Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable.
Curtains would not close all the way. Bathroom exhaust fan and one bathroom light fixture did not work at all. Notified management about these upon checkout and they seemed responsive.

Nice set up with the mini kitchen, kids loved the welcome cookies, and the room was a good size. Decent variety of breakfast options. Pull out bed was very uncomfortable with springs pushing through the mat, needs updating.

The shower is horrible. The water pressure is like camping shower - dripping. Too uncomfortable to take the shower.

We have stayed at this property 6 times and I’ve always enjoyed our stay. Normally, we actually stay in the same room! This time, not so good. The room that we stayed in was not cleaned properly and surfaces had residue and the bathroom could’ve been clean better, the refrigerator is in a corner yet has the doors facing in such a way that you have a hard time getting into it. This is an easy fix as the doors can be shifted to the other side. When I mentioned it to the manager I was told that this room had been refurbished two years ago. I find it hard to believe that this fix couldn’t have been done in two years time.

This is a dated property. Our room, although relatively clean, was dark and smelled of sweat...so musty that I actually turned off the HVAC and opened the windows before I left. The commons areas were very cramped and could not fit the entire breakfast crowd.
Definitely in need of a major overhaul by today's standards and their price point. We stayed there due to proximity to our event, but would probably not return.

We stayed here for 2 nights for a weekend sports tournament. The room was adequate - loved having a full kitchen. Housekeeping only on request which was a little annoying since we ran low on towels. The pull out couch should not be listed as a sleeping option. It’s VERY uncomfortable - my teenager slept on it and said he felt every single spring. The floor would’ve been more comfortable. Breakfast was okay but hardly any seating so you have to take food back to the room. Overall, it felt pretty clean and no major complaints. A good budget friendly option.
