Hoteles en Abuta District con balcón

Esta fue mi primera estancia en Sanu Niseko. La casa estaba muy bien diseñada, amigable y equipada, pero el espacio no era muy grande, pero era muy grande y muy cómodo. El hotel está situado en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los más pequeños de los alrededores. Todo funcionó, y fue diseñado y colocado lógicamente. El diseño de la sauna era perfecto, y las luces de aire son una adición agradable. Espero volver con mi familia.

The location is far away from the lake ( fireworks) main area. You need your own car for accessibility. Parking is free on site. Smaller establishment as compared to the main hotel accomodation in the main area where main shops/ bakery/ restaurants are located. Amenities given are ample and neatly arranged in the wooden box. Onsen room is useful and good for private moments. Water pressure in the bathroom is great Dressing area with table and drawer is in an ideal layout. Aircon unit is good and working. Bedding and pillows need improvement. Ventilation in the toilet bowl area need to have better airflow so the humid and smell will remain in that little section. Breakfast staff need to be more attentive before serving breakfast set to guests as they missed out one sashimi dish and had to be alerted when we cross checked with each other. Staff had to give a puzzled expression and it was totally unnecessary as the rest of us took the Japanese set as well and we can see what is missing if it's missing. They replaced the missing item after deliberating with their kitchen or back end. And with the new accommodation fees and taxes or onsen fees implemented on non-resident of Japan. We feel that it should be informed during check in time. And not during check out time and spring us with surprise as we have a schedule to work on and we are in a hurry. It felt very unpleasant and due to limited language efficiency had to even check with another friend who is a Japanese . And has to be clarified why there are three charges . This causes unnecessary stress, inconvenience and unpleasantness for visitors who expect a certain standard based on the reviews posted by other users. Unfortunately, the situations in the restaurant, check out and experience on the final day ruined the stay.

Instalaciones: La suite de sopa privada está reservada, muy satisfecha, la zona de la habitación es grande y cómoda, junto con la sopa puede ver el paisaje de la nieve en cualquier momento, el cielo es el mundo. Higiene: todo el hotel necesita descongelarse y no contaminarse. El entorno: el entorno es muy tranquilo, la nieve es grande y el agua fluye. Los detalles internos del hotel son excelentes, la disposición, los muebles, la luz, la disposición...Todo el mundo es feliz. Servicio: ¡Muy buena experiencia! Todos son cálidos y sonrientes. Especialmente ”Zhou Yi”, impresionante 💯 nos presenta muchos ceremonias locales y alimentos, detalles de alcohol, muy bueno 👍🏻 ¡El segundo año, el próximo año! ¡También escogerá Kunbweinya!

A very comfortable and clean apartment with amazing views and in a great location. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, with plenty of space to relax with friends on our nights in. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and proximity to Yama Sports was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

a great hotel to stay in for its price point. everything was clean except for the bugs that fell out from the blinds near the tub. the view from the room and the hotel entrance was amazing, but we could not really see the fireworks from our room and the hotel is located in a secluded area, so it would be quite hard to access if you are not driving. service was quite average, nothing outstanding. please note that there is no lift in this hotel, but there are really only 2 levels. we also could not wear our shoes around the common areas of the hotel, which we were not accustomed to. wifi was quite spotty as well. nonetheless, we had a good sleep as the beds and room was spacious and comfortable.

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, en el centro de los fuegos artificiales nocturnos que se pueden ver directamente desde el vestíbulo. El onsen en el nivel 9 es el mejor, tanto los baños al aire libre con vapor por la noche como los baños diurnos son una experiencia perfecta. El desayuno y la cena son tipo buffet, así que puedes elegir tus propios platos, pero ambos días los platos de desayuno y cena son los mismos. Viajar al valle del infierno en autobús público justo afuera del hotel y en la estación de tren de Toya también es muy fácil de navegar. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel. Lo único malo es que el aire acondicionado no funciona y es necesario abrir las ventanas para que circule el aire, y las ventanas son muy grandes, por lo que no es seguro para los niños cuando duermen por la noche. El colchón de la cama individual es muy pésimo. Dormir en tatami es mucho más cómodo. No nos bañamos en el baño de la habitación debido al fabuloso onsen. Podemos alquilar yukata gratis y devolverlo antes de las 10 a.m. del día siguiente. Hay una partida de bingo por la noche antes de los fuegos artificiales para mantenernos ocupados.

Since it’s an “old-school” ryokan, smokers are accepted so room was a little bit smelly at the beginning. Luckily the hot spring was great (100% gensen kakenagashi) and the view was stunning. Price was also reasonable. So we’d still recommend it :)

Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.
