la ciudad, hay una parada de taxis a 80 metros del hotel. La estructura y la arquitectura del hotel son muy interesantes y su diseño está muy bien pensado. Un patio verde con un paisaje bien diseñado. La piscina es muy cómoda. El sol está disponible de 10:00 a 18:00. La piscina se limpia y todos los tratamientos programados se realizan todas las mañanas. Hay una piscina en el patio bajo un toldo con equipo básico de ejercicio para quienes desean perder peso y mantenerse en forma. Intentan que el registro sea lo más rápido posible, incluso si llega temprano por la mañana. Con el registro temprano, esperábamos solo 30 minutos de limpieza de la habitación sin cargo adicional. Los desayunos son abundantes y variados. Hay una buena cafetera. Puede elegir un lugar para desayunar en el patio, en el restaurante o incluso en la terraza del hotel. La habitación se limpiaba a diario con mucho cuidado. Cambiamos toallas y zapatillas a diario. Como estamos en el casco antiguo, al anochecer se oyen los restaurantes y bares del puerto viejo y de otras calles, pero esto ocurre en todos los hoteles del casco antiguo. Pero este problema se soluciona rápidamente: basta con cerrar bien las ventanas. La vista desde nuestra habitación daba al puerto viejo. Muy pintoresca. Me gustó mucho el hotel; volveremos en nuestra próxima visita a Antalya.

UUsuario anónimoAmazing hotel & amazing location. The spa was great also. The staff were great & friendly. The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant.
Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!

UUsuario invitadoEl Hotel está muy bien en general, pero creo que no llega a cinco estrellas. Necesita una buena reforma para ser un cinco estrellas. Yo lo valoraría como cuatro estrellas.
La ubicación en primera línea de playa y un poco alejado del bullicio de la ciudad, es perfecta para disfrutar con tranquilidad.
La comida es muy buena y muy variada. El buffet es genial.
Pero sin duda, lo mejor de este Hotel es el personal, siempre atentos/as y agradables, y en especial sus camareros/as y el servicio de limpieza.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel era cómodo, céntrico y limpio. Nos atendieron muy rápido y bien a la llegada al hotel, a pesar de nuestro late checkin.
El hotel esta bien aislado del ruido. El día que llegamos era la final de la champions league y desde la habitación no se escuchaban las fiestas de la calle.
La habitación es espaciosa, limpia y cómoda. Lo más destacable es la comodidad de la cama!!
El baño amplio y con todos las amenidades repuestas cada dia.

Disappointing Experience at this Hotel, Antalya
I recently stayed at here, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations based on the information and images provided online. Here's a detailed review of my stay:
Accommodation (3/5): The room at Spa Hotel was not as advertised. The hotel lacks the amenities shown in the images, such as a pool and beach access. Additionally, the room did not offer any outside views as depicted in the promotional photos. This discrepancy was disappointing and misleading.
Service (3/5): While the staff was polite, the service did not fully compensate for the hotel's shortcomings. Check-in was efficient, but when I raised concerns about the discrepancies, the staff was unable to offer a satisfactory resolution.
Facilities (3/5): The Hotel does not have the advertised pool and beach amenities. This was a major disappointment, especially since I chose the hotel based on these features.
Overall Experience (3/5): My overall experience at this Hotel was disappointing and not reflective of the hotel's online portrayal. I would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to others seeking similar amenities.

UUsuario invitadoThis was a terrible experience. Asked for a room change due to the continuing building work going on at this hotel. It’s trading during a major overhaul. Work starts at 8am through to some days 8pm. There’s no way you can relax on the day. The second room we where moved to had a tiny window with a view to shock anyone. Photo uploaded. Walls are paper thin we could hear every sound from the room next door. A telephone conversation including the call responder could be heard as if we were all in the same room. Poor fitted flooring. The wardrobe was free standing and when the door was open the whole thing rocked forward and had to be held to stop it falling on us. The breakfast room which was a previous basement has had a poor re fit and there was a strong smell of sewage in the mornings. We where told all rooms were non smoking yet the smell of smoking was strong in both of the bedrooms we had been allocated. I spoke to reception regarding this issue to be told it’s the workman smoking outside the back door and leaving the door open, plus people standing by the enterance of the hotel’s automatic doors. The second bedroom we where relocated to had several a/c units outside of the window which kept us awake . We had four nights here and did not get any good rest. Continental breakfast was very basic, all of the choice was uncovered and had flys over it . Staff in this area spent most of the time on there mobile phones, The breakfast room was clearly still under construction!. A positive is the Wi-Fi signal was good but different code depending what floor you where on. Hotel is very close to the Main Street with traffic at all times. Sirens from emergency services day and night. We over heard many guests complain about the noise from builders and very thin walls.
