The location is far away from the lake ( fireworks) main area. You need your own car for accessibility. Parking is free on site. Smaller establishment as compared to the main hotel accomodation in the main area where main shops/ bakery/ restaurants are located. Amenities given are ample and neatly arranged in the wooden box. Onsen room is useful and good for private moments. Water pressure in the bathroom is great Dressing area with table and drawer is in an ideal layout. Aircon unit is good and working. Bedding and pillows need improvement. Ventilation in the toilet bowl area need to have better airflow so the humid and smell will remain in that little section. Breakfast staff need to be more attentive before serving breakfast set to guests as they missed out one sashimi dish and had to be alerted when we cross checked with each other. Staff had to give a puzzled expression and it was totally unnecessary as the rest of us took the Japanese set as well and we can see what is missing if it's missing. They replaced the missing item after deliberating with their kitchen or back end. And with the new accommodation fees and taxes or onsen fees implemented on non-resident of Japan. We feel that it should be informed during check in time. And not during check out time and spring us with surprise as we have a schedule to work on and we are in a hurry. It felt very unpleasant and due to limited language efficiency had to even check with another friend who is a Japanese . And has to be clarified why there are three charges . This causes unnecessary stress, inconvenience and unpleasantness for visitors who expect a certain standard based on the reviews posted by other users. Unfortunately, the situations in the restaurant, check out and experience on the final day ruined the stay.

This stay was a mix of highlights and disappointments. The hotel’s location is undeniably prime, with excellent transportation and convenience all around. The dining options were equally impressive—both the buffet breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic selection of delicious, high-quality dishes, making the culinary experience the stand-out feature of our stay. However, the room facilities and housekeeping details fell far short of expectations. The room amenities felt quite basic and lacked proper pre-arrival checks. For a hotel with hot spring facilities, it was surprising that no basket was provided to carry items to the bath, and there was a clear shortage of towels in the room. Considering the high price tag, the overall experience did not feel proportional to what we paid. While the location and food were outstanding, the hotel needs to improve its room standard and service details to truly justify its rates.

Se trata de un hotel de cadena relativamente clásico, con un estilo europeo y un interior espléndido. Cuenta con todas las comodidades que cabría esperar, así que no entraré en detalles. Las principales deficiencias son: 1. Servicio. El encargado de recepción del hotel era un extranjero bastante distante, rubio y de ojos azules. El personal japonés, en cambio, fue muy amable. 2. Las aguas termales. Está bastante lejos del edificio principal y abre parte de la mañana y parte de la tarde, cerrando solo a las 9:30. La prohibición de tatuajes es prácticamente absurda. Esa noche, un grupo de taiwaneses alborotadores, incluyendo uno con un tatuaje, estaba armando un alboroto en las aguas termales. 3. Está bastante lejos del pueblo termal principal y del muelle del lago Toya. Se encuentra en la cima de una colina cercana, a 10 minutos en coche. Esperábamos ver los fuegos artificiales del lago Toya desde nuestra habitación, pero era una vista lejana. 4. Las opciones gastronómicas del hotel son limitadas. Hay dos restaurantes japoneses y una pizzería. El bar suele cerrar a las 23:00 o 23:30. En general, es un buen lugar para una escapada de unos días, con opciones para jugar al golf y disfrutar de aguas termales, todo en la montaña. No es adecuado para una excursión al lago Toya con registro, principalmente por su incomodidad.

El hotel es bastante antiguo y algunas instalaciones están anticuadas, pero las habitaciones con tatami son perfectas para niños o grupos. Me preocupaba que el baño no fuera grande para tres personas, pero terminé bañándome en las aguas termales todos los días. El onsen, con acceso directo desde la primera planta y con 100 años de historia, es fantástico y me dejó increíblemente a gusto. Después de esquiar incansablemente todos los días, dormí profundamente en las aguas termales. El desayuno y la cena buffet del hotel son sencillos, y la cena especial requiere reserva con tres días de antelación, que no pude probar. Sin embargo, hay un restaurante a unos cinco minutos a pie a la derecha (Figuras 6 y 7). La carne a la parrilla con salsa está deliciosa. Se llena de extranjeros durante la temporada de esquí, así que asegúrate de reservar o no podrás comer hasta después de las 20:00. Su vino de ciruela especial también es delicioso. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel si planeas alojarte en el lago Toya. En esta ocasión, tuvimos la oportunidad de ver los fuegos artificiales desde atrás del hotel. El hotel cuenta con dos onsen que se alternan a diario: uno está en la planta baja y el otro con vistas al lago Toya. Los desayunos y las cenas son increíbles, pero para la cena buffet, es mejor reservar con anticipación, ya que reducen la reposición de alimentos después de las 8 p. m.

We had a great stay in Toya! The hotel is conveniently located near both the bus station and the train station, which made traveling very easy. The location is definitely one of its best features. The staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Just a heads up — there is no private bath in the room, so be prepared to use the public bath/onsen. But honestly, the onsen was very good and relaxing, so it was a great experience. Getting a taxi early in the morning (before 7 AM) can be quite difficult in Toya, so it’s better to arrange your taxi the night before. A taxi from the station to the hotel costs around 2,000–3,000 yen. Overall, a comfortable, relaxing, and convenient place to stay!

El hotel está un poco anticuado. El baño tenía algo de mugre, pero se podía limpiar. Había vello corporal en la tapa del inodoro, lo cual era un poco desagradable, pero todo lo demás estaba impecablemente limpio. El desayuno y la cena estaban deliciosos, con una gran variedad de opciones. El bistec con gofres fueron mis favoritos; no se los pierdan. Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.

El onsen y el hotel estaban en una ubicación excelente si te gusta esquiar fuera de pista. La habitación era espaciosa y bastante limpia, con camas bastante cómodas, aunque un poco duras.
