Holiday Inn Resort Bali Canggu

A new hotel still in aoft opening. The rooftop pool is great with a spectacular seaview. It is very close to the beach and popular hangouts like Old Man's, and the main shopping street. The breakfast is impressive. It is a la carte but you may order whatever tou want. My advice is to order a half portion so as not to waste food. You can always order more if it is not enough.

Location was convenient, nearby all the beach clubs and cafes. Service was top notch, princess trea**ent!! Would definitely come back again ✨

Very good position , only have 5 mins to the sea! And the breakfast is super!!! We are so lucky to meet this nice and wonderful lady Ayu Surya who gave us lots of perfect support during a 9 days holiday! Will be back with family again in future!

Interior fit-out nicely done , natural woodwork in combination with the landscaping and the lighting 👌🏼 Excellent service from the associates with great assistance and genuine interest in guests well-being Food experience was great , had the best cheese burger since I can’t remember , great breakfast too The restaurant location is a bit confusing to find , the restaurant aesthetics is a bit bear Guestrooms is very cozy with the natural woodwork and lighting , size of the room is questionable if it os to be considered a 5 star Fitness not available yet Overall splendid Loek van Emmerik

An absolutely delightful stay at this magnificent hotel! The facilities, rooms etc are wonderful! The hotel is so clean and the staff, well the staff are incredibly beautiful, sweet and attentive. The pool on the rooftop gives you an uninterrupted view to the ocean 🌊 I highly recommend this hotel.

This is really difficult as I rarely write critical reviews - especially on holiday and I feel like I'm being cranky?. But I think there are a lot of issues that haven't been mentioned yet because the hotel is so new and the staff are amazingly friendly (which sometimes makes it hard to give an unbiasesd review - you don't want to hurt good people's feelings and you decide to overlook items). Anyways, I thought it would be helpful for me to write in more detail for future guest benefit as well as the owner/senior management. Briefly, here are the Pros: Lovely, new property a 3 minute walk to the beach. Great breakfast, especially for a Holiday Inn Resort. Amazing staff as mentioned. They are so kind and sweet. The hotel is blessed to have them Cons: I think there are more cons that pro's at this time and at this pricepoint. Not so much in the hard product - it's very beautiful, new, and without typical wear and tear - but the soft product is really lacking and sticks out. I thought I would share some of these: Check-in issue. I thought it was strange when the staff was handwriting and totally numbers manually. Then the credit card terminal was not working with the card I had on deposit. I put it on an alternative but was disappointed. Fortunately, the night auditor reviewed and fixed it. In the morning they apologized and said they were getting new machines. So that was resolved but frustrating as it just didn't really make sense and would have made my trip significantly more expensive due to forex and other fees. Rooms are again beautifully built but pretty sp**** - no bathrobes available, for example. All Dove products which is fine (and it might be a requirement through their licensing agreement) but there’s a great opportunity to use Indonesian products that could also be sold. Only one chair on the balcony. Fridge but no mini bar which is a bumor as it could really drive revenue. I don’t know - I know it’s a Holiday Inn Resort so it's good to keep things in perspective. However, if you are going to build a wardrobe, I think it’s OK to have at least one bathrobe. It feels almost like they ran out of money and cut furnishing costs...it's strange. I'd encourage management to spend a little bit more, furnish the room fully, and in doing so increase incremental revenue and create a better guest in room experience. Small service-related issues that are easy to befixed. Cleaning came at 8:14 pm one night to do turn down service. Woke us up. I would maybe put a cap on this service unless the housekeeping button was recently activated. Very nice person though! Another was printing a document - typically guest services/concierges do this as a favor when there is no business center. I called, staff member asked, and said it was 1000idr a page. I don't know - it's pretty tacky when you are spending so much per night. That's why other hotels will print for free - its a very cheap goodwill gesture. I think they weren't aware of that or t
