Sansui was not yet opened when we make the decision to stay there for our honeymoon. No review was available before we made the booking for 3 nights at the Sansui’s Studio. We don’t know what exactly to expect. Thankfully, we are delightfully surprised. The hotel really delivered a wonderful experience for our first-time visiting Niseko. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the receptionists. They were polite and friendly. Our room was clean and tidy. It is not large but it fits 2 unfolded 30-inch luggages. We have wonderful Mt. Yotei view. We registered private snowboarding lessons via hotel and rent gear in in-house rental shop. I would suggest visitors head down to the rental shop on B/F to complete the fitting process for your gears before the day of lesson. The staff will store your gears in corresponding locker. You will be able to put your gears the next day in no time. The “Ski in ski out” entrance is right next to the rental shop which is very convenient. We really enjoyed the shower and private Onsen after class. Our car was parked in front of the hotel during our stay since the basement park is already full. We had to move our car two times during our stay upon hotel staff’s request due to the limited parking spot. While it was a bit inconvenient, the staff was very apologetic and understanding which I appreciated. I would suggest guests try to reserve a basement parking spot because there is only very few available. We didn’t use the bus service heading to supermarket/ restaurants this time, but we will try next time. We opt to cook for lunch and dinner since the produces and meats are such great value in Hokkaido and Sansui’s kitchen is very well equipped. Pros: Good location near beginner slope, private snowboarding lesson, private Onsen with Mt. Yotei, door camera, USB C power outlet, Germany made ROSENTHAL cups, ZOJIRUSHI kettle, well equipped kitchen with 1 pan 1 pot, dish soap, large HITACHI washer dryer with laundry detergent, Imabari towels, towel heater, ICOR skincare set, rental gears in good condition Cons: Small car park, body wash not suitable for dry/sensitive skin (probably whole Hokkaido), no body lotion I am not sure guests are able to see Mt. Yotei in every single rooms. There are no Mt. Yotei view for selection in official online reservation. I do hope Sansui could maintain the quality when we visit next time.

I only stayed for one night with my husband and we both agreed that this was the best part of our 2.5 week trip in Japan, which was a pretty amazing trip regardless. But Zaborin just blew us away. They are the epitome of luxury hospitality. There is such a meticulous level of care they put into making their guests feel special, welcome and cared for. The staff members are truly exceptional. They are gracious and thoughtful and each one of them treats you with warmth. There is a quick tour of the accommodation as you check in. During our dinner, the general manager personally welcomed us and inquired about our stay, and when we left, a staff member personally escorted us to our car and waved us off. It The food is a showcase of Japanese cuisine at its best and one of the best dining experiences of my life. Just the meals itself (there's dinner and breakfast) is worth the price of the stay. The overall space, room, amenities, toiletries, bed - we booked a western style bed and it was the best sleep we had during our trip, the view(!) with both private indoor and outdoor baths! Everything was high quality so you can truly enjoy a relaxing stay with the luxury of privacy. Even the complimentary tea and coffee was of good quality. There is free parking for anyone driving. They also have a bar that I recommend getting a drink or two before or after dinner. My only regret is not staying longer to enjoy the additional experiences available. While not cheap, Zaborin must be experienced if given the opportunity. My husband and I found our stay to be more than worth the rate given the hospitality, services, the cuisine, and the amenities provided. Many thanks to the Zaborin staff. We look forward to returning.

Good but not deluxe ski/out resort geared to families rather than couples. All rooms are duplexes I believe. They are not soundproof; on certain days, we had disruptive noise from the children from the higher floor till very late at night. We then decided to sleep in the less comfortable beds on the lower floor. Great views over mountains and volcanoes. Great daily seafood buffet, exceptionally well priced given the quality and quantity of offerings. Breakfast is very good as well, but tends to be very crowded, as most people wish to have breakfast at around 830/9am . The buffet closes at 10am in the main restaurant and 930am in the smaller restaurant. The on-site ski rental shop is messy and unsuitable for advanced skiers, as only basic skis are on offer, and they seem to lack longer skis required by tall skiers. If you are in this category, I recommend renting directly from the Salomon expert ski rental shop on the other side of the resort. The shop also erroneously billed me for 2 items, which were corrected upon check out after review by the staff, and the hotel apologized. The spa/onsen is dated and could be made a lot better, given the overall price range of this hotel. There is no pool. Marriott Platinum benefits are recognized and were very much appreciated.

Estaba con familia durante una semana. La mitad de nuestro grupo esquió; la mitad no lo hizo (los ancianos). No a menudo el caso una propiedad puede cuidar a ambos grupos. Los esquís no se disfrutaron de una caminata de menos de 5 minutos a pie del Vale/Shiki/Ezo/Lawsons, etc., así como de un alojamiento en casa en el apartamento muy acogedor. Las habitaciones también estaban muy tranquilas- no podían oír el tráfico, la limpieza de la nieve o los adolescentes vestidos en equipo de nieve! La propiedad tenía un conductor y un coche disponible para llevarnos a las ciudades próximas (más aventuras y compras de comida) y cualquier otro restaurante que queríamos intentar (Caminar en el frío y la nieve era un poco mucho para algunos miembros del grupo). Un problema menor era que, aunque la sala de esquí era muy conveniente, la capacidad de almacenamiento real de los locomotoras se sentía realmente estremecida debido al número en nuestra fiesta.

　Go Toキャンペーンが延期となり、札幌近くで静かに年末年始を過ごせるホテルとしてこちらにしました。 　洞爺湖温泉の湖を挟んでほぼ反対側にありますから、本当に静かに寛げました。周辺にはコンビニも一軒だけしかなく、観光客もほとんどいません。 　だからこそ新年の初日の出を部屋風呂から見たいと考えたのも理由の一つでした。 　今年は数十年ぶりの寒波が来ており、札幌も吹雪のようでした。太平洋側に近い洞爺湖で、雲が流れましたが、私は大浴場の露天風呂から初日の出を見ることができました。 　TripAdvisorでのホテルの口コミによると部屋付き露天風呂で、評価が分かれていました。確かに外から見えますが、まず人のいない寒村ということ、湯着が用意してあることで大丈夫かと思います。それよりも寒気の夜に冷たい月を眺めながらの入浴は別格の気分を味わえました。 　海外資本のホテルなので、日本の温泉ホテルとは違うことを予め理解しておくと、リラックスできて素晴らしいです。来年の年越しもここで過ごしたいと考えています。 良い点：①スタッフのホスピタリティー、日本人スタッフが増え、適度な距離感が素晴らしく感じました。私たちは2泊しましたが、スタッフの気持ちの伝わる言葉かけに気持ちが和らぎました。 ②食事はディナー2泊とも和食でした。出汁のきいた味がとても美味しかったです。メインの道産牛は昨年秋にニセコヒルトンでいただいたものと同レベルの美味しさでした。札幌の円山近辺だと10,000円前後のコースに値します。 　朝食バイキングはるほどです。 ③大浴場の大きな窓と湯温のぬるさが、のんびりと洞爺湖の風景を楽しめました。 ④冬だとニセコにもルスツにも近い(冬の中山峠はスリップ事故が恐いので)です。どちらもスキーシーズンに2食付きでこの値段では、泊まれないです。 改善点：①大浴場へ行くには、一度、屋外に出るのと脱衣場が寒かったです。寒波のせいもあるでしょうが、吹雪いた夜に浴衣は厳しいです。 ②北海道の温泉ホテルに多いのが、レストランもスリッパ可という点はいかがでしょうか？浴衣で行きたいという方もいらっしゃるでしょうが、ディナーはせっかくの雰囲気が残念です。 このクラスのシティホテルでは、あり得ないのでしょうから。 ③部屋のレイアウトとして、ベッドの前に洗面台があるのは、日本人は慣れないかもしれません。特に私たちはトリプルベッドでしたので、冬の連泊だとスキーウェアでクローゼットも小さいことから手狭でした。 　それでも総じて、食事、温泉、レストランやバー、スタッフのホスピタリティーと再訪したいリーズナブルなディナーズ・ホテルです。

コスパ重視なら言うことなしです。 他の湖沿いのホテルに比べて格安で泊まれます。さすがにこの日はいつもより料金が高く設定されていますが。 一人でも宿泊されている方が2割位いました。 食事はフリードリンクバーで、夜はビールサーバーも飲み放題でした。（自分はお酒は飲みませんが） 朝食はバイキングではなくセットメニューでしたがフリーｰドリクバーの所に納豆が置いてあり嬉しかったです。 この宿一番の売りである源泉に一番近い宿と言う事ですが確かに温泉事態はいいものですが個人的にぬるく感じてあた1度湯温をあげて頂けると嬉しいです。 あと夜の花火は部屋からは見えないので歩いて（3，4分ほど）湖の方に行けばすぐ見れました。 最後に車で行ったのですが翌日の3時まで置いておいてよいと言う事でしたのでマラソンが終わるまで置けたは良かったです。 p.s.温泉でてすぐのところに無料のアイスキャンディーがあるのと夜泣きそば（ラーメ　　　ン）が無料でいただけます。 2回ロビーにはウエルカムドリンクが何種類かあるのですがアイスもありました。 （何故かコーヒーはありませんでした）

Viví el domingo después de la semana dorada. Es muy vacío. El cuarto es un cuarto de estilo japonés y occidental, suena bien, pero en resumen, el lago está con un grano de maíz, la entrada tiene camas y zapatos. El momento del descanso es alto, dejando los pantalones y la ropa un poco de problemas. Puedo ver la isla de China, y el clima es muy bueno desde la ventana grande. El cuarto de baño del noveno piso superior tiene una piscina al aire libre, una sauna y una piscina interior, pero puede ser lago de la caverna. Esta vez, este almuerzo es un paquete de la mañana y la noche. Hay muchas cosas y el volumen es grande. ¿Sabe normal? La presentación de las bombillas que comienza a principios de abril tarda unos 20 minutos, pero es muy bueno verla desde el cuarto.

Es la primera vez que vine a Nueva Valle de la nieve, pero debido a la información sobre el lugar de esquí, no puedo disfrutarla de forma grave. La habitación es muy caliente y la cama es muy cómoda.
