RRidel VillaruelWe stayed at The Manila Hotel as a couple with one infant and had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive, the facilities felt grand and culturally rich rather than modern, and the location is central, great for nearby parks but challenging due to Manila traffic. The highlight was the breakfast, which was outstanding and easily the best complimentary hotel breakfast I’ve had.

Parking: A Major Inconvenience
The process for securing complimentary parking is excessively complicated and needs to be streamlined. For a 5-night stay, having to follow these steps every single day was truly exhausting and time-consuming:
Validate the ticket at the Front Desk for complimentary status.
Go to the Parking Cashier for a zero-value receipt.
Surrender this receipt at the parking exit.
This multi-step, daily requirement detracts significantly from the convenience expected of a hotel in this category, and I urge management to simplify it for long-term guests.
Front Desk & Check-In Issues
Service at the Front Desk also presented some challenges:
The check-in process was not smooth and took longer than expected.
I often had to wait for an extended period for the front desk to answer my phone calls, which was frustrating when trying to resolve issues or make simple requests.
Value for Money
The breakfast buffet, while excellent, is priced quite high, making it feel less like a value-add and more like an excessive cost for those paying in addition to their room rate.
Overall: The quality of the breakfast is great, but the cumbersome parking procedure and the inconsistent front desk service created daily friction that significantly impacted the overall comfort and convenience of my extended stay.

HHollieThe receptionist who assisted me during check in was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the upgrade to my room that I didn't expect. All of the staff are nice. The breakfast buffet is also good. There's a minibar inside the room and the price for the items are reasonable. Really enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this place.

EEnzo0923Mi estancia en este hotel fue excepcional. El personal fue cálido y acogedor, y la habitación era espaciosa, limpia y bien equipada con comodidades modernas. La cómoda cama garantizó un sueño reparador, y el desayuno buffet ofrecía una deliciosa variedad de opciones. El gimnasio y el bar fueron un gran añadido, y el wifi era rápido y fiable. Convenientemente ubicado cerca de atracciones y restaurantes, el hotel era sorprendentemente tranquilo. La profesionalidad y la atención del personal fueron realmente excepcionales. Recomiendo ampliamente Ramada by Wyndham para una estancia cómoda, práctica e inolvidable. ¡Estoy deseando volver!

BBrytzWe went to relax for the weekend, but soon as we arrived, the parking guards are irresponsible, they maligned us, made some bad words and asked us to check out right away on our last say there when we are supposed to stay half a day still. Our experience is so irritating and we don't enjoy our stay 😡

El servicio de portero no está disponible y, a menudo, no se para en la puerta y no toma la iniciativa de ayudarme con mi equipaje.La habitación no está muy insonorizada. Si el sonido de al lado es un poco más fuerte, puedes oírlo débilmente.
El desayuno es muy sencillo, básicamente es el mismo todos los días y los ingredientes no son muy frescos. Los camareros tampoco son muy dedicados. Se reunirán y charlarán en voz alta.

En primer lugar, tienen personal bien formado de guardias, escritorio y todo.Desde que están en el centro de Metro Manila, son muy accesibles a cualquier medio de transporte.
También, gracias a MR Chef, pedí una taza de té de ginger para mi estómago mal debido a un largo viaje y lo dieron gratis ...

@@travels8kOne of the most unique hotels in the Philippines, the ocean rooms have a full aquarium wall that's connected through all the rooms of that side. Different fish pass by at different times from room to room. They have great breakfast as well with a view of Manila bay while bacon is available on request for a small fee. Sunset views are awesome and dinner menu is well structured. While most of the hotel is spotless the main corridor outside the rooms could be cleaned more regularly as everyone is passing for there to get to the rooms. There was something odd in the morning just around the end of breakfast time. We could hear the chairs from upstairs being dragged on the wooden floor loudly around 9:30 am to 10:00 am, we were woken up several times as we tried to sleep after an early breakfast. The rest of the time it was whisper quiet and serene.

UUsuario invitadoThough the rooms need renovations and better cleaning, this is a budget hotel, after all. So, you will get what you paid for. The best part of this hotel is the location within Intramuros. Despite the hot and humid weather, I was able to walk to key sites withing Intramuros. The reception seemed to lack in its tour arranging ability, but I was able to charter a TukTuk at a nearby museum, to go all the way to Malacañan Palace area.
