Rivavi is a place of healing I always come here broken mentally rivavi always helps with my mental health staff always checking I'm okay Beds so comfortable pillows so fluffy best sleeps ever I stay for one month every year last ten years Air con amazing best I think in Bali great restaunt amazing cleaning staff always good for a late check out free no matter how late my flight Staff really love there customers pool is amazing very clean there is nothing rivavi would not do to make your experience a best they can they have also taught me Indonesian very patiently . very vlean

Calling all Aussies rivavi is not just accomadation it is a place of healing All staff love and treat guests as family after COVID they are struggling it is our job to help them Bed so comfy best pillows Aircon fantastic Manager will go above and beyond to get you what ever you need or we wanted safe and wall adaptor one hour later manager had got these from else where free of charge They will treat your guest like their own guest for us it was our local family also providing single bed and allowing kids to stay free of charge cleaned out room beautifully as soon as we asked Cleaning staff amazing so caring Recieption girls supported me threw praying with me and wiping my tears as my daughter was hospitalised whilst there and I could not get home help me also when my keycard was taken by machine also gave me refund so I could get home to my daughter early and are still msg me to check how my daughter is Now security is my very favourite Wuyan has taken care of us for many years he is better than our Australian police all security really care and watch you wether you are on property or down the road If you need healing this place has magic in its walls and is amongst everything you could ever need 50 meters you have all you can want for your holiday Oh and beautiful COLD clean pool my favorite pool in bali

Do NOT go to this hotel. Yes it is cheap, however the service, the facilities, and the overall feel is NOT worth it. Our AC was not working properly the entire night, our phone wasn’t even on (couldn’t turn on or dial reception), the lift was broken so we had to walk multiple rounds of stairs with our luggage (no escort). When we got to the actual rooms, the bath tub was full to the brim and none of the sockets worked correctly. We stayed here for 2 nights and they didn’t even clean the room or gave us new towels. I’m not usually one to complain on this type of behaviour, but accommodations DO tend to warn guests when they aren’t cleaning until checkout. Moreover, we were charged 50k for parking when they saw my white friend walk out when initially I asked and they answered with 10k. The mini fridge in the room was all rusty inside, the bathroom was full of muck and rust, the front desk were unhelpful and couldn’t figure out our booking correctly, and the parking valet was ABSENT when I said I would be leaving at dawn. As I couldn’t miss my appointment, I had to go through his DRAWERS and retrieve it myself. So disappointed. Really ruined our last two days in Bali.
